Claims (5)

  1. 컨테이너의 배출벽을 통하여 액체를 분배하는 장치가 컨테이너의 배출벽 내의 개구부에 배설되어 컨테이너로부터 액체의 흐름을 조절하기 위한 개방위치와 컨테이너로부터 액체의 흐름을 차단하기 위한 폐쇄 위치를 가지는 도관 수단과, 상기 배출벽에 접촉하여 그 배출벽에 의해 한정된 평면에 평행하게 회전 가능하고, 상기 도관 수단을 연동시키고 그 도관 수단을 개방 또는 폐쇄 위치의 어느 한 위치로 움직여 주기 위한 판체 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 자동판매기용 시럽패키지.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 도관 수단이 상기 개구부 내에 배설된 플러그로 형성되고, 상기 플러그는 상기 컨테이너 내의 액체와 연통되는 유체내부로 상기 도관 수단을 상기 개방위치에 도달하도록 움직이는 캠수단에 의해 가동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 자동판매기용 시럽패키지.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 플러그 수단이 스프링 수단에 의해 폐쇄 위치로 상시 탄지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 자동판매기용 시럽패키지.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 도관 수단은 탄성 튜브를 포함하고, 상기 캠수단은 상기 판체수단의 회전에 따라서 상기 도관 수단을 눌러 상기 폐쇄 위치를 얻거나 상기 튜브로부터 벗어나 상기 개방위치를 얻게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 자동판매기용 시럽패키지.
  5. 컨테이너의 배출벽을 통하여 액체를 분배하는 장치가 도관 수단을 포함하고, 그 도관 수단은 컨테이너의 배출벽 내의 개구부에 배설되어 컨테이너로부터 액체의 흐름을 조절하기 위한 개방위치와 컨테이너로부터 액체의 흐름을 차단하기 위한 폐쇄이치를 가지며, 상기 도관 수단은 상기 개구부내에 배설된 플러그로 형성되며 상기 상기 플러그는 개방위치를 얻기 위해 상기 개구부내에서 상기 컨테이너내의 액체와 연통되는 유체 속으로 움직일 수 있으며, 상기 플러그는 절두원추형 밀폐부와 연장 대부를 가지며, 상기 도관 수단은 상기 절두원추형 밀폐부를 통하여 가로로 연장되는 제 1통로와 상기 연장대부를 통하여 상기 제 1통로와 연통되는 액체내로 세로로 연장되는 제 2통로를 가지며, 상기 개부내의 제 1통로를 밀폐하는 것에 의해 상기 플러그가 상기 도관 수단을 폐쇄하도록 상시 탄지하는 스프링 수단과, 상기 플러그내의 제 1통로를 상기 개구부로부터 상기 컨테이너내의 액체와 연통되는 유체내로 움직임에 의해 상기 도관 수단을 개방시키기 위한 연장대내의 작동 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 자동판매기용 시럽패키지.
