背景技术
复合调味料正在向多样化,天然化,健康化,方便化方向发展,调味品往往采用化学合成的方法制备,往往会对人体产生副作用,而蔬菜中含有人体必需的维生素,矿物质和膳食纤维,且许多蔬菜能增加食品的天然感和醇厚味,因此,开发生产天然复合调味料不仅具有天然疏菜的味道,而且同各种香辛料复合后达到健康美味的目的,但是目前市场上复合蔬菜的调味品较少,供顾客选择的方式较少。

为解决现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提供一种麻辣蔬菜鲜调味品,解决了上述缺点。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种麻辣蔬菜鲜调味品,有以下组份组成,各组份的重量份数如下:
食盐3-5份、味精6-8份、I+G5-8份、植物水解蛋白10-15份、花椒粉1-3份、辣椒粉2-4份、八角粉1-2份、生姜粉2-3份、胡椒粉1-2份、砂糖2-3份、洋葱粉2-3份、芹菜粉4-6份、紫菜粉2-3份、海带粉2-4份。
一种麻辣蔬菜鲜调味品的制作方法,包括以下步骤:(1)、将食盐、味精、白砂糖用粉碎机粉碎成60目的粉末;
(2)、将花椒、辣椒、八角、生姜、胡椒分别烘干,粉碎成60目的粉末;
(3)、将洋葱、芹菜、紫菜、海带、I+G、植物水解蛋白分别烘干,粉碎成60目的粉末;
(4)、将上述处理好的材料按上述配比混合均匀,杀菌,装袋。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在调味品中加入蔬菜,改善了调味品的口感,增加了调味品中的维生素和膳食纤维含量,提高了调味品的营养价值。

1.一种麻辣蔬菜鲜调味品,其特征在于,有以下组份组成,各组份的重量份数如下:
食盐3-5份、味精6-8份、I+G5-8份、植物水解蛋白10-15份、花椒粉1-3份、辣椒粉2-4份、八角粉1-2份、生姜粉2-3份、胡椒粉1-2份、砂糖2-3份、洋葱粉2-3份、芹菜粉4-6份、紫菜粉2-3份、海带粉2-4份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的麻辣蔬菜鲜调味品的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)、将食盐、味精、白砂糖用粉碎机粉碎成60目的粉末;
(2)、将花椒、辣椒、八角、生姜、胡椒分别烘干,粉碎成60目的粉末;
(3)、将洋葱、芹菜、紫菜、海带、I+G、植物水解蛋白分别烘干,粉碎成60目的粉末;
(4)、将上述处理好的材料按上述配比混合均匀,杀菌,装袋。
