[0001] 本发明涉及焊锡技术领域,具体涉及一种悬臂式自动焊锡装置。
背景技术
[0002] 电子加工行业有超过95%以上焊锡工位为人工焊锡,培养一名熟练的焊锡工成本较高,也较难实现在线式生产,而且在人工作业时会产生不必要的动作,造成浪费。现有焊锡的工作方式分为:1.一人完成整板焊接,则需多人同时进行同一工作(具体人数按基种不同,调整安排);2.—人完成一块基板上的部分点位焊接,整板焊接需2人以上完成,分散工序。多人工作,生产效率、质量、耗材成本等无法有效控制。治具无法通用,不同基种需有不同辅助治具进行焊接工作。
[0003] 因此,研发可替代人工作业、降低人工成本,并提高行业内自动化水平的全自动焊锡机是很有必要的。
发明内容
[0004] 针对上述现有技术,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种悬臂式自动焊锡装置,该悬臂式自动焊锡装置能实现自动焊锡,效率高、质量好、能有效控制耗材成本,减少人为因素的影响,减少浪费,降低成本,改善工作环境。
[0005] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种悬臂式自动焊锡装置,包括X轴运动模组、Y轴运动模组、机架、产品传输流水线,所述产品传输流水线安装于机架上,所述X轴运动模组通过支撑板安装于机架上,所述Y轴运动模组安装于X轴运动模组上,还包括Z轴升降模组、烙铁焊组件、烙铁焊组件旋转装置、锡线供给装置,所述Z轴升降模组通过支撑架安装于Y轴运动模组上,所述烙铁焊组件旋转装置安装于支撑架上,所述烙铁焊组件安装于烙铁焊组件旋转装置上,所述锡线供给装置安装于支撑架一侧,待焊锡产品送入至产品传输流水线中并定位,所述烙铁焊组件旋转装置带动烙铁焊组件旋转至指定角度,所述锡线供给装置输送锡线给烙铁焊组件,所述X轴运动模组、Y轴运动模组、Z轴升降模组联合驱动烙铁焊组件至指定位置,所述烙铁焊组件对待焊锡产品进行焊锡。
