所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:
葛根3-5、罗布麻0.2-0.4、簇生卷耳1-2、弯曲碎米荠3-4、莲子芯2-5、知母2-4、金银花粉3-4、荠菜40-50、冬瓜50-60、烤麸20-21、黄鱼20-24、花生油20-30、火龙果10-20、芝士 10-12、曼越毒 24-25 ;
制备方法:
(1)将葛根、罗布麻、簇生卷耳、弯曲碎米荠、莲子芯、知母、金银花粉加15-20倍水,煎煮55-60分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将黄鱼放入到药液中浸泡4-5小时,取出用花生油炸脆,再烘干磨成粉;
(2)将荠菜、冬瓜、烤麸放入蒸抽中蒸熟,取出捣碎揉成泥状,再烘干磨成粉;
(3)将火龙果、芝士、蔓越莓加适量水打成浆,再冷冻干燥制成粉,与步骤(1)32)所得粉料混合均匀,即得。

(2)将灵芝、蜂王浆、椰汁、龙眼肉、拐枣、红茶粉加适量水,搅拌均匀,放入蒸锅蒸熟,取出烘干,制成粉;将文冠果果仁、酸枣仁、核桃仁放入沸水中煮2-3小时,过滤除渣,得汤液,将甜椒、糯玉米、桃花放入到汤液中煮1-2小时,取出,制成片状 (3)将胡柚汁、乌桃汁、椰汁、山楂粉搅拌均匀,再冷冻干燥制成粉;
(4)将紫米与步骤(1^(2^ (3)所得物料以及其他剩余原料混合搅拌均匀,放入沸水中煮成粥,即得。
