(1)将牛肉洗净,切成块状,放入锅中,加入苦丁茶,适量的水,加热焖煮60-80分钟,待牛肉熟后,将其捞出,晒干后,碾成牛肉粉备用;
(2)将丝瓜、南瓜洗净、去皮去籽,切成块状,与洗净的黑米一同放入锅中,加入可乐,煮熟后,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到瓜粉;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种三七花养生牛肉粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛肉洗净,切成块状,放入锅中,加入苦丁茶,适量的水,加热焖煮60-80分钟,待牛肉熟后,将其捞出,晒干后,碾成牛肉粉备用;
