Abstract
본 고안은 콘테이너몸체부(100), 분배되어질 물질을 수용하도록 탄성물질로 제작된 수용용기(200)와 필요에 따라 개폐될 수 있으면서 수용용기와 연통된 분배구(300)를 갖춘 분배기구에 있어서, 분배구(300)의 맞은편쪽에 수용용기(200)가 부착된 콘테이너몸체부(100)의 축상 선단부에 구비된 바닥벽(500)과 상기 분배구(300)와 바닥벽(500)사이의 거리를 제한하기 위해 한쪽은 분배구(300)에 다른 한쪽은 바닥벽(500)에 고정된 신장제한부(800)및, 수용용기(200)의 반경방향의 신장제한부(800)가 구비된 분해가능한 물질분배기구에 관한 것이다.

Claims (18)
- 콘테이너몸체부(100)와 분배되어질 물질을 수용하도록 탄성재질로 제작된 수용용기(200), 필요에 따라 개폐될 수 있으면서 수용용기와 연통된 분배구(300)를 갖춘 분배기구에 있어서, 상기 분배구(300)의 맞은편쪽에 수용용기(200)가 부착된 콘테이너몸체부(100)의 축상 선단부에 구비된 바닥벽(500)과, 상기 분배구(300)와 바닥벽(500) 사이의 거리를 제한하기 위해 한쪽은 분배구(300)에 다른 한쪽은 바닥벽(500)에 고정된 신장제한부(800)및, 수용용기(200)의 반경방향의 신장제한부(800)가 갖춰진 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용용기(200)가 사출성형되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제1항이나 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 신장제한부(800)가 유연한 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 신장제한부(800)가 유연한 스트립으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 신장제한부(800)가 적어도 하나의 관통구멍이 구비된 튜브로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 신장제한부(800)를 형성하는 튜브가 다수의 길이방향의 슬릿(802)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 신장제한부(800)를 형성하는 튜브가 아래쪽 선단부 근처에는 관통구멍(804)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 신장제한부(800)가 폴리에틸렌으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 바닥벽(500)이 고리를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 바닥벽(500)이 두께부를 관통한 “Ｈ”형상으로 된 절단부(504)가 구비된 디스크(502)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 “Ｈ”형상으로 된 절단부의 웨브(506)가 디스크의 직경을 따라 있는 반면에, “Ｈ”형상으로 된 절단부의 플랜지(508)가 자유선단부를 향햐 집중된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 바닥벽(500)에는 고리의 개구부에 대응되는 고리르 수용할 수 있는 관통구가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 바닥벽(500)이 수용용기(200)의 한쪽 측면에 각각 위치한 2개의 탄성판(600, 700)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 바닥벽(500)이 탄성판(600, 700)에 걸쳐 연장된 탄성덮개(900)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반경방향의 신장제한부가 콘테이너몸체부(100)에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반경방향의 신장제한부가 나선형상의 스프링(100)으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 반경방향의 신장제한부가 스프링(100)위에 있는 열수축가능한 슬리이브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.
- 제1항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반경방향의 시장제한부가 반경방향의 신장제한부를 형성하는 나선형상의 스프링(100)을 구비하도록 된 충진기형상으로 되어, 덮어싸도록 된 하우징내에 끼워지기에 적합하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배가능한 물질분배기구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
