生产接合带的方法
本申请是中国专利申请号No.200880000749.9、发明名称为“生产接合带的方法”、申请人为“霓达株式会社”的PCT申请的中国国家阶段的分案申请,该PCT申请的申请日为2008年4月24日。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过将第一带端部接合至第二带端部而生产接合带、特别是环状带的方法。
背景技术
用于传送或运输的扁平带通常以环状形式使用,这种环状形式是通过将扁平带的两端相接合而形成的。指形接合是用于将带的两端进行接合的众所周知的一种方法。在这种方法中,一些呈锯齿或者手指外形的舌部形成于带的一个端部上,而一些凹口则形成于带的另一个端部上,从而该端部与第一端部形成互补的外形,并且接着通过将每一舌部插入到每一凹口之中而使两个端部相对接。所述扁平带具有热塑树脂层。因此,通过热塑树脂的熔合,相对接的两端被加热并且接合在一起,从而生产出环状带。
国际公开号为06/022332的专利公开了一种使用预校正器来接合带端部的方法,该预校正器具有横截面为L形的下模部分和设置在该下模部分上的可移动构件。所述带的对接部分位于该下模上,并且由所述可移动构件和所述下模的壁部分所保持。当对接部分被保持的时候,其在带的厚度方向受到挤压并且被加热。由于压力和热量的作用,所述带的热塑树脂熔化并且在两个对接的带端部之间流出,从而带的两个端部被熔化的树脂所熔合。
然而,当两个带端部通过以上方法而接合的时候,部分热塑树脂可能会从对接部分流出。该流出的树脂形成“喷溅(flash)”,该喷溅损害了所述带的平整度。此外,由熔化的树脂所形成的带的接合部分的物理属性与带的其它部分不同。例如,当定向的聚酰胺膜被用作带的张紧构件的时候,由于高温和熔化的作用而使该膜失去了定向,其引起了接合部分的模量不同于带的其它部分。
此外,在上述的方法中,为了在两个带端部之间填充熔化的树脂,必须在带的厚度方向上向对接部分施加大的压力。因此,对接部分由于压缩作用而发生塑性变形,从而对接部分变得比带的其它部分的厚度要薄。
顺便提一句,上述文件所公开的内容还包括:为了将对接部分保持在预定的位置上,所述带在带的宽度方向上由可移动构件和壁部分所保持。然而,该文件所未公开的内容为:对接部分在带的宽度方向上受到挤压,以使用粘合剂将两端相接合。
发明内容
本发明的目的为提供一种生产接合带的方法,其中既不使用熔化粘合的方法也不使用在带的厚度方向施加较大压力的方法,而是使用较大的粘结力将两个带端部接合。
本发明的方法用于通过将第一带端部和第二端部接合起来而生产接合带。本发明的方法包括的步骤为,将粘合剂施加于第一带端部的第一端部面和第二带端部的第二端部面中的至少一个面上。第一端部面的至少部分与带的宽度方向斜交,或者与带的宽度方向相垂直。此外,第二带端部具有与第一带端部互补的外形。本发明的方法还包括的步骤为,将第一端部面对接于第二端部面上,以及使用粘合剂并且通过在带的宽度方向上挤压第一和第二带端部而将第一和第二端部面粘结,从而使第一和第二带端部接合在一起。

具体实施方式
下文中将通过参考附图中所示的实施例对本发明进行说明。
图1和图2显示了用于接合扁平带的两端的压模。首先,该压模的结构将使用图1和图2进行解释。该压模10具有下模11、可移动构件12和螺钉支承件13。下模11具有L形的横截面且包括底座部分11A和侧壁部分11B,该底座部分11A具有矩形上表面11U,该侧壁部分11B设置在上表面11U的一侧上。侧壁部分11B具有内表面11C,该内表面11C垂直于上表面11U。
可移动构件12在上表面11U的纵向方向L延伸,该可移动构件12在上表面11U上面对侧壁部分11B的内表面11C。可移动构件12的面对表面12C面对平行于面对表面12C的内表面11C。底座部分11A具有导向部分(导孔)11E和11F,这两个导向部分在上表面11U的宽度方向W上延伸。所述导向孔11E和11F在底座11A的厚度方向D(即上下方向)上贯穿底座,导向孔11E和11F在纵向方向L上位于底座部分11A的两端。
可移动构件12具有孔12E和12F,这两个孔在厚度方向D上贯穿,且这两个孔在纵向方向L上位于可移动构件12的两端上。孔12E和12F分别重叠于导向孔11E和11F,螺钉17E和17F分别被插入并通过重叠孔11E和12E以及重叠孔11F和12F。通过螺钉17E和17F,可移动构件12可移动地由底座部分11A所保持,从而可移动构件12能够在宽度方向W上移动。当可移动构件12移动的时候,螺钉17E和17F分别由导孔11E和11F所引导。
螺钉支承件13设置在上表面11U的另一端上。该螺钉支承件13在宽度方向W上开孔,从而形成螺孔13A,该螺纹孔13A在其内表面上设置有螺纹槽,而螺钉14被插在螺孔13A中。螺钉14的一端连接于可移动构件12上,为了便于操作,在螺钉14的另一端上设置有凸缘15。通过拧紧或松开螺钉14,可移动构件12在宽度方向W上相对于螺钉支承件13(也就是底座部分11A)而与螺钉14一起移动。
图3表示扁平带20的两个端部,这两个端部即将在如下文所述的接合工序中进行接合。接下来,将使用图3来解释带20的两个端部的结构。带20的厚度小于带20的宽度。带20不限于下面所述的结构,举例来说,其具有由树脂板构成的张紧构件,所述树脂板例如聚酰胺板或织物,带20还具有一个或多个织物、树脂层、橡胶层或者层叠地设置在该张紧构件的一个或两个表面上的这些材料的结合。可选地,带20可由上述的张紧构件或者一个或多个橡胶层组成。
如图3所示,带20的一个带端部(第一带端部21)在带的纵向方向上具有多个舌部23(在该实施例中存在两个舌部),这两个舌部23在带的纵向方向上伸出。如图4所示,以俯视的视角,每一舌部23具有与带20的其它部分的厚度相同的厚度,并且具有等腰三角形的外形。该舌部23在带的宽度方向上排成一排,并且每一舌部23与其它邻近的舌部23连续地相连接,从而第一带端部21形成锯齿状或者手指的外形。舌部23的外表面23A与带的宽度方向斜交,该外表面23A构成第一带端部21的端部面(第一端部面21K)。
带20的另一带端部(第二带端部22)在带的纵向方向上具有多个凹口24,这些凹口在带的厚度方向上贯穿该带。凹口24的内表面24A构成第二带端部22的端部面(第二端部面22K)。每一凹口24具有与舌部23相同的轮廓,每一凹口24与相邻的凹口24连续地相连接。因此,第二带端部22具有与第一带端部21互补的外形,并且具有锯齿形或者手指外形。因此,当每一舌部23被插入每一凹口24中时,第一端部面21K能够对接到第二端部面22K上。通过使用众所周知的装置进行切割来产生第一和第二带端部21和22。第一和第二端部面21K和22K优选地平行于带的厚度方向,但不限于这种设计。
在这个实施例中,舌部23在带的纵向方向的长度大于在带的宽度方向的宽度,从而,舌部23的外表面23A(或者凹口24的内表面24A)的面积,也就是对接面积,能够变大。因为舌部23具有等腰三角形的外形,所以舌部23的外表面23A由两个斜的表面组成,这两个表面与带的宽度方向成相同的角度。因此,通过如下文所述的宽度方向上的压力,外表面23A的全部区域均等地受到朝向内表面24A偏压,从而产生稳定的接合。此外,因为每一舌部23与其它相邻的舌部23连续地连接,所以整个第一端部面21K与带的宽度方向斜交。因此,通过宽度方向的压力,第一端部面21K易于受到朝向第二端部面22K的偏压。
接下来,利用图3和图4来解释生产环状带的工序。首先,将粘合剂施加到对接面上,也就是第一和第二端部面21K和22K中的一个面上,或者施加于两个面上。接下来,通过将每一舌部23插入每一凹口24中,将第一和第二端部面21K和22K进行对接。第一和第二带端部21和22的对接部分B位于壁部分11B和可移动构件12之间的底座部分11A的上表面11U上,而带的纵向方向平行于纵向方向L,并且带20的侧边表面20A与壁部分11B的内表面11C相接触。此时,可移动构件12向前推进,从而带20能够插置在壁部分11B和可移动构件12之间。至于上述的粘合剂,其可以使用聚酰胺粘合剂(例如,Nitta公司生产的聚硫橡胶粘合剂A(商标))或者聚氨酯粘合剂。
接下来,通过拧紧螺钉14而移动可移动构件12,从而面对表面12C接近壁部分11C。然后,对接部分B由可移动构件12的面对表面12C和壁部分11B的内表面11C所保持。在保持的过程中,螺钉14被进一步拧紧,从而通过可移动构件12和壁部分11B,在带的宽度方向上来夹紧并挤压对接部分B。继续施加在带的宽度方向上的压力,直到粘合剂固化或者变硬。对接的端部面(第一和第二端部面21K和22K)通过该固化或者变硬的粘合剂而粘在一起。通过这种粘结,带端部21和22被接合在一起并且获得了环状带。
在这个实施例中,在带的厚度方向上未施加压力而将带端部21和22接合在一起,其防止了接合部分的厚度薄于带20的其它部分的厚度。此外,因为带端部21和22未进行熔化工序而接合在一起,带20没有必要具有热塑树脂层。此外,即使带20具有热塑树脂层,带端部21和22也能够接合,而不发生由于熔化而产生的物理属性的变化。换言之,接合部分的物理属性将与带20的其它部分的物理属性相同。此外,由于是无熔化的粘结,不会形成喷溅。
图5为第二实施例中的压模的侧视图。接下来,将利用图5解释这个实施例中的压模。这个实施例中的压模10具有第一和第二加热板31和32,这两个加热板31和32分别设置在下模11的上方和下方。因此,位于上表面11U上的带20插置在所述板31和32之间。第一和第二加热板31和32为对带20进行加热的众所周知的加热器,例如被电加热金属丝或者被例如液体或者气体的加热媒介所加热的金属板。相对于底座部分11A可上下移动的第一加热板31能够接触带20的上表面并且能够从上方挤压带20。
在这个实施例中,对接部分B被第一加热板31和底座11A夹在中间并且在带的厚度方向上受到挤压,同时对接部分B在带的宽度方向上受到挤压。通过带的宽度方向的压力,舌部23可以与凹口24的内部相分离,但是这种分离受到带的厚度方向上的压力的限制。
优选地,第一加热板31对对接部分B施加轻微的压力,从而对接部分B未发生由于压缩而产生的塑性变形。可选地,在带的厚度方向上,第一加热板31未挤压对接部分B,而只是接触了对接部分B的上表面。
当第一和第二端部21和22接合的时候,通过第一和第二加热板31和32,对接部分B可从上方和下方横跨带的厚度方向被加热,同时对接部分B在带的宽度方向上受到挤压。在这种情况下,在对接部分被加热的时候,其可能或者可能不在厚度方向上受到由板31和32所产生的挤压。在例如使用热硬化性的粘合剂的时候,这一加热工序是有用的。
当带20的厚度大于壁部分11B的高度的时候,带20的上表面位于高于壁部分11B的顶部的位置上。从而,如图5所示,对接部分B能够不被壁部分11B阻碍而被第一加热板31和底座部分11A夹在中间,并受到挤压。
另一方面,当带20的厚度小于壁部分11B的高度的时候,第一加热板31的挤压可被壁部分11B阻碍。因此,在这种情况下,优选的是,如图6所示,在对接部分B的上表面上设置压板构件40,通过压板构件40而由第一压板31挤压对接部分B。
压板构件40可具有例如矩形的外形。可选地,压板构件40可由第一和第二板部分41和42构成,这两个部分为梯形,这种形状是通过沿着分割线D对矩形板进行分割而形成的。分割线D在矩形板的纵向方向上从一个端部斜线延伸到另一个端部。因此,第一和第二板部分41和42具有沿着分割线D的斜的表面41D和42D。
通过使斜的表面41D和42D相接触,并且通过沿着相对于第二板部分42的斜表面42D而移动第一板部分41,压板构件40的宽度能够得到调整,从而配合带的宽度,使得带20能够不受到压板构件40的阻碍而被可移动构件12在带的宽度方向上挤压。因此,压板构件40能够适应带的宽度上的变化。
可选地,压板构件40位于带20的上表面上但没有受到第一加热板31的挤压。将压板构件41放置在带20上能够防止舌部23与凹口24的内部相分离。
图8为第三实施例中的压模的侧视图。接下来,将说明第三和第一实施例之间的区别。在第一实施例中,可移动构件设置在下模11上。然而,在这个实施例中,可移动构件未设置在下模11上而是设置在上模50上,上模50是除下模11外的主体部。
在这个实施例中,与第一实施例相似的是,下模11具有底座11A和壁部分11B,该壁部分11B设置在上表面11U的右边。上模50具有L形的截面,并且包括具有矩形下表面50D的上底座部分50A以及设置在下表面50A的左边上的壁部分50B。
上底座部分50A设置在下模11的上方,从而下表面50D面对底座部分11A的上表面11U,并且壁部分50B的底部接近上表面11U的左边。因此,在上表面11U的上方,壁部分50B的内表面50C在宽度方向W上面对壁部分11B的内表面11C。上模50在宽度方向W上相对于下模11可移动。
对接部分B在壁部分11B和50B之间位于下模11的上表面11U上。在这个实施例中,上模50(也就是壁部分50B(可移动部分))相对于下模11向右(即,在宽度方向W上)移动,从而对接部分B在带的宽度方向上被内表面11C和50C夹紧并挤压。这个挤压工序一直持续到施加在对接端部上的粘合剂固化或变硬为止,从而两个带端部被固化或者变硬的粘合剂接合在一起。
在这个实施例中,上模50可相对于下模11在垂直方向上(也就是厚度方向D上)可移动。在这种情况下,接合部分B可在带的厚度方向D上被底座部分11A和50A所挤压,同时接合部分B在带的宽度方向上受到挤压。当然,底座部分50A的下表面50D可仅仅接触带20的上表面,而不在带的厚度方向上挤压。另外,在这个实施例中,与第二实施例相似的是,压板构件40可位于对接部分B的上表面上。此外,上模11和下模50可充当加热器,而对接部分B可由模11和50加热。当然,对接部分B可由除所述模11和50以外的加热器加热。
在上述实施例中,舌部23不限于等腰三角形的外形,其也可具有其它的三角形或者其它形状的外形,其中舌部23的宽度朝向舌部23的尖端减小。例如,舌部23在俯视图中可具有直角三角形外形,从而舌部23的外表面23A(也就是第一端部面21K)由垂直于带的宽度方向的表面和与带的宽度方向斜交的表面组成。此外,如图9所示,舌部23可具有一种外形,其中舌部23的宽度朝向舌部23的尖端23T减小,并且尖端23T的外表面为曲面。
当然,除了垂直或斜交于带的宽度方向的表面以外,第一和第二带端部面21K和22K还可包括平行于带的宽度方向的表面。换言之,除了斜交或者垂直于宽度方向的第一端部面21K的部分之外,端部面21K的部分也可平行于带的宽度方向。例如,在俯视图中,舌部23可具有矩形外形,该矩形外形在带的纵向方向上延伸。在这种情况下,舌部23的尖端的角可具有削边外形或者曲面外形。
如图10所示,舌部23可具有相对狭窄的狭窄部分23X和连接于狭窄部分23X的尖端部分的较宽部分23Y。在这种情况下,舌部23的宽度从舌部23的底座23Z在向外的方向上减小,从而形成狭窄部分23X,而舌部23的宽度从狭窄部分23X向尖端23T向外增大,从而形成较宽部分23Y。然后,狭窄部分23X的尖端变成舌部23的尖端23T。较宽部分23Y的尖端23T的一侧的外表面23A形成曲面表面。
根据图10中的舌部23,当环状带20在带的纵向方向上受拉力的时候,较宽部分23Y的底座23Z的一侧的外表面23A与凹口24的内表面24A相接合。从而,安全地确保凹口23不与凹口24的内侧相分离,并且增大了带的张紧力。
图11为第四实施例中的带20的俯视图。从第一实施例到第三实施例,舌部23和凹口24设置在带端部21和22上。然而,在这个实施例中,没有设置舌部23和凹口24。
在这个实施例中,在俯视图中,带端部21和22具有沿着线L切成相同角度的边缘外形,线L斜交于带的宽度方向。换言之,第一和第二端部面21K和22K包括成相同角度的表面,这些表面斜交于带的宽度方向并且平行于带的厚度方向,从而第二带端部21具有与第一带端部21互补的外形。
在这个实施例中,在将粘合剂施加于端部面21K和22K的一个面上或全部均施加之后,端部面21K和22K按照从第一实施例到第三实施例中的相同方式被对接并接合。
在这个实施例中,因为端部面21K和22K与带的宽度方向斜交,所以第一端部面21K能够朝向第二端部面被带的宽度方向上的压力22K偏压。因此,与第一实施例相似,带端部21和22被强有力地接合在一起。
在上述的每一实施例中,扁平带被举例为带20,但是带20并不限于扁平带,其可为锯齿形带等。当带20为锯齿形带的时候,底座部分11A的上表面11U形成齿状外形。此外,对于上述的全部实施例,被接合的第一带端部21和第二带端部22属于同一个带20。然而,第一带的第二带端部可为除了第一带以外的第二带的第二带端部。
虽然已经参考附图说明了本发明的实施例,但是本领域的一般技术人员在不超出本发明的范围内显然可做出许多修改和改变。

Claims (8)

1.一种通过将第一带端部和第二带端部相接合来生产接合带的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
将粘合剂施加于所述第一带端部的第一端部面和所述第二带端部的第二端部面中的至少一个面上,所述第一端部面的至少一部分斜交于所述带的宽度方向或者垂直于所述带的宽度方向,所述第二带端部具有与所述第一带端部互补的外形;
将所述第一端部面对接于第二端部面上;以及
使用粘合剂,通过在所述带的宽度方向上挤压所述第一和第二带端部的对接部分而粘结所述第一和第二端部面,从而所述第一和第二带端部接合起来而无需进行熔化工序,其中,还包括的步骤为:
准备压模,该压模包括底座部分、设置在所述底座部分上的壁部分、和面对所述壁部分且设置在所述底座部分上方的可移动构件;
将所述对接部分定位在所述壁部分和所述可移动构件之间的所述底座部分上;和
移动所述可移动构件以接近所述壁部分,从而所述对接部分在所述可移动构件和所述壁部分之间被夹紧并挤压。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一带端部具有舌部,该舌部的外表面形成所述第一端部面,而所述第二带端部具有凹口,该凹口的内表面形成所述第二端部面,通过将所述舌部插入所述凹口中,所述第一和第二端部面对接起来。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述舌部包括相对狭窄的部分和较宽部分,该较宽部分连接于所述狭窄部分的尖端。
4.如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述舌部的宽度朝向所述舌部的尖端的方向减小。
5.如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述舌部具有矩形外形。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述对接部分横跨带的厚度被加热,同时所述对接部分在所述带的宽度方向上受到挤压。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述对接部分在带的厚度方向上受到挤压,同时所述对接部分在所述带的宽度方向上受到挤压。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一带端部为带的一个端部,所述第二带端部为所述带的另一个端部,所述接合带为环状带。
