为解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种香辣蟹,其原料组分为:豆肉蟹,葱、姜、花椒,盐、白糖、白酒、干辣椒、料酒、醋、鸡精、食用油。
将肉蟹放在器皿中加入适量白酒,蟹醉后去腮,胃,肠切成块。
将葱、姜洗净,葱切成段,姜切成片。
坐锅点火放油,油至三成热时,放入花椒、干辣椒炒出麻辣香味时,加入姜片、葱段、蟹块,倒入料酒、醋、白糖、盐翻炒均匀出锅即可。

1.一种香辣蟹,其材料组分为:肉蟹,葱、姜、花椒,盐、白糖、白酒、干辣椒、料酒、醋、鸡精、食用油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种香辣蟹,其特征在于:将肉蟹放在器皿中加入适量白酒,蟹醉后去腮,胃,肠切成块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种香辣蟹,其特征在于:将葱、姜洗净,葱切成段,姜切成片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种香辣蟹,其特征在于:坐锅点火放油,油至三成热时,放入花椒、干辣椒炒出麻辣香味时,加入姜片、葱段、蟹块,倒入料酒、醋、白糖、盐翻炒均匀出锅即食。
