本发明公开一种汽车冷却管用橡胶,属于汽车用橡胶件技术领域。本发明按重量份计,以三元乙丙橡胶50份;中超炭黑N20010份~15份;通用炉黑N66020份~25份;间接法氧化锌5份~10份;二硫化四甲基秋兰姆2份~3份;二硫化四乙基秋兰姆1份~2份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1份~2份;硬脂酸锌1份~3份;三聚硫氰酸0.5份~0.8份;镁强粉5份~10份;硫磺0.1份~0.2份为原料制备而成。与现有技术制得的汽车冷却管用橡胶相比,本发明通过利用各原料成分的互相协同作用,从而有效的提高其耐热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用橡胶件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车冷却管用橡胶。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高以及对汽车行业的不断发展,人们对汽车各部件的性能要求也不断提高,而汽车冷却管用橡胶是其中之一。目前,国内现有的汽车冷却管用橡胶存在着耐热、耐压变、耐电阻性能偏低,无法满足市场需求的问题。人们虽然对此不断的进行研究改进,但是其耐热性能的提高并不理想。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车冷却管用橡胶,它可以解决现有汽车冷却管用橡胶存在耐热性能低,无法满足市场需求的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它包括由以下重量份数的原料制成:
三元乙丙橡胶50份;中超炭黑N200 10份~15份;通用炉黑N660 20份~25份;间接法氧化锌5份~10份;二硫化四甲基秋兰姆2份~3份;二硫化四乙基秋兰姆1份~2份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1份~2份;硬脂酸锌1份~3份;三聚硫氰酸0.5份~0.8份;镁强粉5份~10份;硫磺0.1份~0.2份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
与现有技术制得的汽车冷却管用橡胶相比,本发明通过利用各原料成分的互相协同作用,从而有效的提高其耐热性能。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
本汽车冷却管用橡胶采用以下制备原料:三元乙丙橡胶50kg;中超炭黑N200 15kg;通用炉黑N660 20kg;间接法氧化锌10kg;二硫化四甲基秋兰姆2kg;二硫化四乙基秋兰姆2kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1kg;硬脂酸锌3kg;三聚硫氰酸0.5kg;镁强粉10kg;硫磺0.1kg;
其制备方法是:先将上述重量的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶并挤出,然后放入硫化设备中,在压力为208Kgf/cm2,温度为155℃的条件下,进行硫化处理8分钟。
与现有汽车冷却管用橡胶相比,本实施例制得的汽车冷却管用橡胶的耐热性能提高了50%。
实施例2
本汽车冷却管用橡胶采用以下制备原料:三元乙丙橡胶50kg;中超炭黑N200 10kg;通用炉黑N660 25kg;间接法氧化锌5kg;二硫化四甲基秋兰姆3kg;二硫化四乙基秋兰姆1kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯2kg;硬脂酸锌1kg;三聚硫氰酸0.8kg;镁强粉5kg;硫磺0.2kg;
其制备方法是:先将上述重量的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶并挤出,然后放入硫化设备中,在压力为208Kgf/cm2,温度为155℃的条件下,进行硫化处理8分钟。
与现有汽车冷却管用橡胶相比,本实施例制得的汽车冷却管用橡胶的耐热性能提高了55%。
实施例3
本汽车冷却管用橡胶采用以下制备原料:三元乙丙橡胶50kg;中超炭黑N200 12kg;通用炉黑N660 24kg;间接法氧化锌7kg;二硫化四甲基秋兰姆2.5kg;二硫化四乙基秋兰姆1.5kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1.5kg;硬脂酸锌2kg;三聚硫氰酸0.7kg;镁强粉7kg;硫磺0.15kg;
其制备方法是:先将上述重量的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶并挤出,然后放入硫化设备中,在压力为208Kgf/cm2,温度为155℃的条件下,进行硫化处理8分钟。
与现有汽车冷却管用橡胶相比,本实施例制得的汽车冷却管用橡胶的耐热性能提高了60%。

1.一种汽车冷却管用橡胶,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:
三元乙丙橡胶50份;中超炭黑N200 10份~15份;通用炉黑N660 20份~25份;间接法氧化锌5份~10份;二硫化四甲基秋兰姆2份~3份;二硫化四乙基秋兰姆1份~2份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1份~2份;硬脂酸锌1份~3份;三聚硫氰酸0.5份~0.8份;镁强粉5份~10份;硫磺0.1份~0.2份。
