本发明主要涉及蛋白粉领域,尤其涉及一种滋阴降火蛋白粉饮品及制备方法。
背景技术
蛋白质(protein)是生命的物质基础,是构成细胞的基本有机物。没有蛋白质就没有生命。因此,它是与生命及与各种形式的生命活动紧密联系在一起的物质。机体中的每一个细胞和所有重要组成部分都有蛋白质参与。蛋白质占人体重量的16%~20%,即一个60kg重的成年人其体内约有蛋白质9.6~12kg。每天食用蛋白粉可以均衡的补充身体所需要的蛋白质,但现有的蛋白粉均不具备保健功能。

本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种滋阴降火蛋白粉饮品及制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种滋阴降火蛋白粉饮品,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
燕麦仁80-120、荞麦仁60-90、豆腐渣5-7、猪肝8-9、白鱼粉6-7、米芽油7-8、泥鳅7-10、黑芝麻6-8、木瓜汁5-8、麸炒山药8-9、香瓜6-9、女贞子1-2、瓜萎叶2-3、楤木叶2-4、桑叶1-3、北沙参2-3、伸筋草1-2、麦冬2-4、白砂糖7-9、纯净水适量、营养添加剂9-11;
所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成:麦片10-15、苹果脯8-10、熟猪油1-2、金果榄6-7、蔓越莓果酱5-8、西葫芦9-11、三七叶1-2、冬葵叶2-3、金银花2-3、杨梅叶2-3、栀子2-4、绞股蓝1-2;
制备方法为(1)将熟猪油置于锅中,加热至七成热,加入三七叶、冬葵叶、金银花、杨梅叶、栀子、绞股蓝,混合翻炒5-8分钟后,加入上述混合物4-6倍的水,文火煎煮30-50分钟,过滤除渣,得滤液;
(2)将苹果脯置于步骤(1)所得滤液中浸泡15-30分钟,苹果脯与金果榄、西葫芦连同剩余未被吸收的滤液混合打浆,得药果浆;
(3)将麦片置于热锅中,干炒4-6分钟,出料,与药果浆、蔓越莓果酱混合均匀后,置于烤箱中,烘干,研磨成粉;

(1)将燕麦仁、荞麦仁经过筛选、除杂后分别送至烤箱烘烤至熟,出料,分别置于有适量水的容器中浸泡6-7小时后,混合磨浆,得燕麦荞麦浆;
(2)将豆腐渣置于木瓜汁中浸泡5-7分钟后,搅成糊状;将猪肝洗净、沥干,切成条状,将猪肝条挂上上述糊状物后置于有米芽油的锅中,煎至猪肝条熟透,出料,捣成泥,得猪肝泥;
(3)将女贞子、瓜萎叶、楤木叶、桑叶、北沙参、伸筋草、麦冬混合,将8-10倍水,文火煎煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;将药液置于锅中,加3-4倍水稀释后,加入白砂糖、泥鳅、麸炒山药、香瓜,小火熬制水干,出料,将泥鳅与白鱼粉、黑芝麻混合后,置于烤箱中烤至焦酥,出料,粉碎,得泥鳅粉;将麸炒山药、香瓜混合捣成糊,得山药香瓜糊;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)处理后的物料与剩余除纯净水以外的各原料混合,过滤除渣,得混合浆液;
(5)将步骤(4)所得混合浆液与适量加热后的纯净水混合,装罐、密封,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明香气四溢、味道纯正鲜美、蛋白质含量高,融入了白鱼粉、木瓜汁,风味独特、营养丰富,其中添加的泥鳅含蛋白质较高而脂肪较低,能降脂降压。本发明原料中含有北沙参等成分,可以滋阴降火增液,适合于火气上炎消费者食用。

燕麦仁120、荞麦仁90、豆腐渣7、猪肝9、白鱼粉7、米芽油8、泥鳅10、黑芝麻8、木瓜汁8、麸炒山药9、香瓜9、女贞子2、瓜萎叶3、楤木叶4、桑叶3、北沙参3、伸筋草2、麦冬4、白砂糖9、纯净水适量、营养添加剂11;
所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成:麦片15、苹果脯10、熟猪油2、金果榄7、蔓越莓果酱8、西葫芦11、三七叶2、冬葵叶3、金银花3、杨梅叶3、栀子4、绞股蓝2;
制备方法为(1)将熟猪油置于锅中,加热至七成热,加入三七叶、冬葵叶、金银花、杨梅叶、栀子、绞股蓝,混合翻炒8分钟后,加入上述混合物6倍的水,文火煎煮50分钟,过滤除渣,得滤液;
(2)将苹果脯置于步骤(1)所得滤液中浸泡30分钟,苹果脯与金果榄、西葫芦连同剩余未被吸收的滤液混合打浆,得药果浆;
(3)将麦片置于热锅中,干炒6分钟,出料,与药果浆、蔓越莓果酱混合均匀后,置于烤箱中,烘干,研磨成粉;

(2)将豆腐渣置于木瓜汁中浸泡7分钟后,搅成糊状;将猪肝洗净、沥干,切成条状,将猪肝条挂上上述糊状物后置于有米芽油的锅中,煎至猪肝条熟透,出料,捣成泥,得猪肝泥;
(3)将女贞子、瓜萎叶、楤木叶、桑叶、北沙参、伸筋草、麦冬混合,将10倍水,文火煎煮40分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;将药液置于锅中,加4倍水稀释后,加入白砂糖、泥鳅、麸炒山药、香瓜,小火熬制水干,出料,将泥鳅与白鱼粉、黑芝麻混合后,置于烤箱中烤至焦酥,出料,粉碎,得泥鳅粉;将麸炒山药、香瓜混合捣成糊,得山药香瓜糊;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)处理后的物料与剩余除纯净水以外的各原料混合,过滤除渣,得混合浆液;
(5)将步骤(4)所得混合浆液与适量加热后的纯净水混合,装罐、密封,即得。

燕麦仁80-120、荞麦仁60-90、豆腐渣5-7、猪肝8-9、白鱼粉6-7、米芽油7-8、泥鳅7-10、黑芝麻6-8、木瓜汁5-8、麸炒山药8-9、香瓜6-9、女贞子1-2、瓜萎叶2-3、楤木叶2-4、桑叶1-3、北沙参2-3、伸筋草1-2、麦冬2-4、白砂糖7-9、纯净水适量、营养添加剂9-11;
所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成:麦片10-15、苹果脯8-10、熟猪油1-2、金果榄6-7、蔓越莓果酱5-8、西葫芦9-11、三七叶1-2、冬葵叶2-3、金银花2-3、杨梅叶2-3、栀子2-4、绞股蓝1-2;
