所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:
葛根3-5、罗布麻0.2-0.4、簇生卷耳1-2、弯曲碎米荠3-4、莲子芯2-5、知母2-4、金银花粉3-4、荠菜40-50、冬瓜50-60、烤麸20-21、黄鱼20-24、花生油20-30、火龙果10-20、芝士10-12、蔓越莓24-25;
制备方法:

(2) 将灵芝、蜂王浆、椰汁、龙眼肉、拐枣、红茶粉加适量水,搅拌均匀,放入蒸锅蒸熟,取出烘干,制成粉;将文冠果果仁、酸枣仁、核桃仁放入沸水中煮2-3小时,过滤除渣,得汤液,将甜椒、糯玉米、桃花放入到汤液中煮1-2小时,取出,制成片状
(3) 将胡柚汁、乌桃汁、椰汁、山楂粉搅拌均匀,再冷冻干燥制成粉;
(4) 将紫米与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料以及其他剩余原料混合搅拌均匀,放入沸水中煮成粥,即得。
