Abstract
在使塑料膜(1)的两侧缘部(3)彼此重叠且在长度方向上进行热封的塑料膜热封装置中,将两侧缘部(3)恰当地热封,该两侧缘部(3)的密封强度不会降低,外观不会恶化。一对加热器(5)配置在两侧缘部(3)的两侧。加热器(5)各自具有加热面(6)。并且,各加热面(6)隔开间隔地对置,利用加热面(6)对两侧缘部(3)进行预热。此外,多个空气吸入孔(7)形成于各加热面(6),利用各吸入孔(7)吸引两侧缘部(3),两侧缘部(3)与各加热面(6)接触。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料膜热封装置,该塑料膜热封装置将塑料膜沿长度方向进给,使其两侧缘部彼此重叠,在长度方向上进行热封。
背景技术
例如,在制造被称作枕式袋的塑料袋的制袋机中,大多将塑料膜沿长度方向进给,使其两侧缘部彼此重叠,在长度方向上进行热封。在进行热封时,通常如专利文献1所记载的那样,将一对加热器配置在两侧缘部的两侧。加热器各自具有加热面。而且,各加热面隔开间隔对置,利用加热面对两侧缘部进行预热。另外,在加热器的下游位置,一对夹送辊配置在两侧缘部的两侧,在进行两侧缘部的预热后,利用夹送辊夹持两侧缘部进行热封。
塑料膜由层叠基材与密封剂而成的层压膜构成。例如,作为塑料膜而使用OPP(基材)-CPP(密封剂)薄膜。因此,在利用夹送辊夹持两侧缘部时,利用密封剂对两侧缘部进行热封。
在这种情况下,问题在于加热器的加热面的间隔。若精密地调整加热面的间隔以使其与两侧缘部的厚度对应,则在塑料膜沿长度方向进给时,使两侧缘部与各加热面接触,能够高效地预热两侧缘部,但无法避免两侧缘部彼此接触。并且,若所述两侧缘部接触,则在两侧缘部之间,该密封剂局部熔接。因此,之后在利用夹送辊夹持两侧缘部进行热封时,空气混入该密封面并被捕捉,因空气而使得密封强度降低,外观恶化。基于该情况,若将加热面的间隔扩大为大于两侧缘部的厚度,则能够在两侧缘部之间形成间隙,使两者互不接触,但无法使两侧缘部与各加热面接触,无法高效地预热两侧缘部。因而,无法恰当地热封两侧缘部。
需要说明的是,在专利文献1中,也提出了在各加热面上形成多个空气喷出孔,从各喷出孔喷出空气的方案。若喷出空气,则能够利用空气按压两侧缘部来进行热封,不需要利用夹送辊夹持两侧缘部。但是,在这种情况下,仅是利用空气按压两侧缘部,认为与利用夹送辊夹持两侧缘部的情况相比较,密封强度降低。
因而,本发明的目的在于,在将塑料膜沿长度方向进给并使其两侧缘部彼此重叠从而在长度方向上进行热封的塑料膜热封装置中,将两侧缘部恰当地热封,其密封强度不会降低,且外观不会恶化。

发明内容
根据本发明,一对加热器配置在两侧缘部的两侧。加热器各自具有加热面。并且,各加热面隔开间隔地对置,利用加热面对两侧缘部进行预热。此外,多个空气吸入孔形成于各加热面,空气流路形成于各加热器且与各吸入孔连通。由此,能够在各吸入孔处吸入空气,利用各吸入孔吸引两侧缘部,使两侧缘部与各加热面接触。另外,在加热器的下游位置,一对夹送辊配置在两侧缘部的两侧,在进行两侧缘部的预热后,利用夹送辊夹持两侧缘部进行热封。
在优选的实施例中,在塑料膜的进给方向上,各吸入孔隔开间隔地形成。
在各加热面不形成多个空气吸入孔,而是形成细长的空气吸入槽,将空气流路形成于各加热器且与各吸入槽连通。并且,也可以在各吸入槽处吸入空气,利用各吸入槽吸引两侧缘部,使两侧缘部与各加热面接触。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的实施例进行说明。
图1示出本发明所涉及的塑料膜热封装置。该装置是用于制造被称作枕式袋的塑料袋的制袋机的热封装置。在该制袋机中,塑料膜1沿长度方向进给,利用模具引导塑料膜1并使其弯折,在引导板2的周围配置塑料膜1。在引导板2的周围,塑料膜1形成管状。然后,将其两侧缘部3沿着长度方向弯折线4进行弯折,从引导板2突出。之后,塑料膜1沿着引导板2进给,其两侧缘部3彼此重叠,在长度方向上进行热封。之后,塑料膜1通过引导板2,之后,塑料膜1在宽度方向上进行热封并被切断,利用塑料膜1来制造塑料袋。这与现有技术相同。
在该装置中,在引导板2的上侧,隔开间隔地配置有一对加热器5,在沿长度方向进行热封之前,塑料膜1沿着引导板2进给,将其两侧缘部3插入各加热器5之间。因而,一对加热器5配置在两侧缘3的两侧。加热器5具有恒定长度,与引导板2平行地延伸。该加热器5的延伸方向是塑料膜1的长度方向、即进给方向X。另外,加热器5各自具有加热面6。并且,各加热面6隔开间隔地对置,利用加热面6对两侧缘部3进行预热。这也与现有技术相同。
此外,在该装置中,在各加热面6形成多个空气吸入孔7,空气流路8形成于各加热器5,且与各吸入孔7连通,鼓风机或者真空泵与空气流路8连接。另外,在本实施例中,在塑料膜1的进给方向X上,各吸入孔7隔开间隔地形成。因而,能够利用鼓风机或者真空泵对空气流路8进行真空排气,在各吸入孔7处吸入空气,利用各吸入孔7吸引两侧缘部3,从而使两侧缘部3与各加热面6接触。
另外,在加热器5的下游位置,一对夹送辊9配置在两侧缘部3的两侧,被支承为能够旋转。该夹送辊9的旋转轴与引导板2垂直地延伸。而且,两侧缘部3在预热后被夹送辊9引导,利用夹送辊9夹持两侧缘部3,伴随着塑料膜1的进给,利用摩擦使夹送辊9旋转,利用夹送辊9对两侧缘部3进行热封,形成两侧缘部3的热封部10。也可以利用驱动马达使夹送辊9旋转。
需要说明的是,塑料膜1由层叠基材与密封剂而成的层压膜构成。与以往相同,例如使用OPP(基材)-CPP(密封剂)薄膜作为塑料膜1。因此,在利用夹送辊9夹持两侧缘部3时,利用密封剂对两侧缘部3进行热封。
在该装置的情况下,不需要精密地调整加热面6的间隔以使其与两侧缘部3的厚度对应。即使不使加热面6的间隔与两侧缘部3的厚度对应并扩大为大于该两侧缘部3的厚度,在塑料膜1沿长度方向进给时,能够利用各吸入孔7吸引两侧缘部3,使两侧缘部3与各加热面6接触,高效地预热两侧缘部3。并且,在使加热面6的间隔扩大为大于两侧缘部3的厚度时,出于利用各吸入孔7吸引两侧缘部3的关系,在两侧缘部3之间形成间隙,两侧缘部3互不接触,在两侧缘部3之间,不会发生该密封剂局部熔接的情况。因此,之后在利用夹送辊9夹持两侧缘部3进行热封时,空气不会混入到该密封面并被捕捉。
因此,能够高效地预热两侧缘部3,恰当地热封两侧缘部3。空气不会混入到该密封面并被捕捉,也不会因空气而使得密封强度降低,外观恶化。
图2示出由图1的装置热封后的两侧缘部3。该塑料膜1是OPP(基材)-CPP(密封剂)薄膜,厚度为78μm。观察图2可知,空气没有混入到两侧缘部3的密封面并被捕捉。图3示出由现有的装置热封后的两侧缘部3。该装置虽也具有加热器5以及夹送辊9,但在加热器5的加热面6上没有形成空气吸入孔7。塑料膜1是OPP(基材)-CPP(密封剂)薄膜,厚度为78μm。而且,观察图3可知,在现有的装置中,空气混入到两侧缘部3的密封面并被捕捉。
如图4所示,也可以是,在各加热面6不形成多个空气吸入孔7,而是形成细长的空气吸入槽11,将空气流路8形成于各加热器5,与各吸入槽11连通(图4A)。吸入槽11与引导板2平行地延伸,即沿塑料膜1的进给方向X延伸。因此,当利用鼓风机或者真空泵对空气流路8进行真空排气时,能够在各吸入槽11处吸入空气,利用各吸入槽11吸引两侧缘部3,使两侧缘部3与各加热面6接触。
也可以与空气吸入孔7相同地在塑料膜1的进给方向X上隔开间隔地形成多个吸入槽12(图4B)。在这种情况下,吸入槽12不需要沿着塑料膜1的进给方向X,也可以与进给方向X垂直,也可以是斜向的。

Claims (3)
1.一种塑料膜热封装置,其将塑料膜沿长度方向进给,使该塑料膜的两侧缘部彼此重叠,在长度方向上进行热封,
该塑料膜热封装置包括:
一对加热器,其配置在所述两侧缘部的两侧,各自具有加热面,各加热面隔开间隔地对置,对所述两侧缘部进行预热;
多个空气吸入孔,其形成于各个所述加热面;
空气流路,其形成于各个所述加热器且与各个所述吸入孔连通,在各个所述吸入孔处吸入空气,利用各个所述吸入孔吸引所述两侧缘部,使所述两侧缘部与各个所述加热面接触;以及
一对夹送辊,其在所述加热器的下游位置配置在所述两侧缘部的两侧,在进行所述两侧缘部的预热后,夹持所述两侧缘部进行热封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料膜热封装置,其中,
在所述塑料膜的进给方向上,各个所述吸入孔隔开间隔地形成。
3.一种塑料膜热封装置,其将塑料膜沿长度方向进给,使该塑料膜的两侧缘部彼此重叠,在长度方向上进行热封,
该塑料膜热封装置包括:
一对加热器,其配置在所述两侧缘部的两侧,各自具有加热面,各加热面隔开间隔地对置,对所述两侧缘部进行预热;
细长的空气吸入槽,其形成于各个所述加热面;
空气流路,其形成于各个所述加热器且与各个所述吸入槽连通,在各个所述吸入槽处吸入空气,利用各个所述吸入槽吸引所述两侧缘部,使所述两侧缘部与各个所述加热面接触;以及
一对夹送辊,其在所述加热器的下游位置配置在所述两侧缘部的两侧,在进行所述两侧缘部的预热后,夹持所述两侧缘部进行热封。
