本发明公开了一种补血美容粥及其制备方法,所述补血美容粥的原料成分的重量配比为:粳米60~80份、红豆10~20份、黑豆10~20份、酸枣仁5~15份、薏苡仁5~15份、西兰花5~15份、胡萝卜3~9份、覆盆子3~5份、藕粉5~15份、红花5~15份、黄芪5~10份、菟丝子5~10份、地榆5~10份、翅果菊5~15份、阿胶5~10份、糯米酒40~50份、水300~500份,经过清洗、煎煮、混合、炖煮、包装制得。本发明具有护肤抗衰老、健脾养胃养血补血的功效,同时能润肠通便,延缓衰老美容美白,各组分作用均衡协调,起到补血养颜抗衰老的功效。

本发明属于食品领域,涉及一种补血美容粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
粥,是中华民族喜爱的食品之一,自古以来就用于养生、防病,具有食疗价值。粥符合我国人民的饮食习惯,可充饥解渴,营养丰富,是一种人见人爱的方便食品,在市场上畅销不衰。它的市场前景随着人民生活水平的提高,生活节奏的加快,仍将不断看好。红豆又叫赤小豆,含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、磷、钙、铁,维生素B1、B2,烟酸、皂甙等成分,味甘、性平偏凉,消肿排毒,利尿为主要功效,有补血、促进血液循环的作用,且可以改善怕冷、低血压等症状。但是目前红豆食用方法简单,口味单一,限制其使用范围。

针对上述问题,针对以上提出的问题,本发明提供一种补血美容粥,具有扶正培本,效果好、见效快的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种补血美容粥,原料成分的重量配比如下:粳米60~80份、红豆10~20份、黑豆10~20份、酸枣仁5~15份、薏苡仁5~15份、西兰花5~15份、胡萝卜3~9份、覆盆子3~5份、藕粉5~15份、红花5~15份、黄芪5~10份、菟丝子5~10份、地榆5~10份、翅果菊5~15份、阿胶5~10份、糯米酒40~50份、水300~500份。

本发明还提供补血美容粥的制备方法:制备方法步骤如下:
(1)取红花、黄芪、菟丝子、地榆、翅果菊清洗后切块,放入红酒中浸泡20~25天,过滤去除杂质,得滤液;
(2)将粳米浸泡在(1)所述滤液中,再加入水,加热至沸腾,再文火炖煮20~30分钟;
(3)将酸枣仁、薏苡仁、西兰花、胡萝卜、覆盆子去皮去核,烘干,磨成粉,过50~60目筛,再加入到(2)所述的混合物中得混合物A,将红豆、黑豆炒香,加入阿胶、水,一起焖煮20-40min,得混合物B;
(4)将(3)所述混合物A和混合物B一起放入锅中,加入藕粉,搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
本发明有益效果:
(1)具有护肤抗衰老、健脾养胃养血补血的功效;
(2)延缓衰老美容美白,起到补血养颜抗衰老的功效。

其制备方法步骤为:
(1)取红花、黄芪、菟丝子、地榆、翅果菊清洗后切块,放入红酒中浸泡20~25天,过滤去除杂质,得滤液;
(2)将粳米浸泡在(1)所述滤液中,再加入水,加热至沸腾,再文火炖煮20~30分钟;
(3)将酸枣仁、薏苡仁、西兰花、胡萝卜、覆盆子去皮去核,烘干,磨成粉,过50~60目筛,再加入到(2)所述的混合物中得混合物A,将红豆、黑豆炒香,加入阿胶、水,一起焖煮20-40min,得混合物B;

5.一种制备权利要求1所述的补血美容粥的方法,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)取红花、黄芪、菟丝子、地榆、翅果菊清洗后切块,放入红酒中浸泡20~25天,过滤去除杂质,得滤液;
(2)将粳米浸泡在(1)所述滤液中,再加入水,加热至沸腾,再文火炖煮20~30分钟;
(3)将酸枣仁、薏苡仁、西兰花、胡萝卜、覆盆子去皮去核,烘干,磨成粉,过50~60目筛,再加入到(2)所述的混合物中得混合物A,将红豆、黑豆炒香,加入阿胶、水,一起焖煮20-40min,得混合物B;
(4)将(3)所述混合物A和混合物B一起放入锅中,加入藕粉,搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
