Abstract
本发明属于食品领域,尤其是涉及减肥用食品,按照重量份包括以下成分:圆苞车前子壳粉1‑5g、中联甘油三酯微囊粉1‑5g、阿拉伯糖1‑5g、菊粉1‑5g、香蕉粉1‑5g、左旋肉碱微囊粉0.7‑1.1g、白芸豆提取物0.2‑0.6g、金针菇粉0.1‑0.5g、梨果仙人掌粉0.26‑0.34g、马铃薯提取物0.06‑0.14g,助干剂0.4‑0.8g。本发明立足于传统中医理论,鉴于通过西药进行减肥,副作用大,通过传统方式食用中药的方式,较为不便且不易推广的难题,通过将多种抗糖减脂成分组合起来,并生产制造成较易为人群所接受的固体饮料状食品,各成分之间相互配合,不仅不有较好的减肥降脂功效,且对人体具有一定的养生保健效果,便于推广使用,且无毒副作用,且见效快,对于不同年龄段的人群均适用。

本发明属于食品领域,尤其是涉及减肥用食品。
背景技术
随着人们经济水平的快速提高,随之而来的健康问题也日渐突出,其中肥胖作为一种亚健康状态困扰着许多人,不仅仅影响个人的外在形象,同时会严重影响个人的身体与心理健康。为提高个人外在形象,保持健康的体魄,许多人自觉接受减肥,但由于缺乏意志力与持续的坚持,“减肥”成为人们日益关注的重难点问题。
一般通过西药进行减肥主要分为以下几种:消耗剂(如甲状腺激素类、乙硝基酚、生长激素等)、消化吸收剂(新霉素、α-淀粉酶抑制剂)、抑制剂(苯丙胺类、双胍类降糖药、安非拉酮)、脂质代谢药(羟柠檬酸盐和脱氢异雄酮)等,但由于对人体会有一定的伤害和副作用,被很多人所诟病。而中药从健脾、益气、化痰着手,通过对求美者身体的内部机能进行调节,恢复人体各个器官的正常的功能,从而达到正常的燃烧多余的脂肪,达到健康减肥的最终目的,同时中药减肥还能够促进人体的新陈代谢,中医一般认为,肥胖与人体的痰、湿、气血等有很大的关系,所以重要从调理人体的内在机能着手,达到使得人体的新陈代谢加快,从而避免脂肪堆积在体内,使得脂肪燃烧,达到减脂的目的。所以中药减肥方法不仅仅能够减肥,而且可以帮助调理脏腑和内分泌,使得身体整个机体的运动趋于正常,能够将身体内的废物和多余的水分等排出体外,从而达到身体快速瘦下来的目的。但传统的中药对于一般人而言,味道和口感较难接受,且不便于服用,影响消费者的使用。
为此,我们提出减肥用食品来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供便于使用,较易被消费者接受和使用的减肥用食品。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:减肥用食品,按照重量份包括以下成分:圆苞车前子壳粉1-5g、中联甘油三酯微囊粉1-5g、阿拉伯糖1-5g、菊粉1-5g、香蕉粉1-5g、左旋肉碱微囊粉0.9-1.1g、白芸豆提取物0.2-0.6g、金针菇粉0.1-0.5g、梨果仙人掌粉0.26-0.34g、马铃薯提取物0.06-0.14g,助干剂0.4-0.8g。
在上述的减肥用食品中,减肥用食品的加工方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将相应重量份的原料进行混合、搅拌得混合液;
S2、对混合液进行减压浓缩至固体约为20%,添加助干剂,喷雾干燥得固体饮料。
在上述的减肥用食品中,所述助干剂为药用糊精。
在上述的减肥用食品中,所述S2中,喷雾干燥的目标温度为140-165℃。
与现有的技术相比,本减肥用食品的优点在于:本发明立足于传统中医理论,鉴于通过西药进行减肥,副作用大,通过传统方式食用中药的方式,较为不便且不易推广的难题,通过将多种抗糖减脂成分组合起来,并生产制造成较易为人群所接受的固体饮料状食品,各原料成分之间相互配合,不仅不有较好的减肥降脂功效,且对人体具有一定的养生保健效果,便于推广使用,且无毒副作用,且见效快,对于不同年龄段的人群均适用。

以下实施例仅处于说明性目的,而不是想要限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
减肥用食品,包括圆苞车前子壳粉1g、中联甘油三酯微囊粉2g、阿拉伯糖3g、菊粉4g、香蕉粉5g、左旋肉碱微囊粉1.1g、白芸豆提取物0.6g、金针菇粉0.1g、梨果仙人掌粉0.34g、马铃薯提取物0.06g,助干剂0.4g。
实施例2
本实施例与以上实施例的不同之处在于:圆苞车前子壳粉2g、中联甘油三酯微囊粉3g、阿拉伯糖4g、菊粉5g、香蕉粉1g、左旋肉碱微囊粉1g、白芸豆提取物0.5g、金针菇粉0.2g、梨果仙人掌粉0.32g、马铃薯提取物0.08g,助干剂0.5g。
实施例3
本实施例与以上实施例的不同之处在于:圆苞车前子壳粉3g、中联甘油三酯微囊粉4g、阿拉伯糖5g、菊粉1g、香蕉粉2g、左旋肉碱微囊粉0.9g、白芸豆提取物0.4g、金针菇粉0.3g、梨果仙人掌粉0.3g、马铃薯提取物0.1g,助干剂0.6g。
实施例4
本实施例与以上实施例的不同之处在于:圆苞车前子壳粉4g、中联甘油三酯微囊粉5g、阿拉伯糖1g、菊粉2g、香蕉粉3g、左旋肉碱微囊粉0.8g、白芸豆提取物0.3g、金针菇粉0.4g、梨果仙人掌粉0.28g、马铃薯提取物0.12g,助干剂0.7g。
实施例5
本实施例与以上实施例的不同之处在于:圆苞车前子壳粉5g、中联甘油三酯微囊粉1g、阿拉伯糖2g、菊粉3g、香蕉粉4g、左旋肉碱微囊粉0.7g、白芸豆提取物0.2g、金针菇粉0.5g、梨果仙人掌粉0.26g、马铃薯提取物0.14g,助干剂0.8g。
减肥用食品的加工方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将相应重量份的原料进行混合、搅拌得混合液;
S2、对混合液进行减压浓缩至固体约为20%,添加助干剂,喷雾干燥得固体饮料。
助干剂为药用糊精,S2中,喷雾干燥的目标温度为140-165℃。
各组分原料的功效如下:
圆苞车前子壳粉:富含膳食纤维,高达80%以上,而其中可溶性膳食纤维与不溶性膳食纤维的比例高达7:3。其他营养成分主要包括葡萄糖甙、蛋白质、多糖、维生素B1和胆碱。圆苞车前子壳粉具有减肥的功效,它能够有助于帮助人们比较好的去阻断脂肪的吸收和利用,同时能够促进益生菌的生长,可以起到润肠通便的功效,能够有助于减少糖尿病对胰岛素的需求,也能够有助于帮助人们修复受到损伤的胰岛素细胞,同时可以帮助人们预防和减少心血管疾病。
中联甘油三酯微囊粉:能给人体迅速供能,在肝脏中代谢,它不会成为贮存脂肪而只是产生能量,所以通过摄入MCT代替部分常规油脂就可以控制能量摄入和贮备,达到控制体重的目的。
阿拉伯糖:阿拉伯糖能够抑止人体肠道内绵白糖酶的活性,具备抑止绵白糖消化吸收的作用;除此之外,L-阿拉伯糖还能够抑止人体人体脂肪沉积,因此可被用以预防肥胖症、高血压、高血脂等病症。
菊粉:菊粉是一种天然的水溶性膳食纤维,几乎不能被胃酸水解和消化,只有在结肠被有益微生物利用,从而改善肠道环境。研究表明,双歧杆菌的增殖程度取决于人体大肠中初始双歧杆菌的数量,当初始双歧杆菌数量减少时,使用菊粉后增殖效果明显,当初始双歧杆菌的数量多时,使用菊粉后效果并不明显。其次,摄入菊粉后能增强胃肠道蠕动,提高肠胃功能,增加消化和食欲,提高机体免疫力。防便秘及治疗肥胖症膳食纤维减少食物在胃肠的停留时间,以及增加粪便量,有效地治疗便秘。其减肥作用是提高内容物的黏度,降低食物从胃进入小肠的速度,从而降低饥饿感,减少食物的摄食量。
香蕉粉:,香蕉粉可以使血糖持续平稳上升和下降。既不会造成胰岛素大量分泌,又增加了饱腹感持续时间,具有降血压、助消化等功效。
左旋肉碱微囊粉:左旋肉碱微囊粉是优良的减肥活性物质,是膳食的正常成分,其主要功能是帮助长链脂肪酸进行脂肪酸的β-氧化,可将体内多余的脂肪酸及其他脂肪酸的残留物以酯酰基形式从线粒体膜外转移到膜内,使细胞内的能量平衡,有利于人体对脂肪的利用,有利于人体对脂肪的利用,包括燃烧多余的脂肪用作能量,且对身体无副作用,同时注意加强锻炼,将体内积累的脂肪消耗,起到减肥作用。
白芸豆提取物:白芸豆中的α-淀粉酶抑制剂能够彻底阻断底物与α-淀粉酶活性位点之间相互作用的通道,使得人体口腔、胰腺里的α-淀粉酶活力下降,淀粉不能完全被分解成小分子的单糖被人体吸收,从而达到控制淀粉转化为卡路里被摄入。
金针菇粉:可抑制血脂升高,降低胆固醇,防治心脑血管疾病;常食用金针菇,不仅可以预防和治疗肝脏病及胃、肠道溃疡,是一种高钾低钠食品,金针菇的蛋白质含量很高,其中含有18种氨基酸,有8种是人体必需的,氨基酸总量占金针菇干重的20%左右,其中的赖氨酸特别有利于骨骼健康,而富含的精氨酸则有利于防治肝脏疾病和胃溃疡的功效。
梨果仙人掌粉:其主要原料是天然植物梨果仙人掌,可以通过基因和代谢途径抑制脂肪的积累和形成,可以减少油脂的吸收和分解当餐的油脂并排出,从而达到辅助瘦身的效果。
马铃薯提取物:含丰富的蛋白质、粗纤维、碳水化合物,能为人类提供有益的营养元素,土豆蛋白含有大量粘体蛋白质,粘体蛋白质是一种多糖蛋白的混合物,能预防心血管系统的脂肪沉积,保持动脉血管的弹性,防止动脉粥样化的过早发生,还可防止肝、肾中结缔组织的萎缩,保持呼吸道和消化道的润滑。
同时,圆苞车前子壳粉与菊粉相互配合:圆苞车前子进入肠道吸水后会形成8~14倍体积的凝胶团,能维持粪便的水分和柔软度,而凝胶团也会刺激肠壁产生反射性收缩作用,而促进肠道正常的排空,但圆苞车前子壳中所带羟基或羧基等支链会与某些矿物元素结合影响人体肠道内矿物质代谢平衡;菊粉仅能被大肠中有益菌所消化利用.添加菊粉可以使食品向低糖、低脂肪、高膳食纤维的方向转化,同时又可以尽量保持食品的原有风味不受影响,这使得菊粉易被消费者接受。而且菊粉对健康也大有裨益。菊粉有助于控制血糖水平,降低胆固醇的量。菊粉的代谢产物可促进B族维生素及叶酸的合成,提高机体的新陈代谢,提高免疫力和抗病力,这一点正好弥补了圆苞车前子壳粉的不足之处,两者相互配合,可达到较好的降脂减肥功效,同时不影响人体正常代谢。
进一步的,阿拉伯糖与白芸豆相互配合:通过阿拉伯糖抑制消化道内蔗糖酶的作用,从而降低蔗糖在消化道内被分解和吸收,减少了食物中蔗糖的吸收;并通过白芸豆提取物的主要活性成分α-淀粉酶抑制剂,抑制淀粉和其他碳水化合物被分解成为葡萄糖,从而减少吸收,二者复合配比可以充分发挥各自的酶抑制剂优势,从而起到减少多余能量的摄入,防止过多能量转化成为脂肪,起到更好的减肥降脂效果。

1.减肥用食品,其特征在于,按照重量份包括以下成分:圆苞车前子壳粉1-5g、中联甘油三酯微囊粉1-5g、阿拉伯糖1-5g、菊粉1-5g、香蕉粉1-5g、左旋肉碱微囊粉0.7-1.1g、白芸豆提取物0.2-0.6g、金针菇粉0.1-0.5g、梨果仙人掌粉0.26-0.34g、马铃薯提取物0.06-0.14g,助干剂0.4-0.8g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减肥用食品的加工方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将相应重量份的原料进行混合、搅拌得混合液;
S2、对混合液进行减压浓缩至固体约为20%,添加助干剂,喷雾干燥得固体饮料。
