本发明公开了一种高速轮胎用橡胶,包括按以下重量份数配比的各组分:氯磺化聚乙烯:50份;丁腈橡胶:30份;快压出炭黑:2~10份;热裂法炭黑:10~15份;间接法氧化锌:2~4份;氧化镁:3~5份;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌:0.2~1份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯:0.4~1.5份;硬脂酸锌:0.5~1份;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑:2~4份;三聚硫氰酸:0.3~0.5份;偏苯三酸三辛酯:5~8份;镁强粉:1~5份;硫磺:2~3份;天然胶NR:1~5份。本发明所述高速轮胎用橡胶,可以克服现有技术中耐高温性能差、易老化和使用寿命短等缺陷,以实现耐高温性能好、不易老化和使用寿命长的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车胶管技术,具体地,涉及一种高速轮胎用橡胶。
背景技术
橡胶是一种有弹性的聚合物。橡胶可以从一些植物的树汁中取得,也可以是人造的,两者皆有相当多的应用及产品,例如轮胎、垫圈等,遂成为重要经济作物。橡胶的种植主要集中在东南亚地区,如泰国、马来西亚、印度尼西亚。
橡胶传入英国后,人们发现这种物料能很有效地擦去铅笔留下的痕迹,于是发明了橡皮擦。橡胶英文名rubber是由1770年时英国普利斯特里因发现此物质能擦去(rub off)铅笔笔迹。按照制成方式的不同,橡胶可以分为合成橡胶和天然橡胶两类。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在耐高温性能差、易老化和使用寿命短等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述问题,提出一种高速轮胎用橡胶,以实现耐高温性能好、不易老化和使用寿命长的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高速轮胎用橡胶,包括按以下重量份数配比的各组分:
氯磺化聚乙烯:50份;
丁腈橡胶:30份;
快压出炭黑:2~10份;
热裂法炭黑:10~15份;
间接法氧化锌:2~4份;
氧化镁:3~5份;
二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌:0.2~1份;
硫代二丙酸双月桂酯:0.4~1.5份;
硬脂酸锌:0.5~1份;
2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑:2~4份;
三聚硫氰酸:0.3~0.5份;
偏苯三酸三辛酯:5~8份;
镁强粉:1~5份;
硫磺:2~3份;
天然胶NR:1~5份。
进一步地,将各组分按相应重量份数配比后,放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.3~0.5MPa,温度为45~50℃的条件下,挤压5~10分钟;待挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内按一定温度一次挤压出机,制得所需橡胶;将制得的橡胶放入硫化设备中,在压力为150~180Kgf/cm2,温度为100~150℃的条件下,进行硫化处理2~8分钟。
本发明各实施例的高速轮胎用橡胶,由于包括按以下重量份数配比的各组分:氯磺化聚乙烯:50份;丁腈橡胶:30份;快压出炭黑:2~10份;热裂法炭黑:10~15份;间接法氧化锌:2~4份;氧化镁:3~5份;二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌:0.2~1份;硫代二丙酸双月桂酯:0.4~1.5份;硬脂酸锌:0.5~1份;2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑:2~4份;三聚硫氰酸:0.3~0.5份;偏苯三酸三辛酯:5~8份;镁强粉:1~5份;硫磺:2~3份;天然胶NR:1~5份;从而可以克服现有技术中耐高温性能差、易老化和使用寿命短的缺陷,以实现耐高温性能好、不易老化和使用寿命长的优点。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
根据本发明实施例,提供了一种高速轮胎用橡胶,包括按以下重量份数配比的各组分:
氯磺化聚乙烯:50份;
丁腈橡胶:30份;
快压出炭黑:2~10份;
热裂法炭黑:10~15份;
间接法氧化锌:2~4份;
氧化镁:3~5份;
二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌:0.2~1份;
硫代二丙酸双月桂酯:0.4~1.5份;
硬脂酸锌:0.5~1份;
2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑:2~4份;
三聚硫氰酸:0.3~0.5份;
偏苯三酸三辛酯:5~8份;
镁强粉:1~5份;
硫磺:2~3份;
天然胶NR:1~5份。
具体制备时,将各组分按相应重量份数配比后,放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.3~0.5MPa,温度为45~50℃的条件下,挤压5~10分钟;待挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内按一定温度一次挤压出机,制得所需橡胶;将制得的橡胶放入硫化设备中,在压力为150~180Kgf/cm2,温度为100~150℃的条件下,进行硫化处理2~8分钟。

1.一种高速轮胎用橡胶,其特征在于,包括按以下重量份数配比的各组分:
氯磺化聚乙烯:50份;
丁腈橡胶:30份;
快压出炭黑:2~10份;
热裂法炭黑:10~15份;
间接法氧化锌:2~4份;
氧化镁:3~5份;
二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌:0.2~1份;
硫代二丙酸双月桂酯:0.4~1.5份;
硬脂酸锌:0.5~1份;
2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑:2~4份;
三聚硫氰酸:0.3~0.5份;
偏苯三酸三辛酯:5~8份;
镁强粉:1~5份;
硫磺:2~3份;
天然胶NR:1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高速轮胎用橡胶,其特征在于,将各组分按相应重量份数配比后,放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.3~0.5MPa,温度为45~50℃的条件下,挤压5~10分钟;待挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内按一定温度一次挤压出机,制得所需橡胶;将制得的橡胶放入硫化设备中,在压力为150~180Kgf/cm2,温度为100~150℃的条件下,进行硫化处理2~8分钟。
