Abstract
该发明是关于容纳电气和电子设备和组件的柜,它配有一些覆盖件,还包括角接头将垂直、水平、横向型材条连接而做成的框架。

Description
本发明涉及一种用于电气或电子设备及组件的柜。
这种柜被称作19″控制和设备柜,它可以和各种设计和构造相配合,适于组成柜和箱体系统。
欧洲专利EP0389910A1公布了一种设备柜,此种柜具有由竖直、水平和横向的型材条组成的框架,这些型材条带有纵向取向并且横截面呈键孔的槽。型材条按下述方式用角接头互相连接在一起:角接头上的面向对角线方向的两个销子总是插入型材条端面上的槽或更远的孔中。根据使用或准备使用的场合的要求,柜架由上盖、下盖、侧壁以及后壁或后门、前框或前门来覆盖。
如EP0428335A2所述的防感应极化(IP-tight)及屏蔽高频的设备柜具有作为框架的型材条,这些型材条通过角接头互相连接在一起。在型材件上加工出一条密封筋板,以便接收弹性的高频密封带。一个缺点是,与横向件及水平件相比,竖直件具有不同的截面结构。
美国专利4691970号公开了一种防尘柜式箱件,其框架的型材带有至少一个向外伸展的密封筋板。为了使每个覆盖件,即侧壁、底板和顶板都获得整周密封,角接头上也设置了伸向外部的密封筋板。安装覆盖件时,在框架型材条以及相应的接头所带存的整周密筋板和特定的覆盖件之间放置整周的密封件。角接头在空间座标方向上具有导向元件,在这些元件中装入另外的展开件,以便固定型材条。
这类已知的柜不总能满足安全平稳的结构要求。另外,所需的生产及装配费用不利于降低成本。
本发明的目的就是提供一个稳定可靠的柜结构,该结构能同时使生产和装配高效进行。
用于容纳电气和电子设备及组件的柜,它带竖直、水平和横向型材条,这些型材条被构造成空心型材并且具有近似矩形的横截面和一条密封筋板,这些型材条用角接头互相连接起来,这些角接头具有用于框架的接收表面,此框架可以安装底板、顶板、门、后壁以及侧壁,每个角接头在空间座标方向上具有导向元件及通孔,而且用于把型材条进行端面安装的每一个导向元件都被构造成与型材条的第一空腔互补的形状,而且固定元件在通孔中被导向,此固定元件可以固定在型材条的第二空腔内,该柜的特征在于:
型材条具有相同的横截面;型材条的密封筋板被构造成空心型材的内侧壁的延伸部分,此内侧壁是与柜的内部相邻接的;角接头的水平接收表面被构造成与型材条的横截面相一致,而且设有一个楔形区,用来支承竖直型材条的密封筋板;而且每个角接头都具有一个接收区,用来固定一块底板或顶板,并用来连接固定支承支脚或一个基座,接收区相对柜的内部来说在竖直方向上向外伸出,在水平方向上向内延伸。
在一种便于加工和安装的型材条结构中,型材条带有导向元件以及用于固定型材条的通孔,这种固定是借助于固定元件来完成的,被安装的型材条固定时,固定元件在角接头中的通孔内被导向,而且被引入并紧固在型材条的第二空腔内,型材条在其端面上的一种特别有效的刚性及非刚性连接是这样实现的:位于型材条上的密封筋板被构造成型材条的空心部分内侧壁的延伸部分,此内侧壁与柜的内部相邻接;而且,带有接收型材条的表面的角接头具有水平的接收面,此接收面被构造成与型材条的横截面一致,并且设有楔形区,用来支承竖直型材条的密封筋板。柜或箱体的特别高效率的安装是这样实现的:每个角接头都有一个另外的接收面;用来固定底板或顶板,以及用来固定支承支脚或基座。此接收区相对柜内部在竖直方向向外伸出,而在水平方向向内延伸,并构成角接头的另外一个接收区,此接收区保证了连接元件能够特别容易地接近。
角接头的导向元件具有特别是呈方块状的,比如平行六面体状,并在角接头的连接面上的结构。该导向孔同型材条上的与它互补的第一空腔相配合,特别是与T型槽的端部开口相配合,使型材条能迅速装配并调整其位置。当固定元件穿过角接头中的通孔,旋入并固定于型材条上的第2个孔槽中时,型材条的固定安装也就完成了。
最好采用中空的角接头,作为压铸件其制造成本不高。借助于装配螺钉,并借助于拧入型材条的更特别对中的孔道中的自攻螺纹使角接头与型材条之间的连接特别稳定,装配螺钉靠其无螺纹的杆部在角接头中无螺纹通孔中被几乎紧配合地导向。
把装配螺钉拧入内壁光滑的孔槽中,从而对型材条进行了精确的定向。
为了安装覆盖件和使门能无阻碍地开启,最好能吻合地接收连接件。为了便于对固定件比如沉头螺钉进行操作,可从角接器的外面接近它们。在最佳角接头结构中,外表面平行于与型材条前端面接触的连接面。
在连接面的通孔出口端附近设有锪孔面,连接面上配有凸起的导向元件。把装配螺钉拧入型材条的中心槽时,锪孔面用来容纳向上排出的材料。
若至少让水平连接面同相邻的竖直的型材条结构相吻合,则可以保证平台或箱体结构的稳定性。密封用辐板是作为近似于长方形的空心型材内侧的延伸部分而制造出的,并朝远离柜的内部的方向延伸,它譬如可以支撑在角接头楔形构造面上或与其相邻。
为了支持上、下盖,比如顶、底板或顶、底薄板,在角接头上设置了连接区,该连接区相对于柜或框架以合适的方式垂直向外凸起、水平向内延伸。该连接区有一固定区,比如至少应有一螺孔,以便用螺钉固定顶板或底板,或用于固定板状支脚、校平支脚或者基座。
本发明最佳的方案是,该柜由一个基座支撑,它在角接头附近有基座角部零件用来承载,特别是承受垂直方向的力。采用有利于降低生产成本的制造方法,基座角部零件尤其可由整块金属板材比如薄钢板或薄铝板制成。通过切割和弯曲,两腿形成90°,同时具有一焊接的顶角容座,用来容纳角接头。角容座在两面由双层结构的竖直支撑辐板来支撑,通过配合特别是通过向下拧紧的角接头,获得极高的稳定性。
基座角部零件或腿部的横截面形状近似为S形,它是由上部外开口U型件和开口朝向柜内部的下部U型件组成。
基座角部零件之间是作为外罩件的基座元件,它利用连接凸缘以可折卸的方式固定在基座角部零件上。由挤压的铝型材切成定长得到的框架型材条具有T型槽,特别是用于固定柜的部件、设备、组件的模件轨道,也是为装门铰链而设置的,还尤其为便于安装和固定侧壁或根据选择安装和固定后壁。
带弯曲或倾斜边缘条的侧壁连接于顶部型材条的铰链上并全部与竖直的和底部水平的型材条连接。鉴于安全及生产责任方面的原因,在侧壁的边缘处设置了卡锁,在底部边缘附近设置了带锁紧缸的螺套。这样一来,未经许可的人就不能卸除铰链、拆下侧壁或后壁。
在型材条之间,特别是在侧壁的中心区安装额外的尤其是水平方向的多功能导轨是有好处的。它可以用来固定另外的其它形式的安装件。它也改善了整个柜及组件的支撑状况。

图1是安放部件和设备的柜的分解图,这种柜具有由4个竖直型材条2、顶部和底部的水平型材条4和横向型材条6构成的框架3,还具有作为覆盖件的底板3、顶板9,两个侧壁15、一个后壁13和门10。覆盖件由漆过的钢板构成,上面弯出整圈的边缘条或凸缘17。型材条2、4、6分别在角接头上沿三个坐标方向被固定,角接头和型材条起到防尘、防水及防其它异物的密封效果,在边缘条或凸缘17未上漆时,与型材条2、4、6的形成的条形接触起到相邻覆盖件间的半防护作用。侧壁15及后壁13均可配备卡锁43,而且在底部配有带锁紧缸的螺套,防止未经批准取下铰链。前门10可用聚丙烯玻璃制成,其上装有门铰链件11 ,可同固定于型材条2的侧门上的铰链件(未表示出)可拆卸地连接起来。同时为门配备了关闭装置,如图,其中有带拉手的门板12。
在侧壁15附近、水平型材条4或垂直型材条2之间安装了多功能导轨46。
型材条2、4、6借助角接头20相互连接构成框架3。角接头20配有凸出接收面40。利用螺纹连接可以固定顶板9、底板8。板形支脚18或基座30同底板8一起被固定到角接头20的底侧上。
图2对角接头20的结构进行了放大。由中空铝压铸件制成的角接头20在三个坐标方向配有连接平面21、块状的平行六边体导向元件24、容纳联接螺钉22的通孔26。在此实施例中,连接螺钉22由装配螺钉28构成,它由穿过通孔26的光滑杆部27、前端杆部的自攻螺纹29所组成,自攻螺纹29被旋入第二空腔7中,具体说是拧入型材条2、4、6的中央圆形槽孔16中,槽孔和通孔是对中的。通孔26在出口处配有锪孔面25,用于收集攻丝时的旋屑或废弃材料。
将压铸铝型材条2、4、6进行端面安装时,凸起的导向元件24同前面的第一空腔5,亦即T形槽14相配合,该槽有与导向元件24互补的矩形横截面。图2清楚地显示出,角接头20的水平接收面19同型材条2、4、6的横截面构造一致,锲形面32同竖直型材条2的密封筋板41相接。
固定元件22从外表面26插入穿过通孔26。在朝向水平型材条4的接收面21上形成的接收区40在此图中没有画出来(参考图1)。
图3、4、5描绘出基座30的构造。图3中画出基座30及基座角部零件33和固定于角部零件33之间的基座构件31。基座构件是U型型材,可同基座角部零件33的连接辐板37上的正面凹入处相连并加以固定。
基座角部零件33被加工成稳定支撑件,它由薄钢板折弯制成,从生产观点看,这样做是有利的。从图1中看出,基座角部零件33位于角接头20的下方,是特别用来承受垂直方向载荷的。为了承载,基座角部零件由弯成相互垂直且具有S形横载面构造的两条支撑腿34组成(图4)。顶部向外开口的U形截面件35有一通孔42,用来连接基座角部零件33和角接头20,上部U型截面件35与底部U型件39相连。在上面的U型件35上,制成了一个角容座45,例如,可通过焊接凹槽的边缘来形成,将整块平板材料折弯后,这些边缘互相挤靠在一起。角部容座上支撑着角接头20及相连的型材条2。在腿端部并沿上面零件35整个高度双层折叠而成的双层竖直支撑辐板36提高了稳定性。
Claims (15)
1.用于容纳电气和电子设备及组件的柜,它带竖直(2)、水平(4)和横向型材条(6),这些型材条被构造成空心型材并且具有近似矩形的横截面和一条密封筋板,这些型材条用角接头(20)互相连接起来,这些角接头具有用于框架(3)的接收表面(19),此框架(3)可以安装底板(8)、顶板(9)、门(10)、后壁(13)以及侧壁(15),每个角接头(20)在空间座标方向上具有导向元件(24)及通孔(26),而且用于把型材条(2、4、6)进行端面安装的每一个导向元件都被构造成与型材条(2、4、6)的第一空腔(5)互补的形状,而且固定元件(22)在通孔(26)中被导向,此固定元件(22)可以固定在型材条(2、4、6)的第二空腔(7)内,该柜的特征在于:
型材条(2、4、6)具有相同的横截面;型材条(2、4、6)的密封筋板(41)被构造成空心型材的内侧壁的延伸部分,此内侧壁是与柜的内部相邻接的;角接头的水平接收表面被构造成与型材条(2、4、6)的横截面相一致,而且设有一个楔形区,用来支承竖直型材条(2)的密封筋板(41);而且每个角接头(20)都具有一个接收区(40),用来固定一块底板(8)或顶板(9),并用来连接固定支承支脚(42)或一个基座(30),接收区(40)相对柜的内部来说在竖直方向上向外伸出,在水平方向上向内延伸。
2.按照权利要求1所述的柜,其特征在于:每个角接头都被设计成一个空心的压铸件,在用于型材条(2、4、6)的连接面附近具有块状导向元件(24),带有T形槽(14)端面开口的型材条(2、4、6)可以安装在此导向元件上。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的柜,其特征在于:通孔(26)可以从角接头(20)的楔形区(32)的外侧面(32)接近,而且被设计能吻合地接收作为固定元件(22)的装配螺钉(28)。
4.按照权利要求2所述的柜,其特征在于:通孔(26)的出口被设置在角接头(20)的连接面(21)上,并且带有锪孔面(25)。
5.按照权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于:装配螺钉(28)具有光滑的杆部(27)和自攻螺纹(29),并借助于光滑的杆部(27)在通孔(26)内被导向,还靠自攻螺纹(29)旋入型材条(2、4、6)的作为第二空腔的中央的圆形槽孔(16)。
6.按照权利要求1所述的柜,其特征在于:角接头(20)的每个接收面(40)被构造成用于固定基座(30)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柜,其特征在于:在角接头(20)附近,基座(30)配有基座角部零件(33),用于承受竖直方向载荷。
