Abstract
本发明公开一种汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶,属于汽车用胶管制品技术领域。本发明按一定重量份计,以氯化丁基橡胶,中超炭黑N200,通用炉黑N660,碳酸钙,间接法氧化锌,氧化镁,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌,硫代二丙酸双月桂酯,硬脂酸锌,2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑,三聚硫氰酸,二辛酯,N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺以及硫磺为原料制成。与现有技术制得的对汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶相比,本发明通过利用各原料之间的相互协同作用,从而有效的提高其耐热性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用胶管制品技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶。
背景技术
空调胶管是发展较快的汽车用胶管制品,一般包括有内胶层和外胶层。现有技术中,有采用氯化丁基橡胶作为汽车空调胶管外胶层用的橡胶,然而由于这种橡胶的耐热性能不好,在120℃以上的温度时便会产生硬化现象,很大程度的缩短了其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶,它可以解决现有汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶存在耐热性能差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它包括由以下重量份数的原料制成:
氯化丁基橡胶80份;中超炭黑N200 10份~15份;通用炉黑N660 20份~25份;碳酸钙10份~15份;间接法氧化锌5份~10份;氧化镁1份~3份;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1份~2份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1份~2份;硬脂酸锌1份~3份;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑3份~5份;三聚硫氰酸0.5份~0.8份;二辛酯10份~15份;N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺0.2份~0.3份;硫磺0.1份~0.2份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
与现有技术制得的对汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶相比,本发明通过利用各原料之间的相互协同作用,从而有效的提高其耐热性能。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
本汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶采用以下制备原料:氯化丁基橡胶8.0kg;中超炭黑N200 1.0kg;通用炉黑N660 2.5kg;碳酸钙1.0kg;间接法氧化锌1.0kg;氧化镁0.1kg;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.2kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯0.1kg;硬脂酸锌0.3kg;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0.3kg;三聚硫氰酸0.08kg;二辛酯1.0kg;N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺0.03kg;硫磺0.01kg;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:先将上述原料中的氯化丁基橡胶、中超炭黑N200、通用炉黑N660、碳酸钙、间接法氧化锌、氧化镁、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯、2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑、二辛酯以及N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺放入密炼机内密炼成母炼胶,然后放入硫化设备中,加入二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硬脂酸锌、三聚硫氰酸和硫磺进行混炼,制得。
与现有汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶相比,本实施例制得的汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶的应用温度高达144℃。
实施例2
本汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶采用以下制备原料:氯化丁基橡胶8.0kg;中超炭黑N200 1.5kg;通用炉黑N660 2.0kg;碳酸钙1.5kg;间接法氧化锌0.5kg;氧化镁0.3kg;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.1kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯0.2kg;硬脂酸锌0.1kg;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0.5kg;三聚硫氰酸0.05kg;二辛酯1.5kg;N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺0.02kg;硫磺0.02kg;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:先将上述原料中的氯化丁基橡胶、中超炭黑N200、通用炉黑N660、碳酸钙、间接法氧化锌、氧化镁、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯、2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑、二辛酯以及N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺放入密炼机内密炼成母炼胶,然后放入硫化设备中,加入二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硬脂酸锌、三聚硫氰酸和硫磺进行混炼,制得。
与现有汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶相比,本实施例制得的汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶的应用温度高达142℃。
实施例3
本汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶采用以下制备原料:氯化丁基橡胶8.0kg;中超炭黑N200 1.4kg;通用炉黑N660 2.2kg;碳酸钙1.3kg;间接法氧化锌0.8kg;氧化镁0.2kg;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.1kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯0.2kg;硬脂酸锌0.2kg;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0.4kg;三聚硫氰酸0.07kg;二辛酯1.3kg;N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺0.025kg;硫磺0.015kg;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:先将上述原料中的氯化丁基橡胶、中超炭黑N200、通用炉黑N660、碳酸钙、间接法氧化锌、氧化镁、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯、2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑、二辛酯以及N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺放入密炼机内密炼成母炼胶,然后放入硫化设备中,加入二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硬脂酸锌、三聚硫氰酸和硫磺进行混炼,制得。
与现有汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶相比,本实施例制得的汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶的应用温度高达145℃。

1.一种汽车空调胶管外胶层用橡胶,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:
氯化丁基橡胶80份;中超炭黑N200 10份~15份;通用炉黑N660 20份~25份;碳酸钙10份~15份;间接法氧化锌5份~10份;氧化镁1份~3份;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1份~2份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1份~2份;硬脂酸锌1份~3份;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑3份~5份;三聚硫氰酸0.5份~0.8份;二辛酯10份~15份;N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺0.2份~0.3份;硫磺0.1份~0.2份。
