背景技术
    目前,随着经济的快速发展,食品的种类越来越多,粥是人们生活中常出现在餐桌上的一种主食,因其营养美味、美味可口,烹制方便,随着生活水平的逐步提高,工作频率加快,如何将粥制成一种安全,卫生,使用便利,加工方式多,口感好的方便食品成为难题,且传统的粥口味单一,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足于消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种月见草强筋骨型保健粥及其制备方法,本发明具有强筋骨、味道鲜美,营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种月见草强筋骨型玉米粥,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:
粳米500-550、徐长卿5-8、月见草5-8、伸筋草2-3、玉竹5-8、白术3-4、五味子3-4、茄子皮8-10、紫菜10-15、莲藕25-30、燕麦45-55、荞麦50-60、玉米淀粉40-50、田基黄1-2、木香1-2、蔓荆子1-3、地黄叶1-2、紫薯20-30、洋葱18-22、山竹20-30、紫玉枣20-25、桂圆30-33、营养天机剂65-70;
所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:
葛根3-5、罗布麻0.2-0.4、簇生卷耳1-2、弯曲碎米荠3-4、莲子芯2-5、知母2-4、金银花粉3-4、荠菜40-50、冬瓜50-60、烤麸20-21、黄鱼20-24、花生油20-30、火龙果10-20、芝士10-12、蔓越莓24-25;
制备方法:
(1)     将葛根、罗布麻、簇生卷耳、弯曲碎米荠、莲子芯、知母、金银花粉加15-20倍水,煎煮55-60分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将茄子皮、紫菜、莲藕放入到药液中浸泡4-5小时,取出用晾干备用;
(2)     将荠菜、冬瓜、烤麸放入蒸抽中蒸熟,取出捣碎揉成泥状,再烘干磨成粉;
(3)     将火龙果、芝士、蔓越莓加适量水打成浆,再冷冻干燥制成粉,与步骤(1)、(2)所得粉料混合均匀,即得。
所述月见草强筋骨型玉米粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将徐长卿、月见草、伸筋草、玉竹、白术、五味子加15-20倍水,煎50-55分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将金针菇22-28、猪肝放入药液中浸泡8-9小时,取出晾干,备用;
(2)     将燕麦、荞麦、玉米淀粉放入炒锅中炒香,取出烘干,制成粉;
(3)     将田基黄、木香、蔓荆子、地黄叶放入沸水中煮熟4-5小时,过滤除渣,得汤液,将紫薯、洋葱、山竹、紫玉枣、茄桂圆放入汤液中煮2-3小时,取出烘干,制成片状;
(4)   将粳米与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料以及其他剩余原料混合搅拌均匀,放入沸水中煮成粥,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在传统的粥中添加了多种名贵中药和多种营养丰富的辅料,其中,添加的月见草具有强筋骨的作用,同时,还添加了玉竹,具有降血糖的功效,且添加了紫薯、洋葱、山竹、紫玉枣、桂圆等口味独特的辅料,使得粥的口感更好。
具体实施方式
一种月见草强筋骨型玉米粥,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:
粳米500-550、徐长卿5-8、月见草5-8、伸筋草2-3、玉竹5-8、白术3-4、五味子3-4、茄子皮8-10、紫菜10-15、莲藕25-30、燕麦45-55、荞麦50-60、玉米淀粉40-50、田基黄1-2、木香1-2、蔓荆子1-3、地黄叶1-2、紫薯20-30、洋葱18-22、山竹20-30、紫玉枣20-25、桂圆30-33、营养天机剂65-70;
所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:
葛根3-5、罗布麻0.2-0.4、簇生卷耳1-2、弯曲碎米荠3-4、莲子芯2-5、知母2-4、金银花粉3-4、荠菜40-50、冬瓜50-60、烤麸20-21、黄鱼20-24、花生油20-30、火龙果10-20、芝士10-12、蔓越莓24-25;
制备方法:
(1)     将葛根、罗布麻、簇生卷耳、弯曲碎米荠、莲子芯、知母、金银花粉加15-20倍水,煎煮55-60分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将茄子皮、紫菜、莲藕放入到药液中浸泡4-5小时,取出用晾干备用;
(2)     将荠菜、冬瓜、烤麸放入蒸抽中蒸熟,取出捣碎揉成泥状,再烘干磨成粉;
(3)     将火龙果、芝士、蔓越莓加适量水打成浆,再冷冻干燥制成粉,与步骤(1)、(2)所得粉料混合均匀,即得。
所述月见草强筋骨型玉米粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将徐长卿、月见草、伸筋草、玉竹、白术、五味子加15-20倍水,煎50-55分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将金针菇22-28、猪肝放入药液中浸泡8-9小时,取出晾干,备用;
(2)     将燕麦、荞麦、玉米淀粉放入炒锅中炒香,取出烘干,制成粉;
(3)     将田基黄、木香、蔓荆子、地黄叶放入沸水中煮熟4-5小时,过滤除渣,得汤液,将紫薯、洋葱、山竹、紫玉枣、茄桂圆放入汤液中煮2-3小时,取出烘干,制成片状;
(4)    将粳米与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料以及其他剩余原料混合搅拌均匀,放入沸水中煮成粥,即得。

粳米500-550、徐长卿5-8、月见草5-8、伸筋草2-3、玉竹5-8、白术3-4、五味子3-4、茄子皮8-10、紫菜10-15、莲藕25-30、燕麦45-55、荞麦50-60、玉米淀粉40-50、田基黄1-2、木香1-2、蔓荆子1-3、地黄叶1-2、紫薯20-30、洋葱18-22、山竹20-30、紫玉枣20-25、桂圆30-33、营养天机剂65-70;
所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:
