3.根据权利要求1或2所述的椰汁胶原西米露的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将葡萄、马蹄、猕猴桃、火龙果洗净后去皮,切粒;
(2)将适量水倒入锅中,烧开后放入西米,转文火并不断搅拌至透明状,捞出,过冷水后沥干备用;
(3)将椰汁倒入锅中,并加入冰糖,搅拌均匀;
