Abstract

本发明提供了一种耐稀酸、碱、盐溶液胶管,它由天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、EPM、二氧化硅补强剂、促进剂、硬脂酸、喷雾炭黑、软化剂、硫磺、氧化锌和防老剂D组成。其制备方式为:将天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、EPM、二氧化硅补强剂加入开炼机中,混炼充分;然后再将促进剂、硬脂酸、喷雾炭黑、软化剂、硫磺、氧化锌和防老剂D加入开炼机中,混合5~10分钟,得到混合物;将开炼好的混合物放入挤出机挤出,对整个胶管进行硫化,即得成品。本发明具有超强的结合强度和极好的耐磨损、耐腐蚀性能,使用寿命长。

耐稀酸、碱、盐溶液胶管
技术领域
本发明涉及了一种胶管,具体涉及了一种耐稀酸、碱、盐溶液胶管。 
背景技术
橡胶制品的耐介质性能主要指其抵抗酸、碱、盐等腐蚀性介质破坏的能力。当橡胶制品和酸性介质相接触时.由于它们的氧化作用而引起橡胶和配合剂的分解,有些介质还能引起橡胶的溶胀,使橡胶分子产生断裂、溶解以及配合剂的分解、溶解、溶出等现象,导致橡胶制品密封失效,产生严重的后果。 
填料是橡胶工业的主要原料之一,属于粉体材料,填料用量相当大,几乎可与橡胶本身用量抗衡。填料体系不但对橡胶起到补强、增塑的作用,还可以赋予橡胶材料许多特殊、宝贵的性能,如大幅度提高橡胶的力学性能、耐热性、导电性、阻燃性等,同时可以降低成本等作用。作为油田中使用的橡胶密封材料,它常处于酸性环境中,橡胶密封材料容易腐蚀失效,填料的加入在一定程度上可以提高橡胶对于介质的阻隔性能及耐腐蚀性能,延长橡胶密封制品的使用寿命。 
目前,现有技术中广泛用于冶金、矿山、电业、化工等工业排渣、排气等管道系统的胶管,特别是用于矿浆输送作业,在实际使用过程中,容易老化,不耐磨造成破损,影响使用寿命。 
现有的被用于食品或饮用水的输水管,其所采用的材质有PE(聚乙烯)、PP(聚丙烯)或PVC(聚氯乙烯)塑胶管,但纯PE、PP塑胶管因其成型时无毛细孔,因此两两管之间无法以套管胶合使其成一连体,相当不方便,但其最大的好处即其为一无毒性材料。再者,如PVC塑胶管,传统上被使用于室内装潢或水电配管时,为适合地形或地域的变化,可以火烤方式使其软化,且于其尚未硬化之际,可轻易地将两两根同材PVC管上胶套合以完成配管工作,但一般的饮用水的水管若采用上述套合方式,由于PVC管经此处理或遇热时即会分解出致命的毒素、世纪之毒—戴奥辛,如此将对人体产生莫大的伤害,但因其配管方便,有时根本无法将之放弃不用。本发明人为改善上述二材质独立使用制造的缺失,而思加改进,本发明为具内层为PE或PP材质,外层为PVC材质的塑胶管,使其与饮用水接触的部分为无毒材料,但又易于胶合接管。 
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种耐稀酸、碱、盐溶液胶管,具有超强的结合强度和极好的耐磨损、耐腐蚀性能。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为: 
(1)将天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、EPM、二氧化硅补强剂加入开炼机中,混炼充分; 
(2)再将促进剂、硬脂酸、喷雾炭黑、软化剂、硫磺、氧化锌和防老剂D加入开炼机中,混合5~10分钟,得到混合物; 
(3)将开炼好的混合物放入挤出机挤出,对整个胶管进行硫化,即得成品。 
本发明与其他产品相比的有益效果: 
(1)本发明获得了一种耐稀酸、碱、盐溶液胶管,降低酸、碱、盐溶液对胶管腐蚀造成的损失; 
(2)本发明获得了一种耐稀酸、碱、盐溶液胶管,具有超强的结合强度和极好的耐磨损、耐腐蚀性能,使用寿命长。 
具体实施例
下面结合实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。 
实施例1: 
其制备方式是:将天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、EPM、二氧化硅补强剂加入开炼机中,混炼充分;然后再将促进剂、硬脂酸、喷雾炭黑、软化剂、硫磺、氧化锌和防老剂D加入开炼机中,混合5~10分钟,得到混合物;将开炼好的混合物放入挤出机挤出,对整个胶管进行硫化,即得成品。 
硬脂酸在硫化体系中起缓冲作用,同时也能减少混炼时的粘辊现象,也为了在制作的过程中保证挤出加工的顺畅。 
实施例2: 
制备方式同上。 
本发明获得了一种耐稀酸、碱、盐溶液胶管,降低酸、碱、盐溶液对胶管腐蚀造成的损失。 
实施例3: 
制备方式同上。 
本产品耐高温老化性能优异,而且耐冷却液性能、耐油、压缩变形性能也非常好,可以更好地满足目前各种橡胶水管的要求。 
本发明获得的一种耐稀酸、碱、盐溶液胶管,具有超强的结合强度和极好的耐磨损、耐腐蚀性能,使用寿命长。

Claims (3)

1.一种耐稀酸、碱、盐溶液胶管,其特征在于,它由天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、EPM、二氧化硅补强剂、促进剂、硬脂酸、喷雾炭黑、软化剂、硫磺、氧化锌和防老剂D组成。
2.根据权利要求1,所述的耐稀酸、碱、盐溶液胶管,其特征在于,其各组分按重量份数比为:天然橡胶150~230份、丁腈橡胶120~200份、EPM100~180份、二氧化硅补强剂40~55份、促进剂20~35份、硬脂酸18~30份、喷雾炭黑15~30份、软化剂10~25份、硫磺10~20份、氧化锌8~15份和防老剂D1~10份。
3.根据权利要求1和2,所述的耐稀酸、碱、盐溶液胶管,其特征在于,其制备方式是:
(1)将天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、EPM、二氧化硅补强剂加入开炼机中,混炼充分;
(2)再将促进剂、硬脂酸、喷雾炭黑、软化剂、硫磺、氧化锌和防老剂D加入开炼机中,混合5~10分钟,得到混合物;
(3)将开炼好的混合物放入挤出机挤出,对整个胶管进行硫化,即得成品。
