一种椰汁胶原西米露,由以下重量份原料制成:西米50-70份、葡萄20-40份、马蹄10-30份、猕猴桃15-35份、火龙果25-45份、胶原蛋白粉10-20份、椰汁200-250份、冰糖10-20份、水适量。
所述的椰汁胶原西米露,由以下重量份原料制成:西米60份、葡萄30份、马蹄20份、猕猴桃25份、火龙果35份、胶原蛋白粉15份、椰汁225份、冰糖15份、水适量。
上述西米露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葡萄、马蹄、猕猴桃、火龙果洗净后去皮,切粒;
(2)将适量水倒入锅中,烧开后放入西米,转文火并不断搅拌至透明状,捞出,过冷水后沥干备用;
(3)将椰汁倒入锅中,并加入冰糖,搅拌均匀;
(4)将西米、葡萄、马蹄、猕猴桃、火龙果、胶原蛋白粉加入椰汁的锅中搅拌均匀,即得椰汁胶原西米露。

实施例1-3所述的西米露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(2)将适量水倒入锅中,烧开后放入西米,转文火并不断搅拌至透明状,捞出,过冷水后沥干备用;
(3)将椰汁倒入锅中,并加入冰糖,搅拌均匀;
(4)将西米、葡萄、马蹄、猕猴桃、火龙果、胶原蛋白粉加入椰汁的锅中搅拌均匀,即得椰汁胶原西米露。

1.一种椰汁胶原西米露,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:西米50-70份、葡萄20-40份、马蹄10-30份、猕猴桃15-35份、火龙果25-45份、胶原蛋白粉10-20份、椰汁200-250份、冰糖10-20份、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椰汁胶原西米露,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:西米60份、葡萄30份、马蹄20份、猕猴桃25份、火龙果35份、胶原蛋白粉15份、椰汁225份、冰糖15份、水适量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的椰汁胶原西米露的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将葡萄、马蹄、猕猴桃、火龙果洗净后去皮,切粒;
(2)将适量水倒入锅中,烧开后放入西米,转文火并不断搅拌至透明状,捞出,过冷水后沥干备用;
(3)将椰汁倒入锅中,并加入冰糖,搅拌均匀;
(4)将西米、葡萄、马蹄、猕猴桃、火龙果、胶原蛋白粉加入椰汁的锅中搅拌均匀,即得椰汁胶原西米露。
