技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于封印、即用于材料配合地连接塑料的封印机构,其主要用于由热塑性材料、如塑料薄膜或薄膜复合件、即例如用金属或非金属材料覆层的塑料薄膜、用热塑性塑料覆层的金属薄膜、如铝薄膜等制造包装件,该封印机构例如用于在制造软袋时、在封闭容器时,例如通过将具有或没有铝覆层的塑料薄膜、塑料覆层的铝薄膜或其他可热焊接的材料封印到由具有或没有覆层的塑料构成的或由具有塑料覆层的铝构成的容器上或者通过将上述类型的薄膜或薄膜复合件进行封印/焊接来进行。
背景技术
在封印时通常使用持续加热的封印工具。该封印工具通常由热筒(缠绕的电阻导体)和基本体构成,在所述基本体中集成热筒以及对于温度调节所需的温度探针。该通常金属的基本体(称作封印条、封印头或封印工具)通常具有如下轮廓,所述轮廓对应于要封印的轮廓。该轮廓能够构成为细条或也称作为复杂的三维表面结构(例如沟槽轮廓部或截棱锥等)。因为因远离所决定热量产生(热筒)的地点和作用部位(封印轮廓)以及温度测量的地点通常彼此分离数毫米并且单独部件(热筒和温度探针)具有延迟特性(具有部分数秒时间常数的PT1),所以在时钟控制的持续运行中由于总系统的热学惯性出现较大的温度波动,所述热学惯性负面地作用于封印部的质量。这尤其当如下情况时出现:即启动-停止运行占优并且不能够或无法充分地通过温度调节来补偿该变化的负载或系统特性。总构造(尤其金属的基本体)的大的热质量还需要复杂的构造以热脱耦,从中产生更大的组件。此外,金属构件的发热结合相对大的热膨胀系数导致显著的长度或轴承增加,这导致工具的平面平行度偏差或者需要距相对其运动的构件的相对大的间距(例如尽可能紧密地引导冲刀以节约材料)。
存在具有集成的温度传感器的热筒,所述热筒当然仅不充分地接近上述问题,因为没有如所需要的那样直接在作用部位处或尽可能离作用部位近地测量,而是以一些间距测量。此外,封印机构的大的热质量导致迟缓的调节特性。此外,存在基于金属的厚层加热器。所述厚层加热器通过薄的印制的陶瓷的加热和传感器印制导线实现作用部位附近的温度测量和热量产生,然而仅可作为平面的封印工具来制造。该已知的加热器的其他的缺点在于:必须在加热器的前侧处接触印制导线并且调节温度曲线和位置相关地变化地操控是不可行的。
发明内容
本发明的一些方面涉及一种封印机构,其中加热元件的产生热量的元件从其后侧其接触。另外的方面涉及一种封印机构,其中产生热量的地点和热量发散的地点(即作用部位)尽可能彼此邻近地设置。其他的方面涉及一种具有加热元件的封印机构,所述加热元件具有集成的温度传感器。其他的方面涉及一种具有限定的封印轮廓的封印机构。其他的方面涉及一种具有三维结构化的接触面的封印机构。其他的方面涉及一种具有圆形的、环形的或条形的加热元件的封印机构。其他的方面涉及一种具有集成的电子电路的封印机构。其他的方面涉及一种具有按需冷却加热元件的可行性的封印机构。其他的方面涉及一种具有抽吸要焊接的材料的可行性的封印机构。
指出:在此提出的、对于本发明的每个方面的解决方案能够有利地不仅分别单独地而且也以彼此任意组合的方式有助于改进已知的封印机构,并且下述特征中的一个或多个的特征与已知的封印机构的特征的任意的组合因此应当视作为包含在发明构思之内的。
本发明基于一种用于热连接热塑性材料的封印机构,所述封印机构包括加热元件,所述加热元件具有面状的载体衬底,所述载体衬底具有前侧和后侧,所述载体衬底由不导电的陶瓷材料构成,并且在所述载体衬底的前侧上设置有至少一个加热导体。
根据一个设计方案,在所提出的封印机构中提出:至少一个加热导体从载体衬底的后侧起穿过载体衬底被电接触。
在此,应当将面状的载体衬底理解为板形的元件,即如下元件,所述元件的厚度尺寸相对于两个其他空间方向的尺寸小,其中载体衬底整体上是否是平面的或弯曲的或拱起的是不重要的。当然,所提出的封印机构的优点之一刚好在于:陶瓷的载体衬底不仅能够平面地构成,而且也能够弯曲地或拱起地构成。
载体衬底例如能够以正方形的形状或其他的多边形、条形、即细矩形的形状、圆形的或椭圆形的盘构成、或作为环,所述环同样能够具有多边形的、圆形等的外形。由此可行的是:提供具有加热元件的封印机构,借助所述封印机构能够实现各种封印应用和焊缝形状。
载体衬底的前侧具有一个或多个设置在其上的加热导体,所述加热导体例如能够设置在一个平面中(彼此并排地)或设置在多个平面中(彼此上下地),即加热元件的前侧朝向要封印的材料。
为了从载体衬底的后侧起接触一个或多个设置在载体衬底前侧上的加热导体,载体衬底例如能够具有所谓的过孔(Vertical Interconnect Access,集成电路或电路板的层之间的垂直穿通接触部的名称),即电的导线组,所述导线组在载体衬底的厚度方向上在载体衬底的前侧和后侧之间延伸穿过载体衬底。例如,载体衬底对此能够具有贯通钻孔形式的小的孔,所述孔的边界面用导电材料覆层或者所述孔由导电材料填充。导电材料在此例如能够是能印制的导电的膏、例如掺有导电颗粒的陶瓷料(泥浆)。为了电接触加热导体例如能够直接接触过孔的位于载体衬底后侧上的端部,例如通过弹簧接触件、钎焊、熔焊或旋接等来接触。
根据一个设计方案在所提出的封印机构中提出:在载体衬底的前侧上设置有用于测量温度的至少一个传感器导体。通过如此达到传感器导体紧邻加热导体,传感器导体几何与加热导体相同地被加热。从传感器导体的电阻的温度相关的变化中能够借此以简单的方式确定加热元件的温度。该温度值能够方便地用于控制或调节加热元件。
根据一个设计方案在所提出的封印机构中提出:至少一个加热导体通过如下方式同时用作为传感器导体:即加热导体的随温度变化的电阻本身用于确定加热元件的温度。在此也能够使用如此确定的温度值来控制或调节加热元件。
印制导线、即加热导体本身或专用的传感器导体的应用具有另外的优点是:在温度变化时的电阻变化由于例如5μm至20μm的小的层厚度和从中得出的小的热质量而极其快速地进行并且由此实现调节的快速的反应,所述反应实现极其小的调节偏差。
至少一个加热导体以及如果存在的话至少一个传感器导体能够有利地通过厚膜印刷技术制造,所述厚膜印刷技术是成本低的并且也实现:加热导体和传感器导体或者在一个工作步骤中制造或者至少在同一方法的工序中制造。尤其地,一个或多个加热导体以及一个或多个传感器导体(如果存在的话)能够由导电的陶瓷材料构成。对此,在印制方法中,能够将导电的陶瓷泥浆以印制导线的形式印制到不导电的面状的陶瓷衬底上,所述陶瓷衬底在该时间点例如能够作为坯料存在,但是也能够作为焙烧的陶瓷存在。在此,同时能够通过如下方式进行一个或多个加热导体和/或一个或多个传感器导体的穿通接触:即在印制时将浆料也注入到载体衬底的孔或钻孔中,使得实现过孔,所述过孔能够用于从载体衬底的后侧起电接触加热导体和/或传感器导体。在随后的干燥步骤之后,于是能够如通常的那样焙烧印制有陶瓷的印制导线的陶瓷衬底。
此外能够提出:载体衬底具有至少一个用于射出或抽吸空气的空气流动开口。例如,能够设有空气流动开口,冷却空气通过所述空气流动开口从加热元件的后侧引导至加热元件的前侧,以便在进行封印过程之后快速地冷却加热元件以及可能地焊接的材料。此外,例如能够设有空气流动开口,周围空气穿过所述空气流动开口从加热元件的前侧引导至加热元件的后侧,以便将例如塑料薄膜的要焊接材料抽吸到加热元件处,以便提高封印机构和要焊接的材料之间的热接触进而改进焊接过程的结果。
根据另一设计方案提出:加热元件的前侧具有三维隆起的结构。由此可行的是:一方面,加强封印机构对于要焊接材料的热作用,以便引起紧密的连接,并且另一方面实现结构化的焊缝。
对此,例如能够提出:至少一个加热导体和/或至少一个传感器导体形成三维隆起的结构。如果所述印制导线以后侧印制方法制造以可能在多个依次的印制步骤中实现印制导线的较大的厚度,那么所形成的印制导线相对于载体衬底的表面显著地隆起进而能够直接地起上述意义的三维隆起的结构的作用。
替选地后附加地能够提出:在载体衬底上和/或在至少一个加热导体上和/或在至少一个传感器导体上设置有面状的轮廓元件,所述轮廓元件形成三维隆起的结构。这种轮廓元件例如能够与载体衬底一件式地构成,或者本身以厚膜印刷方法通过如下方式制造:即由良好导热的泥浆构成的层或者直接印制到载体衬底上或者印制到印制导线上方。但是,这种轮廓元件例如也能够类似于载体衬底那样预制并且在印制导线印制和干燥之后例如作为坯料或作为已经焙烧的陶瓷要么借助于施加在载体衬底的前侧上的和设置在其上的印制导线上的、由泥浆构成的层粘贴到载体元件的前侧上,要么例如借助玻璃焊料焊接到载体衬底的前侧上和设置在其上的印制导线上。在后一种提出的方案中尤其简单的是:提供轮廓元件,所述轮廓元件就其而言在前侧上三维结构化。随此之后,能够如通常那样焙烧除了载体衬底和一个或多个陶瓷的印制导线之外包括轮廓元件的加热元件。在轮廓元件同时是与要焊接的材料形成直接接触且一个或多个加热元件设置在轮廓元件下方或嵌入其中的元件的设计方案中,轮廓元件的材料应当是不导电的,以便避免短路。
此外能够提出:轮廓元件具有至少一个用于射出或抽吸空气的空气流动开口。在此,这种空气流动开口的位置适当地应当选择成,使得其在产生和/或安置轮廓元件时位于载体衬底的相应的空气流动开口之上,以便实现空气从加热元件的后侧到前侧或从前侧到后侧的穿通引导。如上面已经描述的那样,由此实现:加热元件和可能地焊接的材料快速地冷却或者抽吸要焊接的材料。
替选地或附加地能够提出:轮廓元件具有至少一个用于导出空气的表面的加深部。如果载体衬底和轮廓元件设有上下叠置的空气流动开口,则加深部能够例如用于导出冷却空气,所述冷却空气从加热元件的后侧起在加热元件的前侧处放出。例如,环形的加热元件为了将覆盖薄膜封印到包装杯上而在其前侧具有径向伸展的槽,冷却空气通过所述槽导出。然而也可行的是:载体衬底在不被轮廓元件覆盖的部位处设有空气流动开口。以上述实例阐述,载体衬底能够是圆形的并且轮廓元件能够是环形的。于是,如果载体衬底在中央的、未被轮廓元件遮盖的区域中具有空气流动开口,那么由此在加热元件的前侧离开的冷却空气能够通过轮廓元件的安置在前侧的槽向外导出,其中加热元件的加热的区域、即印制导线和冷却元件本身通过流经的冷却空气冷却。
优选地,轮廓元件由具有良好导热性的陶瓷材料构成。因此,避免位于其下方的印制导线之间的短路,然而其中由一个或多个加热导体产生的热量均匀地分布在轮廓元件中。
还能够有利地提出:加热元件在其后侧上通过弹簧接触件来电接触。以该方式,与在例如通过焊接的导线产生的永久的电接触部中的情况相比,能够更简单且更快速更换在封印机构处的加热元件。因此,当然如下设计方案也保护在本法构思之内,其中以其他的方式、例如通过插接接触件例如引线键合的钎焊部或熔焊部来实现加热元件的电接触。
为了将所提出的加热元件安置在封印机构处还能够提出:加热元件以其后侧安置在固定体处。在此,加热元件和固定体之间的连接能够有利可脱离地构成。因为陶瓷的载体衬底能够极其薄地构成,所以加热元件通过这种固定体获得更高的稳定性,其中固定体同时提供加热元件的电接触并且能够实现将加热元件安置在封印机构处,其中固定体和封印机构之间的连接有利地同样可脱开地构成。
在另一设计方案中能够提出:固定体是壳体的组成部分,所述壳体构成用于安置在包装机处。在该情况下,封印机构因此除了加热元件固定体之外包括壳体,固定体安置在所述壳体处,其中在所述固定体处安置加热元件。可构成用于安置在包装机处,使得封印机构能够由包装机至少供应电流、可能也供应冷却空气和/或供应负压。
当封印机构如上描述的那样具有壳体时,那么所述封印机构能够有利地用于:在壳体的内部中设置有控制电子装置和/或功率电子装置。由此,能够自给自足地使用封印机构,即包装机本身既不必须起封印机构的控制或调节的作用,也不必须提供所需的电压,因为这由封印机构本身完成。经由包装机仅还必须提供一般性的能量供应,例如供应电压、可能地压缩空气和/或负压,和可能地提供特定的对于封印机构所需的理论变量的限定,即例如封印机构对要焊接的材料的理论温度和作用时间。在此,壳体对于各种封印机构能够分别相同类型地构成,使得如下包装机仅必须提供一个总是相同类型的接口,所述结构构成用于安置封印机构的壳体,其中在所述包装机处应当使用所述封印机构。
在所提出的封印机构的不同的设计方案中能够提出:以距载体衬底相同的间距设置至少两个加热导体。由此,能够在相同的平面上展示多个加热导体,所述加热导体分别仅加热加热元件的一个子部段。由此可行的是:通过不同地操控不同的加热导体的方式,经由表面、即加热元件的前侧调节温度曲线。
替选地或附加地能够提出:以距载体衬底不同的间距设置至少两个加热导体。例如,首先能够将第一加热回路施加到载体衬底上,例如印制到在此衬底上,随后,将分离层施加,例如印制到载体衬底的前侧与第一加热导体的上方,并且最后将第二加热导体施加,例如印制到载体衬底上。由此例如可行的是:实现高的加热功率,其中第一和第二加热导体彼此也能够交叉,而不会在其之间出现短路。
类似地能够提出:至少一个加热导体和传感器导体以距载体衬底相同的间距设置,和/或至少一个加热导体和传感器导体以距载体衬底不同的间距设置。
在另一设计方案中,在所提出的封印机构中能够提出:至少一个加热导体线圈形地构成并且能够加载交流电压。以该方式形成感应交变场,所述感应交变场在例如铝复合薄膜的要焊接的含金属的材料情况下引起要焊接的材料的单独的或附加的加热。
最后能有利地提出:能够彼此独立地操控至少两个加热导体。由此能够根据两个或更多个加热导磁彼此间的设置引起:加热元件在其前侧之上观察产生能调节的温度场或者通过在较大的面之上调节极其均匀的温度曲线来实现不同强散热的补偿,加热功率可选择得更大或更小等等。
本发明描述具有加热元件的封印机构的不同的实施方案,其中将薄的陶瓷的加热导体以厚膜技术施加到薄的陶瓷衬底(例如以1mm或更小的厚度)上。通过到加热面的有针对性的带引导构成的加热带本身仅具有极其小的热质量和极其高的功率密度(直至超过50W/cm2),这允许极其高的加热动态。此外,同样能够集成极其动态的温度探针,这实现极其高的调节精度。加热器能够构成为板、条、盘或环进而匹配于要封印的面的几何形状。此外,能够实现一个或多个彼此并排的或彼此错开的区段状设置的加热回路,以便借助分别单独的调节装置来在作用部位处产生限定的温度分布。加热导体带还能够设置在多个平面中和/或线圈状地构成,使得在施加交流电压时形成磁场,所述磁场改进含铝薄膜的封印过程。
本发明的另一特点为通过另一薄的(例如大约1mm厚的)陶瓷的或金属的、具有高导热性的构件、即具有封印轮廓的轮廓元件来将扁平的加热元件(盘、环或条)在作用部位的区域中结合到封印面/作用部位处。适合与此的材料例如是氮化铝(AlN)或碳化硅(SiSiC或SSiC)。经由所述材料,直接的热输入以及所需要的(3维的)封印轮廓的构成是可行的。该轮廓元件根据本发明能够借助于粘贴、焊接或烧结与厚层加热器的表面材料配合地连接。
此外,加热元件能够通过粘贴或力配合的连接(夹紧,旋接)安置到热绝缘的基本载体(由陶瓷或耐高温的塑料构成)上。这尤其关于对于封印元件的位于其下方的机械结合所需要的热的脱耦方面起尤其正面的作用。为此,固定元件能够材料配合地安置到加热元件处,所述固定元件实现与基本载体旋接或夹紧进而实现在故障的情况下进行更换。加热元件本身具有到加热器衬底后侧的过孔,在所述后侧处能够借助弹簧接触件、钎焊、熔焊、旋接或机械压紧实现电接触。
另一有利的实施方式为将调节和控制元件直接继承为自给自足工作的封印模块。所述封印模块仅必须被供应能量并且预设理论参数。该变型形式关于紧凑的结构、简单地集成到机器中和通过更换简单的维护方面起尤其正面的作用。
在此,所提出的封印机构在技术特征方面的优点尤其在与如下:
-小的热质量和高的加热动态结合相应动态的调节器实现具有几开尔文的调节偏差的机器高的调节精度(也在负载波动的情况下)。
-加热元件的紧凑的构成、调节和控制元件在封印机构本身中的集成实现具有良好热学特性的紧凑的组件。
-所使用的陶瓷构件的小的热膨胀系数在宽的温度谱之上产生更好的保形性。
-通过热绝缘能够将所需要的调节部件(电子装置)直接集成到封印机构中,这尤其在使用多个单独的调节回路(例如区段式)时是有利的并且简化电结合到机器处。
-通过使用多个区段式彼此并排设置或上下设置的加热回路能够展现温度曲线或功率级。
-通过导体环路也在多个平面之上线圈状地设置,在施加交流电压时产出磁场,所述磁场在接合件中的金属部件中产生涡电流并且由此引起接合对的单独的、或者相对于从加热元件到要焊接的材料的热传导的主要的、或附加的内部的加热。

具体实施方式
图1示出具有由环形的封印轮廓的封印机构1的概览。在包含功率和调节电子装置的壳体2处安置适配器3,所述适配器就其而言载有绝缘体4。在绝缘体的下侧处设置有加热元件的环形的载体衬底6。如从图2可见,载体衬底6安置在固定体5处,所述固定体就其而言保持在绝缘体4中。载体衬底6在其前侧处(在附图中为载体衬底的下侧)具有印制导线7,所述印制导线能够构成为加热导体7A或传感器导体7B,其中多个印制导线7彼此并排地以距载体衬底6相同的间距设置,并且印制导线7设置在两个平面中,即具有距载体衬底6两个不同的间距。
全部印制导线7通过穿过载体衬底6的过孔13穿通接触,使得其能够从载体衬底6的后侧起电接触。

图3示例性地示出能够如何配置印制导线7。可见的是:印制导线7不仅以距载体衬底6相同的间距彼此并排地设置而且也以距载体衬底6不同的间距上下设置并且在此也能够彼此叠加地设置。
图4示出具有条形的封印轮廓的封印机构1的对的总视图。在此,各一个绝缘体4载有加热元件,所述加热元件具有载体衬底6与设置在其上的轮廓元件10和印制导线7,并且两个加热元件的前侧彼此朝向。
从图5中可见,载体衬底6借助其后侧通过旋接件14与固定体5连接,所述固定体就其而言固定在绝缘体4中。
在该实施方式中,条形的轮廓元件10直接地安置在载体衬底6上,并且在轮廓元件10上设置有印制导线7,所述印制导线在此构成为加热导体7A。加热导体7A因此借助于过孔13不仅穿过相应的轮廓元件10而且也穿过载体衬底6穿通地接触。在载体衬底6的后侧处接触部位12处的过孔通过钎焊与端子线缆11连接。
两个封印机构1彼此朝向,使得要焊接的材料15能够在其之间引导穿过,其中两个封印机构1彼此上下移动以焊接材料15,直至将要焊接的材料15密封在两者之间的位置。
在图6A和6B中示出封印机构1的对的两个变型形式,其中轮廓元件10和印制导线7的相对设置不同。

1.一种用于热连接热塑性材料(15)的封印机构(1),其包括加热元件,所述加热元件具有面状的载体衬底(6),所述载体衬底具有前侧和后侧,所述载体衬底由不导电的陶瓷材料构成,在所述载体衬底的前侧上设置有至少一个加热导体(7A),所述加热导体穿过所述载体衬底(6)与所述载体衬底(6)的后侧电接触。

16.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的封印机构,其中以距所述载体衬底(6)相同的间距设置至少两个加热导体(7A)。
17.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的封印机构,其中以距所述载体衬底(6)不同的间距设置至少两个加热导体(7A)。
18.根据权利要求2至17中任一项所述的封印机构,其中至少一个加热导体(7A)和传感器导体(7B)以距所述载体衬底(6)相同的间距设置。
19.根据权利要求2至18中任一项所述的封印机构,其中至少一个加热导体(7A)和传感器导体(7B)以距所述载体衬底(6)不同的间距设置。
20.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的封印机构,其中至少一个加热导体(7A)具有线圈形状并且能够通过交流电压起作用。
21.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的封印机构,其中能够彼此独立地操控至少两个加热导体(7A)。
