背景技术
藕生啖熟食两相宜,有多重养生保健功效。研究发现,藕含铁量较高,适宜缺铁性贫血的患者食用。藕含糖量不是很高,又含有大量的维生素C和食物纤维,对于肝病、便秘、糖尿病等有虚弱之症的人都十分有益。藕不论生熟、都具有很好的药用价值,中医认为,藕可消瘀凉血、消烦热、止呕渴,适用于烦渴、酒醉、咳血、吐血等症。本发明的莲藕桂花糖粥,具有补养身体、延年益寿的作用,尤其适宜肝病、便秘、糖尿病等人以及有虚弱之症的人,能很好的调理人体机能,改善人体亚健康。

本发明所要解决的问题在于提供一种莲藕桂花糖粥,具有补养身体、延年益寿的作用。

一种莲藕桂花糖粥,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
糯米200-215、鲜藕105-117、大枣48-58、花生41-52、白糖152-161、桂花酱16-22、黑芝麻7-12、水适量。
一种莲藕桂花糖粥,由以下优选重量份的原料组成:
糯米210、鲜藕112、大枣54、花生45、白糖156、桂花酱19、黑芝麻9、水适量。
上述的一种莲藕桂花糖粥,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将糯米淘洗干净,放入清水中浸泡4小时;大枣去核洗净;花生洗净备用;
(2)将鲜藕洗净去皮,切成片,再放入沸水锅中,加入白糖,用小火煮至熟烂,制成糖藕待用;
(3)将锅置火上,加入清水烧开,放入糯米煮至米粒开花,放入桂花酱、花生、糖藕、大枣、黑芝麻转文火煮至熟烂,即可。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种莲藕桂花糖粥,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将糯米淘洗干净,放入清水中浸泡4小时;大枣去核洗净;花生洗净备用;
(2)将鲜藕洗净去皮,切成片,再放入沸水锅中,加入白糖,用小火煮至熟烂,制成糖藕待用;
(3)将锅置火上,加入清水烧开,放入糯米煮至米粒开花,放入桂花酱、花生、糖藕、大枣、黑芝麻转文火煮至熟烂,即可。
