酸辣粉是四川城乡间广为流传的传统小吃之一,由于价廉物美,长期以来一直受人喜爱。随着人们生活水平的提高,传统的酸辣粉满足不了人们的需求。传统的酸辣粉过于辣、营养搭配均衡,不适宜各地的人群食用。
发明的内容:                     
  本发明的目的就是为了克服传统的酸辣粉过于辣、营养搭配不均衡、不适宜各类人群食用的缺陷而提供的一种酸辣粉。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种酸辣粉,其特征在于是按照以下重量配比的原料制成:红薯圈粉800-200、牛腩50-100、牛腩汁100-200、菠菜10-20、酸菜5-10、黄豆5-15、 花生5-15、大蒜5-10、生姜5-10、香菜叶5-10、辣椒4-8、花椒粉2-5、生抽2-5、盐2-4、醋3-6;
在上述方案的基础上,可以有以下进一步技术方案:其特征在于所述的酸辣粉其中各个原料的用量为:红薯圈粉1500、牛腩40、牛腩汁150、菠菜 10、酸菜8、黄豆8、花生8、大蒜5、生姜5、香菜叶5、辣椒6、花椒粉3、生抽3、盐3、醋5;
所述的酸辣粉还可以添加白胡椒粉、香醋、大料、桂皮。
本酸辣粉具有口味独特、酸辣可口、营养丰富、营养搭配均衡、制作简单,适宜各类人群食用等优点。
具体实施方式:
一种酸辣粉,其特征在于是按照以下重量配比的原料制成:红薯圈粉800-200克、牛腩 50-100克、牛腩汁100-200克、菠菜10-20克、酸菜5-10克、黄豆5-15克、花生5-15克、大蒜5-10克、生姜5-10克、香菜叶5-10克、辣椒4-8克、花椒粉 2-5克、生抽 2-5克、盐 2-4克、醋 3-6克。
酸辣粉的制作方法分为以下几个步骤:
1、将红薯圈粉1500、牛腩40、牛腩汁150、菠菜 10、酸菜8、黄豆8、 花生8、大蒜5、生姜5、香菜叶5、辣椒6、花椒粉 3、生抽3、盐 3、醋 5,备好;
2、将红薯圈粉用温水浸泡30分钟;、菠菜、香菜洗净,沥干水分后切小段;把花生和黄豆放到油锅里炸香,捞出沥干油;酸菜洗净切小块,然后用油炒香;蒜、姜剁成末,辣椒放入锅中炸香,备好放入碗中; 
3、将牛腩和牛腩汁放入锅中加热10分钟,然后加入花椒粉、生抽、盐、醋,再将红薯圈粉放入锅中并加入适量的清水,继续加热15分钟直至锅中沸腾;
4、将锅中加热好的汤汁与酸辣粉倒入备好菠菜、香菜、花生、黄豆、酸菜、蒜末、姜末、辣椒的碗中,再将碗盖上碗盖焖5分钟,打开碗盖即可食用。
本酸辣粉吃起来口味独特、香辣可口、不油腻,且营养搭配均衡、营养价值丰富,适宜各类人群食用。

1.一种酸辣粉,其特征在于是按照以下重量配比的原料制成:红薯圈粉800-200、牛腩50-100、牛腩汁100-200、菠菜10-20、酸菜5-10、黄豆5-15、 花生5-15、大蒜5-10、生姜5-10、香菜叶5-10、辣椒4-8、花椒粉2-5、生抽2-5、盐2-4、醋3-6。
2.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于所述的酸辣粉其中各个原料的用量为:红薯圈粉1500、牛腩40、牛腩汁150、菠菜10、酸菜8、黄豆8、花生8、大蒜5、生姜5、香菜叶5、辣椒6、花椒粉 3、生抽3、盐 3、醋 5。
3.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于所述的酸辣粉还可以添加白胡椒粉、香醋、大料、桂皮。
