Abstract
烟条机中切断器的导条器的切烟管与曲柄驱动装置的连杆刚性连接,连杆设独臂片簧支承件,有片簧一方面连杆固定夹紧,另一方面与固定支架紧固。
Description
本发明与烟草加工业制造条形物件的机器的烟条引导器有关,引导器和将连续烟条(rod)切断为分别烟支的刀同步,并在分切过程中支持烟条。
在本发明中,术语“条形物件”不仅包括烟草制品,如香烟,雪茄,小雪茄等,并包括过滤咀及空咀。下文中为简练起见仅提及香烟。用这种烟条机在切断作业中将连续香烟条切成烟支。烟条引导器将烟条在切断区域中引导,设计为起切断工具区域中回转刀的剪刀或切断剪刃的作用。由于在切断时烟条连续移动,例如在现代烟条机的每分钟数百公尺的极高前进速度下,每分钟制烟数千枝,切烟时,为使切缝和烟条前进方向精确垂直,切割工位必随烟条同速移动。因此,烟条与导条器间构成一个相对速度,而导条器的移动方向向后。这就是使导条器的移动朝向烟条的原因。导条器构成管形,设惯向槽缝,供切割工具定时从缝中通过。这时,将导条器在朝向烟条的输送方向上进退。
切割作业在导条器向烟条前进时进行。这时,导条器必须执行支持烟条的任务,由于材料的性质,烟条对分切工具不能显现足够的稳定性。举例而言,上述类型的设备在美国专利第3,830,126;3,815,460;3,476,002及3,140,632号中有揭示。
本发明的目的,是提出一种导条器,特征在于有高送条速度和高切割频率的设计。
在本发明中,此目的之取得,是因为将导条器放在一个连杆上,连杆与曲柄驱动装置连接,并设有一个片簧支承件。最好将连杆装在曲柄驱动装置的曲柄销上,曲柄销在送条路线上水平横伸,在理想实施方案中,导条器固定安装在连杆端部区中的连杆头部上。
一个方案在防振方面可作特别有利的控制,因为片簧支承件有一个独臂片簧,基本在导条器纵轴线的横向伸展,在另一设计中,片簧与烟条平面下方的静止支承件固定。
在另一设计中可避免摩擦及产生磨损的相对动作,因为片簧在连杆头部区域中与连杆固定。
在一个特别有利的实施方案中,假如在烟条平面下面旋转的曲柄驱动装置被驱动的方向是:烟条前进方向由曲柄销圆周路线的下部执行,则可取得烟条最佳引导的最佳动态条件。
在另一种设计中,这种驱动运动有可能藉助于另一设计,设计中的导条器出口端的下部设一条导轨,与烟条平行伸展,出口端的上部设一个斜坡出口,沿烟条前进方向似圆锥形发散。按这方式一方面可保证在切断作业中烟条有最佳的支持,在另一面导条器可无阻碍的反回动作。
本发明可取得的优点,在于片簧无关节安装,特点在于有重量极轻的设计,基本无磨损,不需保养而无噪声。此外,独臂片簧支承件的交变共振频率还可减低燥声并片簧使用寿命。此外,在相对于切割工位前进时,导条器的中点不作沿圆形路线的行动,而在一个较长线段中,沿复合弧形路线,平行于烟条,作接近直线的行动,从而保证导条器的出口端上,在切口范围内,形成一个良好的烟条支承器,承放切割后的断离的物件。
下文对本发明参照图示实施方案作较详细说明,附图如下:

图1中烟条机结构及运转模式如下:闸门1将批量烟丝供给第一分配器2。第一分配器2的一个提取辊3,对料仓4中的烟丝作可控补充,一个升降运送器5从料仓4中提出烟丝,将烟丝以有控制的方式供给收集管6。一个钢丝辊7从收集管6提取一部分流动烟丝,由检拾辊8将烟丝从钢丝辊7上取下,摊铺在循环摊铺运送器9上。将在摊铺运送器9上形成的烟丝层送入一个分类器11,分类器基本为一气幕,烟丝的较大并相对较重的部分从其中通过,但全部其余的烟丝部分被空气偏侧,吹入一个漏斗14,漏斗由钢丝辊12及壁13形成。钢丝辊12将烟丝送入烟丝槽16,靠在流动运送器17上,在上面用空气浮升,空气由吸气腔18抽吸,于是形成下降的烟丝流。一个平衡器19取去烟丝流的多余烟丝,而将适量烟丝放在烟纸条21上,烟纸条被引导同方向前进。烟纸条21从纸盘22上抽取,被引导通过一个印刷机构23,放到一个随动装饰传动带24上。装饰传动带24将烟丝流和烟纸条21输送,通过一个卷纸机构26,在里面将烟纸里在烟丝线流外面,而纸条的一个边缘保持伸在外面,用一个涂浆器在上面按传统方法涂敷粘合剂,涂浆器未示。然后将粘合剂形成的接缝闭合,在一个双式封口器27中干燥。将这样形成的烟条28从控制平衡器19的密度测量器29中通过,用切断器31切成两长度单位的烟支32。
将两长度单位的烟支32,用有可控活动臂33的输送器34,送入过滤咀机37的接受鼓筒36,鼓筒36有切割鼓筒38,上有旋转刀,将两倍长度的烟支切成单位长度的烟支。
带式运送器39,41将多余的烟丝送入一个容器42,容器42放在料仓4的下面,用升降运送器5将容器中的回收烟丝提取。
切断器31和切断过程中支持烟条的导条器43配合。图2及3为放大比例的导条器43,及烟条机的相关驱动装置。形成导条器43的两个切烟管44及46,形成略大于烟条28直径的导槽,切烟管与烟条方向同轴线,如箭头48所示。两切烟管44及46间有间距,留在隙缝49,供形成切断器31部分并构成旋转镰形刀的分切刀51通过。位于进口上游的切烟管44设有进口漏斗52,用于在烟条机起动时引导烟条28。出口端的下游切烟管46,下部设有一个导轨53,在切断作业中与烟条28平行,上部设有坡形出口54,沿朝向出口端的方向,有发散的圆锥形。
导条器43的两切烟管44及46,固定连接在杆57的相应头部56的自由端,连杆57又和形式为在圆盘59上偏心安装的曲柄销61的曲柄驱动件58连接。
曲柄驱动件58与切断器31同步运转。在壳62中安装刀51的刀架63,以已知的方法安装在一个万向接头上,安装方法例如在切割作业中,当刀51被引导,在切烟管44及46之间通过时,刀51有烟条28输送方向(箭头48)的运动分量,这运动分量的速度和烟条速度相当。导条器43的驱动与切断器31的驱动同步,即在切割过程中,将导条器43按箭头48的方向驱动,速度与烟条28的输送速度相等。
并且,连杆57设独臂片簧支承件64,例如和连杆57一个部分连接的支承件,即从烟条的纵向观察与连接杆头部连接。片簧支承件64有片簧67,用CFK材料(环氧树脂粘合碳丝)制造,其一端与连杆57的头部56固定夹持,另端固定夹持在位于烟条下方的固定安装的支架66上。
设备的运作模式如下:导条器43与切断器31同步驱动,方式为:刀51在导条器43的切烟管44及46间通过前,直到刀51离开切烟管44及46间的间隙49后,曲柄驱动杆58骓动导条器43的速度,等于刀51的沿烟条28输送方向(箭头48)的分速度,刀51在箭头48的方向的分速度,又等于烟条28的前进速度。
在切断运转过程中,用切烟管44及46的导轨53,在导槽47中支持烟条,从而导轨构成刀51的底刀刃。在曲柄驱动件58的每一转周中,导条器43的切烟管圆心,沿复合弧线前进(向切断工位)路线在一个较长段中几乎为直线(图3a中之箭头68)。于是下游切烟管46形成在切割区中切割烟条产生的烟支的良好支承件。在前进(箭头68)中减速以及在复位行程(箭头69)中,如图3b所示,切烟管44,46向一个方向倾斜,斜坡54防止烟条28和下游切烟管接触。
Claims (8)
1、制烟业中制造杆状物件的烟条机导条器,和将连续烟条切成烟支的刀同步驱动,并在分作业中支持烟条,特征在于将导条器(43)放在连杆(57)上,连杆与曲柄驱动装置(58)连接,并设有片簧支承装置(64)。
2、如权利要求1之导条器,而特征为连杆(54)安装在曲柄驱动装置(58)的曲柄销(61)上,曲柄销在烟条路线上水平横向伸展。
3、如权利要求1或2的之导条器,而特征为导条器(57)和连杆端部区中的头部(56)上固定进行连接。
4、如权利要求1至3中一项之导条器,而特征为片簧支承件(64)包括在导条器(43)纵轴线上基本横伸的独臂片簧(67)。
5、如权利要求1至4中一项之导条器,而特征为片簧(67)与烟条平面下面的静止支架(66)固定。
6、如权利要求1至5中一项之导条器,而特征为片簧(67)与连杆的头部(56)区域进行连接。
7、如权利要求1至6中一项之导条器,而特征为在烟条平面下面旋转的曲柄驱动装置(58),其旋转方式为曲柄销(61)在圆形路线的下部中旋转时,导条器(43)在烟条(28)前进方向(48)上前进。
8、如权利要求1至7中一项之导条器,而特征为导条器(43)的出口端(切烟管46)的下部有导轨(53),该导轨与烟条(28)平行伸展,出口端上部设坡形出口(54),在烟条前进方向(48)上为发散圆锥形。
