本发明公开了一种产后妇女粉丝及其制作方法,其组成原料的重量份为:番薯粉95-110、玉米淀粉13-15、栗粉4-6、糙米粉10-15、粘米粉10-15、三七粉3-5、阿胶粉4-6、枸杞红枣粉5-8、高蛋白粉8-10、覆盆子1.2-1.5、菟丝子1-1.5、地骨皮0.7-0.9、芡实1-2、百节藕3-4、刘寄奴0.3-0.5、臭草根1.5-2.5、片姜黄3-4、食盐3-4、白糖5-7、蚝油6-8和橄榄油25-30;本发明的粉丝不含明矾、安全性高,表面光滑,口感柔软,弹性好,发明中所使用的枸杞粉、三七粉等有提高机体免疫力的作用,可以补气强精、滋补肝肾、抗衰老、止消渴、暖身体的功效,高蛋白粉补充蛋白能量,枸杞红枣粉有很好的补血作用,适合产后妇女的食用。

本发明涉及属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种产后妇女粉丝及其制作方法。
 
背景技术
粉丝是我国的常见食品,因其含有丰富的碳水化合物、膳食纤维、蛋白质、烟酸和钙、镁、铁、钾等矿物质,所以自古以来就受到人们的喜欢,现有的粉丝品种比较单一,一般都是由绿豆、红薯等制成,含有的营养成分也比较单一,不能满足人们对粉丝营养多元化的需求,而且也限制了粉丝的各种做法。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种产后妇女粉丝及其制作方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
产后妇女粉丝,其组成原料的重量份为:番薯粉95-110、玉米淀粉13-15、栗粉4-6、糙米粉10-15、粘米粉10-15、三七粉3-5、阿胶粉4-6、枸杞红枣粉5-8、高蛋白粉8-10、覆盆子1.2-1.5、菟丝子1-1.5、地骨皮0.7-0.9、芡实1-2、百节藕3-4、刘寄奴0.3-0.5、臭草根1.5-2.5、片姜黄3-4、食盐3-4、白糖5-7、蚝油6-8和橄榄油25-30。
产后妇女粉丝,其组成原料的重量份为:番薯粉105、玉米淀粉14、栗粉5、糙米粉12、粘米粉12、三七粉4、阿胶粉5、枸杞红枣粉7、高蛋白粉9、覆盆子1.4、菟丝子1.2、地骨皮0.8、芡实1.5、百节藕3.5、刘寄奴0.4、臭草根2、片姜黄3.5、食盐3.5、白糖6、蚝油7和橄榄油28。
产后妇女粉丝的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将番薯粉、玉米淀粉、栗粉、糙米粉、粘米粉、三七粉、阿胶粉、枸杞红枣粉和高蛋白粉搅拌混合均匀,备用;
(2)称取覆盆子、菟丝子、地骨皮、芡实、百节藕、刘寄奴和臭草根,洗净煎煮20-30分钟,过滤得滤渣和滤液,在滤渣中加入2-3倍量纯净水和滤渣质量的1.0-2.5%维生素C,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤得浆液,合并滤液和浆液,备用;
(3)合并步骤(1)和步骤(2)的原料,加入其他剩余辅料,搅拌混合均匀,投入自熟粉丝机挤压成型、冷却;所述的冷却采用低温梯度冷却,先将成型粉丝放入20-30℃水中浸泡15-30 分钟,再在5-10℃水中浸泡3-5分钟,最后在冰水中浸泡20-30分钟,最后滤去浸泡水,清洗甩干,再放入送入切断机切断,晾干即得。
本发明的优点:
本发明的粉丝不含明矾、安全性高,表面光滑,口感柔软,弹性好,发明中所使用的枸杞粉、三七粉等有提高机体免疫力的作用,可以补气强精、滋补肝肾、抗衰老、止消渴、暖身体的功效,高蛋白粉补充蛋白能量,枸杞红枣粉有很好的补血作用,适合产后妇女的食用。

实施例1:产后妇女粉丝,其组成原料的重量份(g)为:番薯粉105、玉米淀粉14、栗粉5、糙米粉12、粘米粉12、三七粉4、阿胶粉5、枸杞红枣粉7、高蛋白粉9、覆盆子1.4、菟丝子1.2、地骨皮0.8、芡实1.5、百节藕3.5、刘寄奴0.4、臭草根2、片姜黄3.5、食盐3.5、白糖6、蚝油7和橄榄油28。
产后妇女粉丝的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将番薯粉、玉米淀粉、栗粉、糙米粉、粘米粉、三七粉、阿胶粉、枸杞红枣粉和高蛋白粉搅拌混合均匀,备用;

2.根据权利要求1所述的产后妇女粉丝,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:番薯粉105、玉米淀粉14、栗粉5、糙米粉12、粘米粉12、三七粉4、阿胶粉5、枸杞红枣粉7、高蛋白粉9、覆盆子1.4、菟丝子1.2、地骨皮0.8、芡实1.5、百节藕3.5、刘寄奴0.4、臭草根2、片姜黄3.5、食盐3.5、白糖6、蚝油7和橄榄油28。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的产后妇女粉丝的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将番薯粉、玉米淀粉、栗粉、糙米粉、粘米粉、三七粉、阿胶粉、枸杞红枣粉和高蛋白粉搅拌混合均匀,备用;
(2)称取覆盆子、菟丝子、地骨皮、芡实、百节藕、刘寄奴和臭草根,洗净煎煮20-30分钟,过滤得滤渣和滤液,在滤渣中加入2-3倍量纯净水和滤渣质量的1.0-2.5%维生素C,放入搅拌机中打浆,过滤得浆液,合并滤液和浆液,备用;
