Abstract

本发明公开一种汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶的制备方法,属于汽车用橡胶件技术领域。本发明将氯磺化聚乙烯、快压出炭黑、热裂法炭黑、氧化镁、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯、硬脂酸锌、2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑、偏苯三酸三辛酯以及镁强粉放入密炼机内进行密炼,密炼结束后再在胶温为160℃的条件下排胶,制得母炼胶;将制得的母炼胶放入密炼机内,加入上述原料中的三聚硫氰酸和硫磺,进行混炼,混炼结束后,在一定温度区间内依次挤出,制得汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶。与现有技术制得的汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶相比,本发明通过利用各原料之间的相互协同作用以及搭配相应的挤出温度,从而有效的提高其耐热性能。

汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用橡胶件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶的制备方法。
背景技术
动力转向管是汽车转向系统部件中技术含量较高的一种产品。随着汽车工业的飞速发展,动力转向管在汽车转向系统中的应用越来越普遍,同时对汽车动力转向管的性能要求也不断提高,特别是其耐热性能。汽车动力转向管一般由内、外层橡胶制成。目前,人们虽然对汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶的制备方法耐热性能不断的进行研究改进,但效果并不明显,其耐热性能还是有待提高。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶的制备方法,它可以解决现有汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶存在耐热性能差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它包括由以下重量份数的原料制成:
氯磺化聚乙烯100份;快压出炭黑10份~15份;热裂法炭黑20份~25份;氧化镁5份~10份;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1份~2份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1份~2份;硬脂酸锌1份~3份;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑3份~5份;三聚硫氰酸0.5份~0.8份;偏苯三酸三辛酯10份~15份;镁强粉5份~10份;硫磺0.1份~0.2份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述原料中的氯磺化聚乙烯、快压出炭黑、热裂法炭黑、氧化镁、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯、硬脂酸锌、2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑、偏苯三酸三辛酯以及镁强粉放入密炼机内进行密炼,密炼结束后再在胶温为160℃的条件下排胶,制得母炼胶;
B、将制得的母炼胶放入密炼机内,加入上述原料中的三聚硫氰酸和硫磺,进行混炼,混炼结束后,在温度为80℃~100℃,70℃~90℃,70℃~90℃,80℃~100℃,90℃~100℃的区间内依次挤出,制得汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
与现有技术制得的汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶相比,本发明通过利用各原料之间的相互协同作用以及搭配相应的挤出温度,从而有效的提高其耐热性能。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
本汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶采用以下制备原料:氯磺化聚乙烯10.0kg;快压出炭黑1.5kg;热裂法炭黑2.0kg;氧化镁1.0kg;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.1kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯0.2kg;硬脂酸锌0.1kg;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0.5kg;三聚硫氰酸0.05kg;偏苯三酸三辛酯1.5kg;镁强粉0.5kg;硫磺0.02kg;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述原料中的氯磺化聚乙烯、快压出炭黑、热裂法炭黑、氧化镁、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯、硬脂酸锌、2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑、偏苯三酸三辛酯以及镁强粉放入密炼机内进行密炼,密炼结束后再在胶温为160℃的条件下排胶,制得母炼胶;
B、将制得的母炼胶放入密炼机内,加入上述原料中的三聚硫氰酸和硫磺,进行混炼,混炼结束后,在温度为80℃,90℃,90℃,100℃,100℃的区间内依次挤出,制得汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶。
与现有汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶相比,本实施例制得的汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶的制备方法的耐热性能提高了百分之六十。
实施例2
本汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶采用以下制备原料:氯磺化聚乙烯10.0kg;快压出炭黑1.2kg;热裂法炭黑2.2kg;氧化镁0.8kg;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.15kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯0.15kg;硬脂酸锌0.2kg;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0.4kg;三聚硫氰酸0.07kg;偏苯三酸三辛酯1.3kg;镁强粉0.7kg;硫磺0.01kg;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述原料中的氯磺化聚乙烯、快压出炭黑、热裂法炭黑、氧化镁、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯、硬脂酸锌、2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑、偏苯三酸三辛酯以及镁强粉放入密炼机内进行密炼,密炼结束后再在胶温为160℃的条件下排胶,制得母炼胶;
B、将制得的母炼胶放入密炼机内,加入上述原料中的三聚硫氰酸和硫磺,进行混炼,混炼结束后,在温度为90℃,80℃,80℃,90℃,95℃的区间内依次挤出,制得汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶。
与现有汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶相比,本实施例制得的汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶的制备方法的耐热性能提高了百分之六十。
实施例3
本汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶采用以下制备原料:氯磺化聚乙烯10.0kg;快压出炭黑1.0kg;热裂法炭黑2.5kg;氧化镁0.5kg;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.2kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯0.1kg;硬脂酸锌0.3kg;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0.3kg;三聚硫氰酸0.08kg;偏苯三酸三辛酯1.0kg;镁强粉1.0kg;硫磺0.01kg;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述原料中的氯磺化聚乙烯、快压出炭黑、热裂法炭黑、氧化镁、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯、硬脂酸锌、2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑、偏苯三酸三辛酯以及镁强粉放入密炼机内进行密炼,密炼结束后再在胶温为160℃的条件下排胶,制得母炼胶;
B、将制得的母炼胶放入密炼机内,加入上述原料中的三聚硫氰酸和硫磺,进行混炼,混炼结束后,在温度为100℃,70℃,70℃,80℃,90℃的区间内依次挤出,制得汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶。
与现有汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶相比,本实施例制得的汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶的制备方法的耐热性能提高了百分之六十五。

1.一种汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:
氯磺化聚乙烯100份;快压出炭黑10份~15份;热裂法炭黑20份~25份;氧化镁5份~10份;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1份~2份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1份~2份;硬脂酸锌1份~3份;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑3份~5份;三聚硫氰酸0.5份~0.8份;偏苯三酸三辛酯10份~15份;镁强粉5份~10份;硫磺0.1份~0.2份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述原料中的氯磺化聚乙烯、快压出炭黑、热裂法炭黑、氧化镁、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯、硬脂酸锌、2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑、偏苯三酸三辛酯以及镁强粉放入密炼机内进行密炼,密炼结束后再在胶温为160℃的条件下排胶,制得母炼胶;
B、将制得的母炼胶放入密炼机内,加入上述原料中的三聚硫氰酸和硫磺,进行混炼,混炼结束后,在温度为80℃~100℃,70℃~90℃,70℃~90℃,80℃~100℃,90℃~100℃的区间内依次挤出,制得汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶。
