发明内容:本发明的目的是配制出一种集多种营养成份于一身,长期饮用,不光具有一定的营养价值,而且,对人的身体具一定保键功能的一种松仁饮料。其技术内容是,一种松仁饮料,由松籽仁、野生蓝莓果、蜂蜜、白砂糖和水配制成,其特征是,按百分比计,松籽仁10%-20%,野生蓝莓果30%-40%,蜂蜜5%-10,白砂糖10%-20%,其余为纯净水。据相关资料记载,松籽仁含脂肪78%,蛋白质14.8%,炭水化合物3.7%,灰分12.6%,经常食用可增加人体油脂,滋润皮肤,强身健体,补足精神,另外,松籽仁还可以入中药,主治骨节风,驱逐风痹寒气,温肠胃,可润肺治闻咳嗽等;野生蓝莓果,含有丰富的花青素,具有清除氧自由基、保护视力、延缓脑神经衰老、提高记忆力的作用;蜂蜜,味甘、性平,归脾、肺、心、胃、大肠经,具有滋阴润燥、补虚润肺、解毒、调和诸药的作用。本发明和现有技术相比其先进之处在于,该松仁饮料,集多种原料和营养成份于一身,不含防腐剂、无污染、属绿色食品,长期饮用,具有提高人体免疫力、滋润皮肤,、抗衰老、防治血管硬化等多种功效,从而克服了现有饮料,原料所含营养成份和功能单一的不足之处。
具体实施方式:其制备工艺,松籽仁经过精选,磨成细粉,备用;野生蓝莓果压榨成汁后,过滤取汁,按比例加纯净水煮开,松籽仁,按比例添加到调配罐,蜂蜜,白砂糖,按比例放入化糖锅加水溶化后加到调配罐进行调配,过滤,定容,匀质,杀菌,灌装,二次杀菌,贴标,装箱,以上便构成本发明。
