本发明涉及包括配置于车轮的内侧空间部分的电动机和经由减速器与该电动机连接的轮毂的轮内电机驱动装置。
背景技术
在轮胎附近直接与动力系统连接的轮内电机驱动装置中,由于旋转负荷等的轮胎侧力,对减速器的最终齿轮轴施加挠矩。
如果由于该挠矩,在最终齿轮轴产生倾斜,则齿轮的啮合劣化,形成由部分接触引起的杂音、异常磨耗等的问题的主要原因。
为了减少这样的问题,以往,研究了使齿轮的啮合间隙变大而在齿轮轴倾斜时也不产生异常干扰这样的对策(专利文献1)。

发明想要解决的技术问题
但是,即使使齿轮的啮合间隙变大而在齿轮轴倾斜时也不产生异常干扰,不能改善齿轮轴自身的倾斜,因此,不能消除上述问题的主要原因。
另外,使齿轮的啮合间隙变大则效率变差,并且,也担心噪声、振动、刺耳这样的表示汽车的舒适性的三大要素的劣化。
由此,本发明的课题在于提供一种即使由于旋转负荷等的轮胎侧力而对减速器的输出齿轮施加挠矩,在齿轮轴也不易发生倾斜的构造的轮内电机驱动装置。
用于解决技术课题的技术方案
为了解决上述课题,本发明提供一种轮内电机驱动装置,其包括配设于车轮的车内侧空间部分的电动机和经由减速器与该电动机连结的轮毂,将上述减速器的输出齿轮的齿轮轴双支承地支承于机壳,在该被双支承地支承的输出齿轮的齿轮轴形成花键孔,在该花键孔花键结合轮毂的输出轴。
另外,在与上述减速器的输出齿轮花键结合的轮毂的输出轴形成扭转强度最弱的小径部,由此,在对输出轴施加过度的负荷时,可以使得小径部断裂。通过小径部断裂,能够避免轮胎锁闭等的不安全状态,防止减速器的齿轮、电动机等的重要部件的损伤。
发明的效果
本发明中,如上所述,将输出齿轮的齿轮轴双支承地支承于机壳,由此即使从轮毂的输出轴对输出齿轮施加挠矩,也能够不易在齿轮轴发生倾斜。另外,即使在由于轮胎侧力等的外力在轮毂的输出轴发生轴挠曲(变形、变位)时,该变形、变位由将轮毂的输出轴与输出齿轮结合的花键孔之间的间隙吸收。因此,向周边部件传递的应力被缓和,能够提高部件形状的设计自由度。
另外,在与上述减速器的输出齿轮花键结合的轮毂的输出轴形成扭转强度最弱的小径部,由此,在对输出轴施加过度的负荷时,可以使得小径部断裂。通过小径部断裂,能够避免轮胎锁闭等的不安全状态,防止减速器的齿轮、电动机等的重要部件的损伤。

如图6所示,轮内电机驱动装置1设置于汽车2的车轮3的车内侧空间部分。图6所示的电动汽车例示了以后轮为驱动轮的例子,但是不限于此,也可以以前轮为驱动轮,也可以为4轮驱动车。此外,本说明书中,“电动汽车”是包括从电力得到驱动力的全部的汽车的概念,例如,也作为包括混合动力汽车等的概念使用。图6中,附图标记4表示车体。
图1~图3所示的实施方式的轮内电机驱动装置1包括:产生驱动力的电动机A;使电动机A的旋转减速而输出减速器B;和将从减速器B的输出传递至车轮3的轮毂C。
图1~图3所示的实施方式的轮内电机驱动装置1中,在电动机A和减速器B之间设置中间板5,分别通过螺栓6、7在该中间板5的车内侧面能够装卸地安装电动机A、在车外侧面能够装卸地安装减速器B。
此外,本发明中,“车外”是指车辆的外侧(图2的左侧),“车内”是指车辆的内侧(图2的右侧)。
电动机A例如能够应用径向间隙型马达、轴向间隙型马达等任意的结构。
减速器B为二级平行齿轮减速器,具有与电动机A的输出齿轮啮合的分配轴齿轮8和与该分配轴齿轮8啮合的输出齿轮9。
分配轴齿轮8具有与电动机A的输出齿轮啮合的大径齿轮8a和与输出齿轮9啮合的小径齿轮8b,分配轴齿轮8的齿轮轴8c的车内侧的端部通过滚动轴承10支承在中间板5的车外侧的面,车外侧的端部通过滚动轴承12支承在减速器B的机壳11的前端壁11a。
在输出齿轮9的齿轮轴9a,在车外侧形成有在插入轮毂C的输出轴13的车内侧的端部的内周面形成有花键的花键孔9b,在该花键孔9b与形成在轮毂C的输出轴13的车内侧的端部的花键部13a花键结合。
在输出齿轮9的齿轮轴9a,在车内侧的端部形成小径的轴套部9c,在车外侧的端部形成有比齿轮轴9a大径的凸缘部9d。输出轴9a的车内侧的轴套部9c通过滚动轴承14支承在中间板5,输出轴9a的车外侧的凸缘部9d通过滚动轴承15支承在以与该凸缘部9d对置的方式形成的减速器B的机壳11的前端壁11a的凸缘部11b。
减速器B的输出齿轮9的齿轮轴9a通过车内侧的滚动轴承14和车外侧的滚动轴承15双支承地支承于机壳11,因此,即使从轮毂C的输出轴13对输出齿轮9施加挠矩,也不易在齿轮轴9a发生倾斜。另外,即使在由于轮胎侧力等的外力在轮毂C的输出轴13发生轴挠曲(变形、变位)时,该变形、变位由轮毂C的输出轴13的花键部13a与输出齿轮9的内径面的花键孔9b之间的间隙吸收。因此,向周边部件传递的应力被缓和,部件形状的设计自由度提高。
支承输出齿轮9的齿轮轴9a的车内侧的滚动轴承14和车外侧的滚动轴承15中,车外侧的滚动轴承15比车内侧的滚动轴承14更靠近重心和动力负荷点。因此,使车外侧的滚动轴承15比车内侧的滚动轴承14增大PCD,提高负荷容量。由此,能够使输出齿轮9的齿轮轴9a的支承构造最适化。
轮毂C与形成于输出轴13的车外侧的端部的花键部13b花键结合,由在内径面形成有花键部16a的内侧部件16和在其外径侧经由多列轮毂轴承17以同轴状态设置的外侧部件18构成,即第一代构造。内侧部件16在内径部贯通插入有输出轴13的花键部13b,通过在输出轴13的前端部螺纹结合的螺母19,相对于输出轴13固定。在内侧部件16一体形成有车轮安装凸缘20,在车轮安装凸缘20通过螺栓22安装制动转子21和车轮3。
在上述输出轴13设置有与轮毂轴承17的内圈23的车内侧的端面抵接的预负荷用凸缘13c,通过将上述输出轴13的前端紧固的螺母19,对轮毂轴承17的内圈23施加预负荷。
在上述预负荷用凸缘13c的外周面与外侧部件16的车内侧的端部的内周面之间设置油封24,将减速器B内密闭。
在与上述轮毂C的内侧部件16的内径面花键结合的输出轴13的花键部13b和与上述减速器B的输出齿轮9的花键孔9b花键结合的输出轴13的花键部13a之间,形成有扭转强度在输出轴13的全长为最弱的小径部13d。
通过形成在输出轴13的全长扭转强度最弱的小径部13d,在对输出轴13施加过度的负荷时,使得小径部13d断裂。通过小径部13d断裂,能够避免轮胎锁闭等的不安全状态,防止减速器B的齿轮、电动机A等的重要部件的损伤。
上述外侧部件18通过螺栓25固定于减速器B的机壳11的前端壁11a。在该外侧部件18一体形成有作为车体安装部件的转向节26。
接着,图4所示实施方式例示轮毂C为所谓第三代的轮毂。过列轮毂轴承17的车外侧的内圈轨道一体形成于内侧部件16。另外,轮毂轴承17的多列外圈轨道面一体形成于外侧部件18的内径面。
另外,该图4所示的实施方式中,将多列轮毂轴承17的车内侧的内圈23铆接固定于内侧部件16的圆筒部的车内侧的端部,通过该铆接固定对内圈23施加预负荷。

·6价无铬铬酸盐(以硝酸铬、硫酸铬为主成分)
·Zn-Ni镀
·铬酸锌涂敷、铝涂敷
·迪斯克处理
·铝阳极化处理、勃姆石
此外,也可以进行夹持绝缘体等的防电蚀效果这样的对策。
上述各实施方式中使用的在内周面具有花键孔9b的输出齿轮9等,形状复杂,但是如果进行烧结成型,则能够低价地制造。
以上,参照附图对该发明的实施方式进行了说明,但是本发明不限定于图示的实施方式。在与本发明相同的范围内或者均等的范围内,能够对图示的实施方式施加各种修正或变形。

Claims (9)

1.一种轮内电机驱动装置,其特征在于,包括:
配置于车轮的内侧空间部分的电动机;和
经由减速器与该电动机连结的轮毂,
所述轮内电机驱动装置将所述减速器的输出齿轮的齿轮轴双支承地支承于机壳,在该被双支承地支承的输出齿轮的齿轮轴形成花键孔,该花键孔中花键结合有轮毂的输出轴。
2.如权利要求1所述的轮内电机驱动装置,其特征在于:
在将所述最终的输出齿轮的齿轮轴双支承地支承的车外侧的轴承和车内侧的轴承中,外侧的轴承为负荷容量比内侧的轴承大的轴承。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的轮内电机驱动装置,其特征在于:
在所述电动机与减速器之间设置在一个面安装电动机、在另一个面安装减速器的中间板,在该中间板设置有对所述最终的输出齿轮的齿轮轴进行支承的车内侧的轴承。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的轮内电机驱动装置,其特征在于:
在与所述轮毂的内径面花键结合的输出轴的花键部和与所述最终的输出齿轮的花键孔花键结合的输出轴的花键部之间,形成有扭转强度最弱的小径部。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的轮内电机驱动装置,其特征在于:
将与所述输出轴花键结合的轮毂的内侧部件通过螺纹结合的螺母固定在输出轴的车外侧的前端部,在该内侧部件的外径侧设置多列轮毂轴承,在所述输出轴设置与该轮毂轴承的内圈的车内侧的端面抵接的预负荷用凸缘,借助于所述螺母的紧固经由输出轴的预负荷用凸缘对轮毂轴承的内圈施加预负荷。
6.如权利要求5所述的轮内电机驱动装置,其特征在于:
在比所述输出轴的预负荷用凸缘更靠车内侧设置有所述小径部。
7.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的轮内电机驱动装置,其特征在于:
所述轮毂的外侧部件与所述减速器的机壳形成为一体。
8.如权利要求7所述的轮内电机驱动装置,其特征在于:
与所述轮毂的外侧部件形成为一体的减速器的机壳为钢制,在机壳设置车体安装部,中间板和电动机部的外罩为轻合金制。
9.如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的轮内电机驱动装置,其特征在于:
所述减速器的构成齿轮由烧结材料形成。
