一种萝卜丝肉馅烤红薯,其成分为红薯、萝卜、猪肉和调味剂。其制作方法如下:将萝卜切成细丝状的萝卜丝,将猪肉剁成肉丝状,萝卜丝和肉丝加一定量的调味剂搅拌均匀;将一个红薯去掉外皮,然后用刀切成两半,在每一半的红薯中挖成凹槽状,然后在在凹槽中填上萝卜丝肉丝制成的萝卜丝肉馅,然后将填满萝卜丝肉馅的两半红薯按切开时的位置重新合拢,两半红薯之间用食用的植物藤捆绑在一起;将捆绑好的带馅的红薯放在烤箱中小火烘烤至萝卜丝肉馅熟透即可取出食用。
本发明的有益效果是:红薯的自然纯正口味加上各种食物制成的肉馅使本发明在口味上丰富多样营养更是全面。
