本发明公开了一种适用于特殊用途的全棉针织染整工艺,包括以下步骤:a)坯布选用:选用50S新疆精梳长绒棉纱,选用台湾双面大圆机织造而成的全棉双面布;b)烧毛:采用德国奥斯托夫针织烧毛机双面烧毛;c)前处理:用745螯合分散剂、多功能精炼剂、705除油剂、双氧水稳定剂、片碱和双氧水煮练;d)丝光:选用国内自行研制江苏红旗印机无张力开幅针织丝光机丝光等步骤;本发明满足了军用产品所要求的各项指标外,提高了产品的透气散热性,吸湿排汗性、湿摩牢度以及顶破强度,全面改进了常规全棉针织布的产品风格,延伸拓展了全棉针织的市场,具有很强的市场竞争力。

一种适用于特殊用途的全棉针织染整工艺
【技术领域】
本发明涉及针织布印染的技术领域,特别是一种适用于军用特殊用途的全棉针织布前处理染整工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
随着人们生活水平的提高,以及印染技术的不断提高和普及,企业之间的产品越来越类同,竞争也越来越激烈,消费者对针织布成品的各项指标也越来越高,特别是军用产品面料。常规的军用产品普遍存在吸湿排汗性较差与不透气的弊端;另外,常规的全棉针织布军品充分体现了吸湿排汗这个优势,但在某种程度上满足不了色牢度及顶破强度的要求。由于目前军用产品定单对纺织品面料的各项指标越来越高,普通的染整工艺已满足不了该用途的要求。因此需开发新的前处理染整工艺来满足这一市场。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种操作简单,绿色环保,色牢度好,干湿摩擦牢度好,坯布顶破强度好的全棉针织布染整工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种适用于特殊用途的全棉针织染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)坯布选用:选用50S新疆精梳长绒棉纱,选用台湾双面大圆机织造而成的全棉双面布;
b)烧毛:采用德国奥斯托夫针织烧毛机双面烧毛,烧毛机的火口压力:1.5pa,车速:50m/min;
c)前处理:用745螯合分散剂、多功能精炼剂、705除油剂、双氧水稳定剂、片碱和双氧水煮练,各助剂的用量为:745螯合分散剂为坯布重量的2%,多功能精炼剂3001:3g/L,705除油剂:1.5g/L,双氧水稳定剂:0.5g/L,片碱:2g/L,27.5%双氧水:4g/L,煮练时间为:40min,煮练温度为:98℃,745螯合分散剂和多功能精炼剂3001为科凯精细化工上海有限公司生产,705除油剂为无锡市集发化工科技有限公司生产;
d)丝光:选用国内自行研制江苏红旗印机无张力开幅针织丝光机丝光;
e)缝边:选用国内自行研制盛泰机械自动对折缝边机缝边;
f)复漂:用745螯合分散剂、多功能精炼剂、6009螯合分散剂、双氧水稳定剂、碱和双氧水二次煮练;
g)染色:①准备染料:精确称取染料及助剂,先用冷水打成浆状,加入50℃温水并用高速搅拌机稀释均匀,染料及助剂的用量为:活性染料为坯布重量的3.7%,元明粉:45g/L,纯碱:20g/L,活性染料的组分且各组分的用量为:190-1黑为坯布重量的2.3%,131丈青为坯布重量的1.22%,159橙为坯布重量的0.18%;②染缸设备:选用德国THEN汽流染色机选用升温法工艺染色;③皂洗:两次皂煮确保无浮色,皂煮液的组成为:2527酸性皂洗剂RCN:0.5g/L,皂煮温度为:90℃,皂煮时间为:20min;
h)加软定型:选用10节箱韩国理禾定型机,用丝滑硅油,冰凉素整理剂,湿摩擦增进剂进行布面手感整理;
i)预缩:选用意大利桑德森预缩机预缩整理。
作为优选,所述d)步骤中的工艺参数为:碱浓:250g/L,丝光油:10g/L,车速:20m/min。
作为优选,所述f)步骤中各助剂的用量为:745螯合分散剂为坯布重量的2%,多功能精炼剂3001:2g/L,6009螯合分散剂:1g/L,双氧水稳定剂:0.5g/L,片碱:2.5g/L,27.5%双氧水:4g/L,煮练时间为:40min,煮练温度为:98℃,6009螯合分散剂为科凯精细化工上海有限公司生产。
作为优选,所述h)步骤中丝滑硅油、冰凉素整理剂和湿摩擦增进剂的用量分别为:丝滑硅油100g/L,冰凉素整理剂40g/L,湿摩擦增进剂30g/L,定型机的工作温度为140℃,车速35m/min。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过对全棉针织布进行烧毛,丝光,染色以及后整处理后,满足了军用品的各项特定指标,具体分为:烧毛、煮布、丝光、复漂、染色、上软整理、预缩整理等7道主要工序。本发明是通过对全棉针织布的系列染整处理,满足了军用产品所要求的各项指标外,提高了产品的透气散热性,吸湿排汗性、湿摩牢度以及顶破强度,全面改进了常规全棉针织布的产品风格,延伸拓展了全棉针织的市场,具有很强的市场竞争力。
【具体实施方式】
实施例1
本发明的目的是设计一种操作简单,绿色环保,色牢度好,干湿摩擦牢度好,坯布顶破强度好的军用产品的全棉针织布染整工艺,本发明的技术方案是如此实现的:
该全棉针织布染整工艺,选用坯布为50S/1全棉双面布,要求门幅140cm有效,克重185g/㎡.干摩擦4级,湿摩擦3级,皂洗牢度4级,强力500N以上,具体包括以下步骤:
a)坯布选用:选用50S新疆精梳长绒棉纱,选用台湾双面大圆机织造而成的全棉双面布;
b)烧毛:采用德国奥斯托夫针织烧毛机双面烧毛;
c)前处理:用745螯合分散剂、多功能精炼剂、705除油剂、双氧水稳定剂、片碱和双氧水煮练;
d)丝光:选用国内自行研制江苏红旗印机无张力开幅针织丝光机丝光;
e)缝边:选用国内自行研制盛泰机械自动对折缝边机缝边;
f)复漂:用745螯合分散剂、多功能精炼剂、6009螯合分散剂、双氧水稳定剂、碱和双氧水二次煮练;
g)染色:①准备染料:精确称取染料及助剂,先用冷水打成浆状,加入50℃温水并用高速搅拌机稀释均匀;②染缸设备:选用德国THEN汽流染色机选用升温法工艺染色;③皂洗:两次皂煮确保无浮色;
h)加软定型:选用10节箱韩国理禾定型机,用丝滑硅油,冰凉素整理剂,湿摩擦增进剂进行布面手感整理;
i)预缩:选用意大利桑德森预缩机预缩整理。
所述b)步骤中烧毛机的火口压力:1.5pa,车速:50m/min。
所述c)步骤中各助剂的用量为:745螯合分散剂为坯布重量的2%,多功能精炼剂3001:3g/L,705除油剂:1.5g/L,双氧水稳定剂:0.5g/L,片碱:2g/L,27.5%双氧水:4g/L,煮练时间为:40min,煮练温度为:98℃。多功能精炼剂3001和片碱的用量对PH值及毛效的影响如附表一:

1.一种适用于特殊用途的全棉针织染整工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a)坯布选用:选用50S新疆精梳长绒棉纱,选用台湾双面大圆机织造而成的全棉双面布;
b)烧毛:采用德国奥斯托夫针织烧毛机双面烧毛,烧毛机的火口压力:1.5Pa,车速:50m/min;
c)前处理:用745螯合分散剂、多功能精练剂、705除油剂、双氧水稳定剂、片碱和双氧水煮练,各助剂的用量为:745螯合分散剂为坯布重量的2%,多功能精练剂3001:3g/L,705除油剂:1.5g/L,双氧水稳定剂:0.5g/L,片碱:2g/L,27.5%双氧水:4g/L,煮练时间为:40min,煮练温度为:98℃,745螯合分散剂和多功能精练剂3001为科凯精细化工上海有限公司生产,705除油剂为无锡市集发化工科技有限公司生产;
d)丝光:选用国内自行研制江苏红旗印机无张力开幅针织丝光机丝光,碱浓:250g/L,丝光油:10g/L,车速:20m/min;
e)缝边:选用国内自行研制盛泰机械自动对折缝边机缝边;
f)复漂:用745螯合分散剂、多功能精练剂、6009螯合分散剂、双氧水稳定剂、碱和双氧水二次煮练;
g)染色:①准备染料:精确称取染料及助剂,先用冷水打成浆状,加入50℃温水并用高速搅拌机稀释均匀,染料及助剂的用量为:活性染料为坯布重量的3.7%,元明粉:45g/L,纯碱:20g/L,活性染料的组分且各组分的用量为:190-1黑为坯布重量的2.3%,131丈青为坯布重量的1.22%,159橙为坯布重量的0.18%;②染缸设备:选用德国THEN汽流染色机选用升温法工艺染色;③皂洗:两次皂煮确保无浮色,皂煮液的组成为:2527酸性皂洗剂RCN:0.5g/L,皂煮温度为:90℃,皂煮时间为:20min;
