背景技术
胡萝卜的主要营养成分有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、B族维生素、维生素c，以胡萝卜素含量最为丰富；芹菜富含碳水化合物和蛋白质；
胡萝卜有健脾化滞、润燥明日、降压强心、抗炎、抗过敏之功效，可治消化不良、久痢、咳嗽、夜盲症。胡萝卜中所含的胡萝卜素，在人体内可迅速转化为维生素A，能维护眼睛和皮肤的健康。移胡萝卜、中所含的叶酸有抗癌作用；
3.胡萝卜中所含木质素有提高机体抗癌免疫力和消灭癌细胞的作用。现代医学多以胡萝卜作为细菌性痢疾、神经官能症、高血压病的辅助食疗品和用以预防食道癌、肺癌的发生。长期吸烟的人，经常食用胡萝卜对肺部有保健作用；
4.胡萝卜的纤维素含量较高，其中的果胶酸钙可降低胆固醇，预防冠状动脉疾病和中风；

本发明的技术方案是：一种芹菜胡萝卜汁的制备方法，包括步骤由如下：
⑴净选：胡萝卜、芹菜各50克；将鲜胡萝卜、芹菜洗净、晾干、切小条、块；
⑵搅拌：将步骤⑴中的鲜胡萝卜、芹菜条、块倒进榨汁机开始榨汁；
⑶过滤：将芹菜胡萝卜汁过滤后即饮。
有益效果：利用本方法得到的芹菜胡萝卜汁的维生素多，得到天然丰味，没有加入其它食品添加剂，无副作用，降压、降低胆固醇，预防冠状动脉疾病和中风功能的疏菜汁。
胡萝卜芹菜汁的保健应用：经常饮用胡萝卜芹菜汁。可用于消除眼睛疲劳，为常用眼者保护视力的辅助食疗。
