Description

本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序所述的用于电气或电子设备及组件的一种柜。
这种柜被称作19″控制和设备柜,它可以和各种设计和构造相配合,适于组成柜和箱体系统。
已知的柜或柜外壳,有一个由竖直、水平、横向型材条构成的框架,型材条的横截面形状大体相同。型材条通过角接头连在一起。根据使用场合和使用目的,框架由上盖、下盖、侧壁以及后壁或后门、前框或前门来覆盖。
这类已知的柜不总能满足安全平稳的结构要求。另外,所需的生产及装配费用不利于降低成本。
本发明的目的就是提供一个稳定可靠的柜结构,该结构能同时使生产和装配高效进行。
利用权利要求1的特征可实现该目的。在从属权利要求中,还提到了一些有益和合适的方案。
在使型材条和角接头便于加工和装配的结构中,有用于安装的导向元件及借助于固定元件来固定型材条的通孔;型材条在端面处采用了刚性和非刚性联接。
导向元件特别是呈方块状的,比如平行六面体状,并在角接头的连接面上形成。该导向孔同型材条上的与它互补的第一孔槽相配合,特别是与T型槽的端部开口相配合,使型材条能迅速安装上去并调整其位置。当固定元件穿过角接头中的通孔,旋入并固定于型材条上的第2个孔槽中时,型材条的固定安装也就完成了。
最好采用中空的角接头,作为压铸件其制造成本不高。借助于装配螺钉,并借助于拧入型材条的更特别对中的孔道中的自攻螺纹使角接头与型材条之间的连接特别稳定,装配螺钉靠其无螺纹的杆部在角接头中无螺纹通孔中被几乎紧配合地导向。
把装配螺钉拧入内壁光滑的孔槽中,从而对型材条进行了精确的定向。
为了安装覆盖件和使门能无阻碍地开启,最好能吻合地接收连接件。为了便于操作,固定件比如沉头螺钉可从角接器的外面被够到。在最佳角接头结构中,外表面平行于与型材条前端面接触的连接面。
在连接面的通孔出口端附近设有锪孔面,连接面上配有凸起的导向元件。把装配螺钉拧入型材条的中心槽时,锪孔面用来容纳产生的废弃材料。
若至少让水平连接面同相邻的竖直的型材条结构相唿合,则对于平台或箱体结构的稳定性是有利的。密封用辐板是作为近似于长方形的空心型材内侧的延伸部分而制造出的,并朝远离柜的内部的方向延伸,它譬如可以支撑在角接头楔形构造面上或与其相邻。
为了支持上、下盖,比如顶、底板或顶、底薄板,在角接头上设置了连接区,在合适的方案中,该连接区相对于柜或框架以合适的方式垂直向外凸起、水平向内延伸。该连接区至少应有一通孔,以便用螺钉固定顶板或底板,或用于固定板状支脚、校平支脚或者基座。
本发明最佳的方案是,该柜由一个基座支撑,它在角接头附近有基座角部零件用来承载,特别是承受垂直方向的力。采用有利于降低生产成本的制造方法,基座角部零件尤其可由整块金属板材比如薄钢板或薄铝板制成。通过切割和弯曲,两腿形成90°,同时具有一焊接的顶角容座,用来容纳角接头。角容座在两面由双层结构的竖直支撑辐板来支撑,通过配合特别是通过向下拧紧的角接头,获得极高的稳定性。
基座角部零件或腿部的横截面形状近似为S形,它是由上部外开口U型件和开口朝向柜内部的下部U型件组成。
基座角部零件之间是作为外罩件的基座元件,它利用连接凸缘以可折卸的方式固定在基座角部零件上。由挤压的铝型材切成定长得到的框架型材条具有T型槽,特别是用于固定柜的部件、设备、组件的模件轨道,也是为装门铰链而设置的,还尤其为便于安装和固定侧壁或根据选择安装和固定后壁。
带弯曲或倾斜边缘条的侧壁连接于顶部型材条的铰链上并全部与竖直的和底部水平的型材条连接。鉴于安全及生产责任方面的原因,在侧壁的边缘处设置了卡锁,在底部边缘附近设置了带锁紧缸的螺套。这样一来,未经许可的人就不能卸除铰链、拆下侧壁或后壁。
在型材条之间,特别是在侧壁的中心区安装额外的尤其是水平方向的多功能导轨是有好处的。它可以用来固定另外的其它形式的安装件。它也改善了整个柜及组件的支撑状况。

图1是安放部件和设备的柜的分解图,这种柜具有由4个竖直型材条2、顶部和底部的水平型材条4和横向型材条6构成的框架3,还具有作为覆盖件的底板3、顶板9,两个侧壁15、一个后壁13和门10。覆盖件由漆过的钢板构成,上面弯出整圈的边缘条或凸缘17。型材条2、4、6分别在角接头上沿三个坐标方向被固定,角接头和型材条起到防尘、防水及防其它异物的密封效果,在边缘条或壁架17未上漆时,与型材条2、4、6的形成的条形接触起到相邻覆盖件间的半防护作用。侧壁15及后壁17均可配备卡锁43,而且在底部配有带锁紧缸的螺套,防止未经批准取下铰链。前门10可用聚丙烯玻璃制成,其上装有门铰链件11,可同固定于型材条2的侧门上的铰链件(未表示出)可折卸地连接起来。同时为门配备了关闭装置,如图,其中有带拉手的门板12。
在侧壁15附近、水平型材条4或垂直型材条2之间安装了多功能导轨46。
型材条2、4、6借助角接头20相互连接构成框架3。角接头20配有凸出接收面40。利用螺纹连接可以固定顶板9、底板8。板形支脚18或基座30同底板8一起被固定到角接头20的底侧上。
图2对角接头20的结构进行了放大。由中空铝压铸件制成的角接头20在三个坐标方向配有连接平面21、块状的平行六边体导向元件24、容纳联接螺钉22的通孔26。在此实施例中,连接螺钉22由装配螺钉28构成,它由穿过通孔26的光滑杆部27、前端杆部的自攻螺纹29所组成,自攻螺纹29被旋入孔洞7中,具体说是拧入型材条2、4、6的中心圆形槽孔16中,槽孔和通孔是对中的。通孔26在出口处配有锪孔面25,用于收集攻丝时的旋屑或废弃材料。
将压铸铝型材条2、4、6进行端面安装时,凸起的导向件24同T形槽14的端面开口相配合,该槽有与导向块24互补的矩形横截面。图2清楚地显示出,角接头20的水平接收面19同型材条2、4、6的横截面构造一致,锲形面32同竖直型材条2的密封筋板41相接。
固定元件22从外表面26插入穿过通孔26。在朝向水平型材条4的接收面21上形成的接收区40在此图中没有画出来(参考图1)。
图3、4、5描绘出基座30的构造。图3中画出基座30及基座角部零件33和固定于角部零件33之间的基座构件31。基座构件是U型型材,可同基座角部零件33的连接辐板37上的正面凹入处相连并加以固定。
基座角部零件33被加工成稳定支撑件,它由薄钢板折弯制成,从生产观点看,这样做是有利的。从图1中看出,基座角部零件33位于角接头20的下方,是特别用来承受垂直方向载荷的。为了承载,基座角部零件由弯成相互垂直且具有S形横载面构造的两条支撑腿34组成(图4)。顶部向外开口的U形截面件35有一通孔42,用来连接基座角部零件33和角接头20,上部U型截面件35与底部U型件39相连。在上面的U型件35上,制成了一个角容座45,例如,可通过焊接凹槽的边缘来形成,将整块平板材料折弯后,这些边缘互相挤靠在一起。角部容座上支撑着角接头20及相连的型材条2。在腿端部并沿上面零件35整个高度双层折叠而成的双层竖直支撑辐板36提高了稳定性。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于容纳电子和电气设备及组件的柜,它具有横截面形状相同的竖直、水平、横向型材条2、4、6,这些型材条由角接头20联接成框架3,此框架配有一些表面部件,具体说是底板(8)、顶板(9)、门(10)、后壁(13),侧壁(15),其特征在于:每个角接头(20)在空间坐标方向上具有导向元件(24)和通孔(26);为型材条2、4、6的端面安装,每个定向元件(24)都具有与型材条(2、4、6)的第一槽孔(5)互补的结构,同时,插入通孔(26)的固定元件(22)被固定在型材条(2、4、6)中的第二个槽孔(7)中。
2.按权利要求1所述的柜,其特征在于:角接头20由中空的压铸件制造,导向元件(24)制造成块状,带有T型槽正面开口的型材条2、4、6被安装到定向元件(24)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的柜,其特征在于:导向元件(24)位于连接面(21)附近,作为固定元件(22)还配有装配螺钉(28),它同光滑的柄(27)一起穿过通孔(26),靠自攻螺纹被拧入型材条(2、4、6)的作为第二孔(16)的中心圆孔道(6)中。
4.根据上面权利要求之一所述的柜,其特征在于:通孔(26)于角头(20)的外表面上加工出,这是为了装配螺钉的齐平插入,通孔(26)的出口端配有锪孔面(25)。
5.根据上面权利要求之一所述的柜,其特征在于:至少有一个角接头(20)的水平连接面(19)被加工成同中空型材条(2、4、6)的横截面相吻合。
6.根据上面权利要求之一所述的柜,其特征在于:角接头(20)有一接收面(40),用于固定顶板(9)或底板(8),并用于固定支脚(42)或与基座类似的零件(30)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的柜,其特征在于:在角接头(20)附近,基座(30)配有基座角部零件(33),特别是用于承受竖直方向载荷。
8.根据权利要求7所述的柜,其特征在于:基座角部零件(33)由平板材料制成。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的柜,其特征在于:基座角部零件(33)由整块金属平板材料制成。
10.根据权利要求7至9中之一所述的柜,其特征在于:基座角部零件(33)包括带有双层竖直的支撑筋板(36)且弯成直角的两腿(34),此两腿用于支撑基座角部零件(33)的上部(35)。
11.根据权利要求7至10当中之一所述的柜,其特征在于:上部零件(35)是向外开口U形截面件,它带有由平板材料的凹槽形成的角部容座(45),并且与U形截面下部零件一起形成基座角部零件(33)的近似为S形的横截面。
12.根据上面权利要求之一所述的柜,其特征在于:在基座角部零件(33)的腿(34)上,形成连接凸缘,用来把基座构件(31)同基座角部零件(33)联接在一起。
13.根据上面权利要求之一所述的柜,其特征在于:侧壁(15)、后壁(13)具有弯曲的边部凸缘(17),该边部凸缘同上、下水平型材条(4)或横向型材条(6)的凹槽特别是T型槽连接,借助于型材条(2、4、6)内侧面上的型材筋板(41)获得密封效果。
14.根据上面权利要求之一所述的柜,其特征在于:至少侧壁15配有侧边卡锁和螺套特别是有锁紧缸的底部螺套。
15.根据上面权利要求之一所述的柜,其特征在于:型材条(2、4、6)是由切成定长的挤压型材制成的,在竖直型材条2和水平型材条6上,特别是在侧壁(15)的中心区域,能够安装多功能导轨(46)。
