Claims (1)
- 权利要求书1、 如式 V所示的化其中, R为氢或羧酸保护基, P2和 P3各自独立地分别为氢或羟基保护 基; 优选 P2为氢或取代或非取代的 垸基, P3为氢或 (d_1Q垸基或 芳基)酰基, R为氢或取代或非取代的 C14Q垸基; 更优选 P2为 THP, P3为乙酰基, R为甲基。2、 一种根据权利要求 1所述的如式 V所示的化合物的制备方法, 其特其中, R、 P2、 P3如权利要求 1中定义; R R2各自独立地为取代或非 取代的 垸基, 优选 、 R2都为甲基。其中, R、 P2、 P3如权利要求 1中定义。 其中, R、 P2、 Pj如权利要求 1中定义; P4为羟基保护基,优选 P4为 (d 10 垸基或芳基) 3硅垸基, 更优选 P4为 TBS。5、 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的如式 V所示的化合物的制备方法, 其特征在于,所述方法还包括化合物 X与化合物 XI反应后得到化合物 IX的步骤,其中, R、 P2、 P3如权利要求 1 中定义; P4为氢或羟基保护基, 优选 P4为氢或 垸基或芳基) 3硅垸基, 更优选 TBS。6、 如式 VI所示的化 ^其中, R、 P2、 P3如权利要求 1中定义 (7、 一种化合物 X的制备方法, 其包括化合物 ΧΠΙ经催化氢化得 到化合物 XII, 化合物 ΧΠ经氧化后制得如式 X所示的化合物的步骤, 其中, 化合物 ΧΠΙ的催化氢化优选 Pd/C催化氢化, 化合物 ΧΠ的羟基 氧化方法优选为 Dess-Martin氧化或 Swern氧化,其中, P2、 P3如权利要求 1中定义; P4如权利要求 4中定义。8、 根据权利要求 7所述的制备方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包 括化合物 XIV与化合物 XV反应,然后经过羟基保护后得到化合物 ΧΠΙ 的步骤,其中, P2、 P3、 P4如权利要求 7中定义; Z为卤素, 优选为 Br。9、 根据权利要求 8所述的制备方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包 括化合物 XVII经选择性羟基保护后得到化合物 XVI,然后还原化合物 XVI得到化 XIV的步骤,其中, Ρ2、 Ρ4如权利要求 7中定义。10、 根据权利要求 5所述的如式 V所示的化合物的制备方法, 其 特征在于, 所述方法还包括根据权利要求 7-9中任一项所述的步骤。11、 一种通过化合物 的利马前列素的方法,其特征在于, 所述方法包括化合物 V经还原和羟基保护后得到如式 IV 的化合物, 然后通过如式 IV所示的化合物制备如式 I所示的利马前列 素的步骤, 化合物 V的酮羰基还原方法优选为 CBS催化不对称还原,其中, R、 P2、 P3如权利要求 1 中定义; P1为氢或羟基保护基, 优选 P1为氢或取代或非取代的 C K)垸基, 更优选 P1为氢或 THP。 12、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通过如式 IV 所示的化合物制备如式 I所示的利马前列素的步骤为多步,其包括化合 物 IV经选择性脱保护后得到化合物 m的步骤和通过化合物 m制备如 式 I所示的其中, R、 P P2和 P3如权利要求 11定义。13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通过化合物 in制备如式 I所示的利马前列素的步骤为多步,其包括化合物 m经羟 基氧化后得到化合物 Π的步骤和通过化合物 II制备如式 I所示的利马 前列素的步骤, 化合物 III的羟基氧化方法优选为 Dess-Martin氧化或 Swern氧化,其中, R、 P1和 P2如权利要求 12定义。 14、 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通过化合物II制备如式 I所示的利马前列素的步骤为羟基和 /或羧基的脱保护的步 骤, 20
