Abstract

本发明公开了一种高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材及其制备方法,其由A料和B料等比例混合挤出造粒制备而成。本发明通过对配方进一步优化,使得在PVC管材的加工过程中能促进无机填料的分散,提高PVC熔体的流动性,还能提升拉伸强度与断裂伸长率,改变了聚乙烯制品在使用氯化聚乙烯时,韧性好,硬度低的缺点;本发明配方中在使用抗冲改性剂CPE、NBR、ACR、SBR树脂、MBS树脂等成份后,所生产的管材的冷弯性能,抗冲击能力都有所提高。

一种高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及PVC管材生产领域,尤其涉及一种高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC管材的主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另外加入增塑剂、抗老化剂等辅料来增加其耐热性、韧性、延展性等。PVC是当今世界上深受喜爱、颇为流行并且也被广泛应用的一种合成材料。PVC管材是一种成熟的管材,主要应用于给排水工程。PVC管材具有耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀性、强度高等优点,但是,目前大步分生产厂家生产出来的PVC管材抗冲击性能并不好,尤其在PVC制品的加工中的塑化过程,无机物的分散和PVC熔体的加工流动性一直是个难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足提供一种高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材及其制备方法,提高PVC管材的抗冲击性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材由A料和B料等比例混合挤出造粒制备而成,所述A料、B料分别由下列重量份的原料挤出造粒而得:
A料:
聚氯乙烯SG-550-60、聚氯乙烯再生料40-50、轻质碳酸钙20-30、氯化聚乙烯10-20、ABS高胶粉10-15、CPE4-8、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡2-5、二偶氮氨基苯0.2-0.4、N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.3-0.5、抗氧剂6180.4-0.6、紫外线吸收剂UV-3600.2-0.4、亚乙基双硬脂酰胺0.3-0.5、二苯胺0.1-0.2、改性海泡石粉5-10,
所述的改性海泡石粉由下列方法制成:先用15-20%盐酸浸泡海泡石粉1-2小时,静置,澄清,离心,固体用水洗至中性,烘干后,加入相当于固体重量3-5%的氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷拌搅均匀,烘干,粉碎成粉末;
B料:
聚氯乙烯SG-550-60、MBS树脂20-30、SBR树脂20-30、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯10-15、NBR4-8、ACR5-10、偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯2-5、聚己酸内醋10-20、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.3-0.5、2,4二羟二苯甲酮0.1-0.3、抗氧剂10350.2-0.5、乙撑双硬脂酰胺0.3-0.5、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡2-5、磷酸三苯酯0.1-0.3、改性纳米粉5-10,
所述的改性纳米粉土由下列方法制成:由碳酸钙、橄榄石粉、天青石粉等600-700℃下烧损4-5小时,后研磨成纳米粉末,拌入相当于粉体重量3-5%的双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯拌搅均匀,烘干,粉碎成粉末。
所述的高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
第一步:分别制备A料、B料
一、A料的制备
(1)按配方比例称取各配方原料,将称好的原材料投入高速混合机内高速搅拌10-15min,温度为80-90℃,待其水份充分蒸发后,经冷混机将物料降至40-50℃;
(2)将上述混合料加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得A料,挤出机机筒温度为245-255℃,模头温度为255-270℃,螺杆转速为300-550rpm;
二、B料的制备
B料的制备采用同A料的相同的工艺进行造粒;
第二步:A料与B料混合造粒
将上述制得的A料和B料等比例加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得混合粒子,挤出机机筒温度为265-276℃,模头温度为272-285℃,螺杆转速为300-550rpm;
第三步:挤出成型
采用锥形双螺杆挤出机将所得的混合粒子挤出成型,即得高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材,挤出机机筒温度为274-291℃,模头温度为286-304℃;
第四步:后处理
将所得的高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材冷却至5—10℃定型,然后将定型的管材按所需要求进行切割,最后把切割好的产品进行包装,放入仓库待运即可。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过对配方进一步优化,使得在PVC管材的加工过程中能促进无机填料的分散,提高PVC熔体的流动性,还能提升拉伸强度与断裂伸长率,改变了聚乙烯制品在使用氯化聚乙烯时,韧性好,硬度低的缺点;本发明配方中在使用抗冲改性剂CPE、NBR、ACR、SBR树脂、MBS树脂等成份后,所生产的管材的冷弯性能,抗冲击能力都有所提高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例
高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材的制备方法包括以下步骤:
第一步:A料的制备
取下列重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯SG-550、聚氯乙烯再生料50、轻质碳酸钙20、氯化聚乙烯10、ABS高胶粉10、CPE4、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡2、二偶氮氨基苯0.2、N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.3、抗氧剂6180.4、紫外线吸收剂UV-3600.2、亚乙基双硬脂酰胺0.3、二苯胺0.1、改性海泡石粉5,
所述的改性海泡石粉由下列方法制成:先用15%盐酸浸泡海泡石粉2小时,静置,澄清,离心,固体用水洗至中性,烘干后,加入相当于固体重量4%的氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷拌搅均匀,烘干,粉碎成粉末,
将称好的原材料投入高速混合机内高速搅拌15min,温度为90℃,待其水份充分蒸发后,经冷混机将物料降至50℃,将上述混合料加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得A料,挤出机机筒温度为248℃,模头温度为264℃,螺杆转速为350rpm;
第二步:B料的制备
取下列重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯SG-560、MBS树脂30、SBR树脂30、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯15、NBR8、ACR10、偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯5、聚己酸内醋20、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5、2,4二羟二苯甲酮0.3、抗氧剂10350.5、乙撑双硬脂酰胺0.5、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡5、磷酸三苯酯0.3、改性纳米粉10,
所述的改性纳米粉土由下列方法制成:由碳酸钙、橄榄石粉、天青石粉等700℃下烧损4小时,后研磨成纳米粉末,拌入相当于粉体重量5%的双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯拌搅均匀,烘干,粉碎成粉末,
将称好的原材料投入高速混合机内高速搅拌15min,温度为90℃,待其水份充分蒸发后,经冷混机将物料降至50℃,将上述混合料加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得B料,挤出机机筒温度为248℃,模头温度为264℃,螺杆转速为350rpm;
第三步:A料与B料混合造粒
将上述制得的A料和B料等比例加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得混合粒子,挤出机机筒温度为268℃,模头温度为278℃,螺杆转速为350rpm;
第四步:挤出成型
采用锥形双螺杆挤出机将所得的混合粒子挤出成型,即得高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材,挤出机机筒温度为282℃,模头温度为291℃;
第五步:后处理
将所得的高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材冷却至5℃定型,然后将定型的管材按所需要求进行切割,最后把切割好的产品进行包装,放入仓库待运即可。
本发明的对比验证测试结果如下表:

从上表可以看出,与普通PVC管材相比,本发明所制得的PVC/MBS/SBR管材的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和抗冲击性能都有所提高,且符合QB/T2480指标,能够广泛应用于建筑中所需的管道材料。

Claims (1)

1.一种高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材,其特征在于,其由A料和B料等比例混合挤出造粒制备而成,
所述A料、B料分别由下列重量份的原料挤出造粒而得:
A料:聚氯乙烯SG-550-60、聚氯乙烯再生料40-50、轻质碳酸钙20-30、氯化聚乙烯10-20、ABS高胶粉10-15、CPE4-8、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡2-5、二偶氮氨基苯0.2-0.4、N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.3-0.5、抗氧剂6180.4-0.6、紫外线吸收剂UV-3600.2-0.4、亚乙基双硬脂酰胺0.3-0.5、二苯胺0.1-0.2、改性海泡石粉5-10,所述的改性海泡石粉由下列方法制成:先用15-20%盐酸浸泡海泡石粉1-2小时,静置,澄清,离心,固体用水洗至中性,烘干后,加入相当于固体重量3-5%的氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷拌搅均匀,烘干,粉碎成粉末;
B料:聚氯乙烯SG-550-60、MBS树脂20-30、SBR树脂20-30、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯10-15、NBR4-8、ACR5-10、偶氮二甲酸二异丙酯2-5、聚己酸内酯10-20、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.3-0.5、2,4二羟二苯甲酮0.1-0.3、抗氧剂10350.2-0.5、乙撑双硬脂酰胺0.3-0.5、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡2-5、磷酸三苯酯0.1-0.3、改性纳米粉5-10,所述的改性纳米粉土由下列方法制成:由碳酸钙、橄榄石粉、天青石粉600-700℃下烧损4-5小时,后研磨成纳米粉末,拌入相当于粉体重量3-5%的双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯拌搅均匀,烘干,粉碎成粉末;
所述的高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:分别制备A料、B料
一、A料的制备
(1)按配方比例称取各配方原料,将称好的原材料投入高速混合机内高速搅拌10-15min,温度为80-90℃,待其水份充分蒸发后,经冷混机将物料降至40-50℃;
(2)将上述混合料加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得A料,挤出机机筒温度为245-255℃,模头温度为255-270℃,螺杆转速为300-550rpm;
二、B料的制备B料的制备采用同A料的相同的工艺进行造粒;
第二步:A料与B料混合造粒将上述制得的A料和B料等比例加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得混合粒子,挤出机机筒温度为265-276℃,模头温度为272-285℃,螺杆转速为300-550rpm;
第三步:挤出成型采用锥形双螺杆挤出机将所得的混合粒子挤出成型,即得高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材,挤出机机筒温度为274-291℃,模头温度为286-304℃;
第四步:后处理将所得的高抗冲PVC/MBS/SBR管材冷却至5—10℃定型,然后将定型的管材按所需要求进行切割,最后把切割好的产品进行包装,放入仓库待运即可。
