Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种热合设备,特别是一种组合袋分步热合装置。它包括有机架(1)、安装在机架上的气缸(2)和组合袋热合成形机构(3)、组合袋热合预热机构(4)以及两个组合袋热合加固机构(5)、(6)。本实用新型由于采用如上设计,与现有技术相比,可将组合袋成形的总热合的时间用多次较短的热合时间组成,不仅能有效解决不同厚度的材料之间的热合均匀一致的问题,同时还能有效提高制袋的效率,热合效果理想,不会出现有的地方过热,而有的地方还没热合好的现象。

本实用新型涉及一种热合设备,特别是一种组合袋分步热合装置。
背景技术
现有技术中组合袋的成形一般是用组合袋热合装置一次热合成形,组合袋热合装置上包括有机架、安装在机架上的活塞和组合袋热合机构。如果制袋膜较厚,则要求的热合时间长,制袋的效率则很低;同时,由于热合轮廓处厚度不一样而需热合时间不一样,一次热合成形的热合效果便不理想,易出现有的地方过热,而有的地方则还没热合好的情况。
技术内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种组合袋分步热合装置。
本实用新型技术方案是:组合袋分步热合装置包括有机架、安装在机架上的气缸和组合袋热合机构,组合袋热合机构包括有组合袋热合成形机构、以及组合袋热合预热机构或组合袋热合加固机构。
本实用新型由于采用如上设计,与现有技术相比,可将组合袋成形的总热合的时间用多次较短的热合时间完成,不仅能有效解决不同厚度的材料之间的热合均匀一致的问题,同时还能有效提高制袋的效率,热合效果理想,不会出现有的地方过热,而有的地方还没热合好的现象。

具体实施方式
如附图所示:组合袋分步热合装置包括有机架(1)、气缸(2)和一个组合袋热合成形机构(3)、一个组合袋热合预热机构(4)以及两个组合袋热合加固机构(5)、(6),组合袋热合成形机构(3)、组合袋热合预热机构(4)以及组合袋热合加固机构(5)、(6)通过气缸(2)安装在机架(1)上。在成形如附图2所示的组合袋时,其袋口(7)与膜(8)热合时,因袋口(7)厚度较厚,与膜(8)的热合时间较长(需约20秒),而膜与膜热合的时间很短(只需约5秒)。故本实用新型的工作过程是:先将袋口(7)送到组合袋热合预热机构(3)预热5秒,然后送入组合袋热合成形机构(4)将袋口(7)与膜(8)热合5秒,此时,膜(8)与膜(8)也同时热合成形,再送入组合袋热合加固机构(5)将袋口(7)与膜(8)再次热合5秒,最后送入下一个组合袋热合加固机构(6)再次对热合好的组合袋的袋口(7)与膜(8)热合5秒。所以,本实用新型不仅较好地解决了不同厚度的材料之间的热合均匀一致的问题,同时也解决了组合袋热合效率低的问题。
Claims (2)
1、一种组合袋分步热合装置,包括有机架、气缸和组合袋热合机构,组合袋热合机构通过气缸安装在机架上,其特征是组合袋热合机构包括有组合袋热合成形机构、以及组合袋热合预热机构或组合袋热合加固机构。
2、如权利要求1所述的组合袋分步热合装置,其特征是组合袋热合机构包括有一个组合袋热合预热机构、一个组合袋热合成形机构和两个组合袋热合加固机构,组合袋热合预热机构、组合袋热合成形机构和组合袋热合加固机构通过气缸安装在机架上。
