本发明公开一种汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶,属于汽车用橡胶件技术领域。本发明按重量份计,以氯磺化聚乙烯100份;快压出炭黑10份~15份;热裂法炭黑20份~25份;氧化镁5份~10份;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1份~2份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1份~2份;硬脂酸锌1份~3份;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑3份~5份;三聚硫氰酸0.5份~0.8份;偏苯三酸三辛酯10份~15份;镁强粉5份~10份;硫磺0.1份~0.2份为原料制成。与现有技术制得的汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶相比,本发明通过利用各原料之间的相互协同作用,从而有效的提高其耐热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用橡胶件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶。
背景技术
动力转向管是汽车转向系统部件中技术含量较高的一种产品。随着汽车工业的飞速发展,动力转向管在汽车转向系统中的应用越来越普遍,同时对汽车动力转向管的性能要求也不断提高,特别是其耐热性能。汽车动力转向管一般由内、外层橡胶制成。目前,人们虽然对汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶耐热性能不断的进行研究改进,但效果并不明显,其耐热性能还是有待提高。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶,它可以解决现有汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶存在耐热性能差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:

氯磺化聚乙烯100份;快压出炭黑10份~15份;热裂法炭黑20份~25份;氧化镁5份~10份;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌1份~2份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯1份~2份;硬脂酸锌1份~3份;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑3份~5份;三聚硫氰酸0.5份~0.8份;偏苯三酸三辛酯10份~15份;镁强粉5份~10份;硫磺0.1份~0.2份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
与现有技术制得的对汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶相比,本发明通过利用各原料之间的相互协同作用,从而有效的提高其耐热性能。

实施例1
本汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶采用以下制备原料:氯磺化聚乙烯10.0kg;快压出炭黑1.5kg;热裂法炭黑2.0kg;氧化镁1.0kg;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.1kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯0.2kg;硬脂酸锌0.1kg;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0.5kg;三聚硫氰酸0.05kg;偏苯三酸三辛酯1.5kg;镁强粉0.5kg;硫磺0.02kg;
其制备方法是:先将上述除了三聚硫氰酸和硫磺两种原料外的其他原料放入密炼机内密炼成母炼胶,然后放入硫化设备中,加入三聚硫氰酸和硫磺进行混炼,制得。
与现有汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶相比,本实施例制得的汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶的耐热性能提高了百分之五十五。

本汽车动力转向管内胶层用橡胶采用以下制备原料:氯磺化聚乙烯10.0kg;快压出炭黑1.2kg;热裂法炭黑2.2kg;氧化镁0.8kg;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌0.15kg;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯0.15kg;硬脂酸锌0.2kg;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑0.4kg;三聚硫氰酸0.07kg;偏苯三酸三辛酯1.3kg;镁强粉0.7kg;硫磺0.01kg;
其制备方法是:先将上述除了三聚硫氰酸和硫磺两种原料外的其他原料放入密炼机内密炼成母炼胶,然后放入硫化设备中,加入三聚硫氰酸和硫磺进行混炼,制得。
