富硒黑麦面粉100-140、杨梅核1-2、梅干菜6-10、椰丝2-3、炒板栗仁3-5、竹醋液5-7、酸枣仁1-2、西瓜皮6-8、金银花粉2-4、乌龙茶1-2、水芹10-15、莴笋6-8、当归叶1-2、百合2-3、燕麦片6-9、葡萄籽油1-3、莲藕10-15、南瓜花1-2、柚子2-4、鸡骨草1-2、韭菜4-7。
一种富硒消食莲藕富硒黑麦挂面的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将水芹与梅干菜混合打浆,加入金银花粉,搅拌均匀后送入锅中,加适量食用油,小火翻炒3-5分钟,出料冷却,得蔬菜酱,将西瓜皮切成薄片,两面刷上蔬菜酱,放入烘箱,小火烘烤2-3分钟;
将乌龙茶加入到竹醋液中,加热煮沸,得调味液;
将莲藕加水放入锅中煮熟,取出后与炒板栗仁、韭菜、燕麦片混合绞碎,加入上述调味液,送入锅中,小火焖至水干;
将南瓜花、当归叶、百合、鸡骨草混合水提,得提取液;
将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合,烘干、磨粉、制面,即得所述富硒消食莲藕富硒黑麦挂面。
