背景技术:现在市场上所销售的饮料,有带果粒的饮料,还有以原料的的单纯果汁饮料,这两种饮料由于原料成份单一,加上野生浆果本身酸,故存在以单纯野生浆果为原料所制出来的饮料,不但口感不好控制,而且营养也很单一。
发明内容:本发明的目的是配制出一种集多种原料于一身,长期饮用,不光是具有一定的营养价值,而且,还具有保键功能的一种多种维生素的果汁。其技术内容是,由野生蓝莓、苹果汁、梨汁、板兰根、五加参、白砂糖、蜂蜜和山泉水配制而成,其特征是,计量按百分比计,野生蓝莓40%,苹果汁8%,梨汁15%,板兰根3%,五加参1%,白砂糖8%,蜂蜜6%,其余为山泉水。野生蓝莓除含有常规的糖、酸、维生素C、矿物元素外,蓝莓果实中还含有尼克酸、SOD((超氧化物歧化酶)是一种源于生命体的活性物质,能消除生物体在新陈代谢过程中产生的有害物质。苹果中的含钙量比一般水果丰富多,有助于代谢掉体内多余盐分。苹果酸可代谢热量,防止下半身肥胖。至于可溶性纤维果胶,可解决便秘。果胶还能促进胃肠道中的铅、汞、锰的排放,调节机体血糖水平,预防血糖的骤升骤降。梨汁具有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用。板兰根具有清热,解毒,凉血,利咽等功效。本发明和现有技术比先进之处在于,该果汁,加入苹果,梨,板兰根,五加参等,集多种原料和营养成份于一身,不含防腐剂、无污染、属绿色食品,长期饮用,具有提高人体免疫力、美容、抗衰老、防癌等多种功效,从而克服了现有饮品,原料所含营养成份和功能单一的不足之处。
具体实施方式:野生蓝莓经过精选,清洗,压榨成汁,苹果,梨同上压榨成汁。板兰根,五加参精选清洗放入化糖锅,加山泉水煮开,过滤取汁。蓝莓汁,苹果汁,梨汁,板兰根五加参汁按比例添加到调配罐,白砂糖,蜂蜜按比例放入化糖锅加水溶化后加到调配罐进行调配。过滤,定容,匀质,杀菌,灌装,二次杀菌,贴标,装箱,以上构成本发明。
