Abstract
本发明公开了一种多肽蜂蜜,它是由下述重量份的原料混合组成的:大米20-30、大豆70-80、PLGA?3-5、羧甲基壳聚糖6-10、sp800.6-1、沙棘油30-40、蜂蜜300-400、冰醋酸10-24、甘草酸二钾0.3-0.5、松香4-6、食用甘油6-8、月见草粉1-2、单硬脂酸甘油酯2-3、牡丹籽油3-5、枸杞1-2,将本发明的蜂蜜加入到沸水中时,多肽即可以形成有效的释放,充分分散到蜂蜜水中,提高了蜂蜜的营养价值,长期饮用,可以保证机体对多肽的均衡吸收,本发明加入的月见草粉可以调节血液中类脂物质,对高胆固醇、高血脂引起的冠状动脉梗塞、粥样硬化及脑血栓等症有显著疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种多肽蜂蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜一般只含微量维生素,其中有维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素C、维生素D、维生素K、尼克酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素、胆碱等。在含氮化合物中有蛋白质、胨、氨基酸等。尚含转化酶、过氧化氢酶、淀粉酶、氧化酶、还原酶等酶类,并含乙酰胆碱。灰分中主要含镁、钙、钾、钠、硫、磷以及微量元素铁、铜、锰、镍等。有机酸中含有柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、甲酸、乙酸等。
蜂蜜中含葡萄糖和果糖,约占65~80%;蔗糖极少,不超过8%;水分16~25%;糊精和非糖物质、矿物质、有机酸等含量在5%左右。此外,还含有少量的酵素、芳香物质和维生素等。蜜源植物品种不同,蜂蜜的成分也不一样。
近两年的科学研究认为,人体吸收蛋白质的主要形式不是以氨基酸,而是以多肽的形式吸收的,这是人体吸收蛋白质机制研究的重大突破。科学试验证明,多肽的吸收机制具有十大特点:
1、不需消化,直接吸收。通常,多肽是人体自身合成的,是人体将所吃的蛋白质进行酶促水解(促酶、消化酶、胰酶、胃蛋白酶、胃酸、消化道碱性物质进行分解,先变成氨基酸,然后合成肽,最终通过小肠进行吸收,然后经人体细胞、组织、器官及血液大循环。)而人工合成的多肽表面有一层保护膜,不会受到人体的促酶、胃蛋白酶、胰酶、淀粉酶、消化酶及酸碱物质二次水解,它以完整的形式直接进入小肠,被小肠所吸收,进入人体循环系统,发挥生物学功能。
2、吸收快速。口服剂如同针剂。人工体外合成的多肽,口服进入人体,其速度如>同火箭一样,有的科学家把它称为生物导弹,快速地穿过人的口腔、胃,直接进入小肠,被小肠吸收,最终进入人体血液循环系统、器官及细胞组织,迅速发挥其生理作用和生物学功能。
3、吸收时,多肽体不会被破坏。多肽体自身有一层保护膜,人服用时,不会受到人体中的促酶、胰酶、淀粉酶、消化酶、胃蛋白酶及消化系统中的酸碱物质的损害或二次水解,多肽是以完整的形式被人体吸收和利用的。
4、多肽具有100%被人体吸收的特点。吸收后,不会有任何排泄物,而且是全部被人体吸收和利用。
5、多肽具有主动被人体吸收的特点。对于因消化系统缺陷、障碍、损伤,而不能吸收营养者,多肽具有主动让人体吸收或迫使让人体吸收的特点。这对于那些消化能力差,营养缺乏,身体虚弱,体弱多病者,有着重要的意义。
6、多肽具有优先被人体吸收的特点。人们平常所食的营养物质,在吸收上,与多肽的竞争中,多肽具有优先吸收的特点。这与其主动吸收的特点是分不开的。
7、人体对多肽的吸收,具有不需耗费人体能量,不需增加消化道,特别是胃肠功能负担的特点。多肽自身具有极强的活性和能量,它的主动吸收、迫使吸收,就是自身的活性和能量在起作用。因此,它在被人体吸收时,不是人体要耗费自身的能量去吸收它,而是多肽以自身的能量让人体吸收。由此看来,它的这一显著特点对消化系统未发育成熟的婴幼儿,对消化系统开始退化的老年人以及因过度运动而急需氮源,而又不能增加胃肠功能负担的运动员、体力劳动者有着重要意义。
8、多肽在人体中表现出载体作用,可将平常人所食的营养物质,特别是钙等对人体有益的微量元素,吸附、粘贴、装载在本体上。
9、多肽可在人体中起运输工具的作用。可将人平常所食的各种营养物质吸附在本体上后,然后运载输送到人体各个细胞、器官、组织,同本体一起被人体吸收和利用,发挥各自不同的功能作用。这就是目前世界上人们把多肽原料中间体作为药品和食品配方的原因,其目的是要加强药效,增强吸收率。
10、多肽被人体吸收后,可在人体中起信使作用。它作为神经递质传递信息,指挥神经,发挥自身作用,维护人体神经的团队精神和整体效应,使人体变得更加灵活、灵敏、聪慧。总之,多肽的吸收机制与其它各种物质的吸收机制大不相同。多肽的吸收机制非常特殊、特别,可以说是独树一帜。多肽的吸收机制优于一切物质,因此,它的吸收机制的发现,对人类的生理健康具有极其重要的意义,人类应该利用多肽的吸收机制,把人类的生命健康提高到一个崭新的水平,这也是多肽吸收机制重大发现的意义之所在。
将多肽以微球包覆的形式溶入到蜂蜜中,可以增强蜂蜜的保健价值,且对多肽的吸收可以达到循序渐进的效果。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供了一种多肽蜂蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种多肽蜂蜜,它是由下述重量百分比的原料混合组成的:
大米20-30、大豆70-80、PLGA3-5、羧甲基壳聚糖6-10、sp800.6-1、沙棘油30-40、蜂蜜300-400、冰醋酸10-24、甘草酸二钾0.3-0.5、松香4-6、食用甘油6-8、月见草粉1-2、单硬脂酸甘油酯2-3、牡丹籽油3-5、枸杞1-2。
一种多肽蜂蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将松香真空蒸馏,得到精制松香;
(2)将上述大米蒸熟后与大豆混合,搅拌均匀,加水,调节固含量为30-40%,加入体系重量2-3%的蛋白酶,在50-60℃下酶解10-16小时,离心分离,得酶解液;
(3)将PLGA加入到冰醋酸中,搅拌均匀,得PLGA溶液;
(4)将酶解液、羧甲基壳聚糖混合,搅拌均匀,为水相;
(5)将单硬脂酸甘油酯加入到7-10倍无菌水中,加热至沸腾,搅拌分散均匀,加入甘草酸二钾,搅拌至常温,得乳化液;
(6)将精制松香、食用甘油混合,加入混合料重量0.08-0.1%的催化剂,在270-280℃下反应1-2小时,加入沙棘油、牡丹籽油、枸杞、月见草粉,继续反应1-2小时;出料冷却,为油相;
(7)将上述水相加入到PLGA溶液中,加入sp80,搅拌均匀,得预乳化水相PLGA溶液;
(8)将油相加入到上述预乳化水相PLGA溶液,搅拌条件下加入上述乳化液,送入乳化机中,加入蜂蜜,1600-2000转/分搅拌20-30分钟,得多肽蜂蜜。
一种多肽蜂蜜的制备方法,所述的催化剂为氧化锌。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明首先采用传统的酶解方法来得到含有多肽的酶解液,然后与羧甲基壳聚糖混合,形成均匀水相,羧甲基壳聚糖可以助于多肽微球的稳定;
将松香经过蒸馏后与甘油混合制备,得到松香甘油酯,并且在制备过程中加入沙棘油等,可以形成均匀的油相;然后将上述的油相、水相,通过乳化混合,可以形成均匀的多肽微球溶液,最后将多肽微球溶液加入到蜂蜜中,得到本发明的多肽蜂蜜,将该蜂蜜加入到沸水中时,多肽即可以形成有效的释放,充分分散到蜂蜜水中,提高了蜂蜜的营养价值,长期饮用,可以保证机体对多肽的均衡吸收,本发明加入的月见草粉可以调节血液中类脂物质,对高胆固醇、高血脂引起的冠状动脉梗塞、粥样硬化及脑血栓等症有显著疗效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种多肽蜂蜜,它是由下述重量百分比的原料混合组成的:
大米20、大豆80、PLGA5、羧甲基壳聚糖10、sp800.6、沙棘油40、蜂蜜400、冰醋酸124、甘草酸二钾0.5、松香4、食用甘油8、月见草粉1、单硬脂酸甘油酯2、牡丹籽油3、枸杞2。
一种多肽蜂蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将松香真空蒸馏,得到精制松香;
(2)将上述大米蒸熟后与大豆混合,搅拌均匀,加水,调节固含量为40%,加入体系重量3%的蛋白酶,在60℃下酶解16小时,离心分离,得酶解液;
(3)将PLGA加入到冰醋酸中,搅拌均匀,得PLGA溶液;
(4)将酶解液、羧甲基壳聚糖混合,搅拌均匀,为水相;
(5)将单硬脂酸甘油酯加入到10倍无菌水中,加热至沸腾,搅拌分散均匀,加入甘草酸二钾,搅拌至常温,得乳化液;
(6)将精制松香、食用甘油混合,加入混合料重量0.08%的催化剂,在280℃下反应1小时,加入沙棘油、牡丹籽油、枸杞、月见草粉,继续反应1小时;出料冷却,为油相;
(7)将上述水相加入到PLGA溶液中,加入sp80,搅拌均匀,得预乳化水相PLGA溶液;
(8)将油相加入到上述预乳化水相PLGA溶液,搅拌条件下加入上述乳化液,送入乳化机中,加入蜂蜜,1600-2000转/分搅拌20-30分钟,得多肽蜂蜜。
一种多肽蜂蜜的制备方法,所述的催化剂为氧化锌。
Claims (3)
1.一种多肽蜂蜜,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料混合组成的:
大米20-30、大豆70-80、PLGA3-5、羧甲基壳聚糖6-10、sp800.6-1、沙棘油30-40、蜂蜜300-400、冰醋酸10-24、甘草酸二钾0.3-0.5、松香4-6、食用甘油6-8、月见草粉1-2、单硬脂酸甘油酯2-3、牡丹籽油3-5、枸杞1-2。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的多肽蜂蜜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将松香真空蒸馏,得到精制松香;
(2)将上述大米蒸熟后与大豆混合,搅拌均匀,加水,调节固含量为30-40%,加入体系重量2-3%的蛋白酶,在50-60℃下酶解10-16小时,离心分离,得酶解液;
(3)将PLGA加入到冰醋酸中,搅拌均匀,得PLGA溶液;
(4)将酶解液、羧甲基壳聚糖混合,搅拌均匀,为水相;
(5)将单硬脂酸甘油酯加入到7-10倍无菌水中,加热至沸腾,搅拌分散均匀,加入甘草酸二钾,搅拌至常温,得乳化液;
(6)将精制松香、食用甘油混合,加入混合料重量0.08-0.1%的催化剂,在270-280℃下反应1-2小时,加入沙棘油、牡丹籽油、枸杞、月见草粉,继续反应1-2小时;出料冷却,为油相;

(8)将油相加入到上述预乳化水相PLGA溶液,搅拌条件下加入上述乳化液,送入乳化机中,加入蜂蜜,1600-2000转/分搅拌20-30分钟,得多肽蜂蜜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多肽蜂蜜的制备方法,其特征在于所述的催化剂为氧化锌。
