本发明涉及一种花香生姜粉的制备方法。
背景技术
生姜汁含有姜醇、姜烯、水芹烯、柠檬醛和芳香等油性的挥发油;还有姜辣素、树脂、淀粉和纤维等。所以,姜在炎热时节有兴奋、排汗降温、提神等作用;可缓解疲劳、乏力、厌食、失眠、腹胀、腹痛等症状;生姜还有健胃,增进食欲、抗菌防病、提神醒脑的用。
生姜已作为人们常用的食品和调味品,由于生姜难于保存,且食用较为麻烦,现有生姜粉出售。有的用常规清洗、切片、烘干的方法。有的用冷冻干燥及低温粉碎的方法加工。
为克服生姜粉只有单一味道的现状,CN103504241公开了一种复合生姜粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:生姜70-80、姜笋20-24、高良姜12-15、糯米粉8-10、乌梅肉3-4、白芷2-3、黑枣2-3、紫草1-2、佛手2-3、香橼1-2、山楂3-4、砂仁1-2、玉竹1-2、板栗6-7、白醋3-4、食盐1-2、谷元粉0.6-1、大豆分离蛋白0.6-1、麸皮粉适量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现状,旨在提供一种具有辛辣味、花香味,气味适宜,可稀释直接食用,或用于各种食品,炒菜、汤类的调味品,或浸泡腌制各种食物,能增加人的食欲、运输储存、携带使用都方便快捷的花香生姜粉的制备方法。
本发明目的的实现方式为,花香生姜粉的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1)取荷花、茉莉花苞、杭菊花、桂花花朵、栀子花朵分别在120-130℃下烘干、或真空干燥或冷冻干燥;
2)将真空干燥或冷冻干燥的荷花、茉莉花苞、杭菊花、桂花花朵、栀子花朵超微细粉碎;
3)将生姜洗净用万分之五的二氧化氯水灭菌、切片、烘干、超微细粉碎;
4)取经步骤2)超微细粉碎的生姜粉90-96%,按质量百分比取步骤1)超微细粉碎的荷花粉1-4%、茉莉花2-5%、桂花粉0.2-1%、栀子花粉0.5-1%、杭菊花粉1-4%,放入搅拌池搅拌均匀,捞起;
5)用粉剂微电脑自动定量包装机,按50—500克用塑料瓶、塑料袋或铝箔袋包装;
6)在121-125℃温度下高温灭菌,得花香生姜粉产品。

具体实施方式
本发明在具有辛辣味的生姜粉中加入荷花粉、茉莉花、桂花粉、栀子花粉、杭菊花粉荷花清心凉血、解热毒、消湿祛风、调内分泌,有活血止血,祛湿消风之功能,对雀斑、青春痘、失眠、肠胃等疾病的治疗效果良好。茉莉花有丰富的常量元素和微量元素等人体必不可少的多种营养成分,有清热解表、利湿作用,是美容佳品。杭菊花具有降血压、消除癌细胞、扩张冠状动脉、疏风散热、抑制病菌和抑菌的作用,也有较平稳的降血压作用,对心脑血管缺血和血栓的形成有预防作用。桂花中除含有多种芳香物质外,还含有15种维生素,22种氨基酸多种人体必需的微量元素;其营养成分丰富。具有免疫调节和调节血脂,促进皮肤营养和氧的供给作用。栀子花具有护肝、利胆、降压、镇静、止血、消肿等作用,能泻火除烦、凉血解毒、清利湿热。
