实施例一、制备100kg的饮料
称取鲜覆盆子5kg、枸杞子1kg、鲜桑椹4kg、鲜山楂3kg、金银花0.3kg、菊花0.1kg、糖5kg;
将鲜山楂去籽,去籽鲜山楂、鲜覆盆子、枸杞子、鲜桑椹置于-30℃环境下冷冻2小时,将冷冻后的去籽鲜山楂、鲜覆盆子、枸杞子、鲜桑椹一起进行超微粉碎,过200目筛,收集过筛后的果汁,解冻;
将金银花、菊花粉碎,加入10-15倍水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取30-40分钟,过滤,取滤液;
合并果汁和滤液,加入糖,加水至总重为100kg,调配,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
实施例二、制备100kg的饮料

Claims (3)
1.一种覆盆子饮料,其特征在于:所述覆盆子饮料有以下组分按重量份百分比组成:鲜覆盆子5-7%、枸杞子1-3%、鲜桑椹2-4%、鲜山楂1-3%、金银花0.1-0.3%、菊花0.1-0.3%、糖5%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的覆盆子饮料,其特征在于:所述覆盆子饮料有以下组分按重量份百分比组成:鲜覆盆子6%、枸杞子2%、鲜桑椹3%、鲜山楂2%、金银花0.2%、菊花0.2%、糖5%,其余为水。
3.一种用于制备权利要求1所述的覆盆子饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鲜山楂去籽,去籽鲜山楂、鲜覆盆子、枸杞子、鲜桑椹置于-30℃环境下冷冻2小时,将冷冻后的去籽鲜山楂、鲜覆盆子、枸杞子、鲜桑椹一起进行超微粉碎,过200目筛,收集过筛后的果汁,解冻;
(2)将金银花、菊花粉碎,加入10-15倍水,在敞口提取罐中,沸水提取30-40分钟,过滤,得滤液;
(3)合并步骤(1)制得的果汁和步骤(2)制得的滤液,按比例加入饮用水和糖,进行调配,搅拌均匀,灭菌,灌装,即得。
