背景技术
复合调味料正在向多样化,天然化,健康化,方便化方向发展,调味品往往采用化学合成的方法制备,往往会对人体产生副作用,而蔬菜中含有人体必需的维生素,矿物质和膳食纤维,且许多蔬菜能增加食品的天然感和醇厚味,因此,开发生产天然复合调味料不仅具有天然疏菜的味道,而且同各种香辛料复合后达到健康美味的目的,但是目前市场上复合蔬菜的调味品较少,供顾客选择的方式较少。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提供一种麻辣蔬菜鲜调味品,解决了上述缺点。

一种复合调味品,由以下组份组成,各组份的重量份数如下:食盐2-4份、味精3-5份、茯苓1-2份、植物水解蛋白5-8份、花椒粉1-3份、辣椒粉1-3份、八角粉1-2份、良姜1-2份、牛肉粉6-8份、生姜粉2-3份、黄芪1-2份、当归2-3份、洋葱粉2-3份、芹菜粉1-3份、紫菜粉1-3份、海带粉2-4份、木香1-2份、桂枝1-2份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过使用天然原料制备,改善了调味品的口感,具有调节血压、增加免疫力的作用。
