技术领域:本发明涉及一种饮料,具体地说是一种果汁饮料。
背景技术:现在市场上所销售的蓝莓饮料,有带果粒的蓝莓饮料,还有以蓝莓为原料的的单纯果汁饮料,这两种饮料由于原料成份单一,加上野生蓝莓本身酸,故存在以单纯野生蓝莓为原料所作出来的饮料,不但口感不好控制,而且营养也很单一。
发明内容:本发明的目的是配制出一种集多种原料于一身,长期饮用,不光是具有一定的营养价值,而且,还具有保键功能的一种果汁饮料。其技术内容是,一种果汁饮料,由野生蓝莓、苹果汁、梨汁、树莓、草莓、白砂糖、蜂蜜和山泉水配制而成,其特征是,计量按百分比计,野生蓝莓25-40%,苹果汁4-8%,梨汁4-8%,树莓4-8%,、草莓4-8%,白砂糖2-6%,蜂蜜2-6%,其余为山泉水。野生蓝莓除含有常规的糖、酸、维生素C、矿物元素外,蓝莓果实中还含有尼克酸、SOD((超氧化物歧化酶)是一种源于生命体的活性物质,能消除生物体在新陈代谢过程中产生的有害物质;苹果中的含钙量比一般水果丰富多,有助于代谢掉体内多余盐分。苹果酸可代谢热量,防止下半身肥胖;至于可溶性纤维果胶,可解决便秘;梨汁具有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用;树莓,经常食用,可清除氧自由基,提高免疫力,美容,抗衰老;草莓,具有明目养肝作用,含有果胶和丰富的膳食纤维,可以帮助消化、通畅大便,草莓对胃肠道和贫血均有一定的滋补调理作用,草莓除可以预防坏血病外,对防治动脉硬化、冠心病也有较好的功效。本发明和现有技术比先进之处在于,该果汁饮料,集多种原料和营养成份于一身,不含防腐剂、无污染、属绿色食品,长期饮用,具有提高人体免疫力、美容、抗衰老、防癌等多种功效,从而克服了现有饮品,原料所含营养成份和功能单一的不足之处。
具体实施方式:野生蓝莓经过精选,清洗,压榨成汁,苹果,梨,树莓、草莓同上压榨成汁后,加山泉水煮开,过滤取汁。蓝莓汁,苹果汁,梨汁,树莓、草莓汁,按比例添加到调配罐,白砂糖,蜂蜜按比例放入化糖锅加水溶化后加到调配罐进行调配。过滤,定容,匀质,杀菌,灌装,二次杀菌,贴标,装箱,以上构成本发明。
