本发明的低热型的食品适用于体重较大,血压、血脂和血糖三项指标偏高的肥胖人群食用。除了方便食用之外,长期坚持食用和正常饮食和生活,基本可以使得食用者控制体重的增长或降低体重,也可降低血压、血脂和血糖三项指标。
根据上述配比,本发明营养全面的方便食品的制备方法,可由以下步骤进行:
步骤1:先将粳米皮与水按1比5进行混合,煮5分钟后,过400目的筛,干燥,精制成粉状备用;
步骤2:将大豆去皮后与水按1比5进行混合,煮9分钟后,过400目的筛,干燥,精制成豆粉备用;
步骤3:最后将所有原料以选定的配比秤量,均匀混合后包装。
本发明为家族历代相授传承,经过数代人不断研究、临床试验而更加完善。特别是近6年,历经数次对数百不同年龄阶段的食用人群进行跟踪统计,有关试验数据统计如下:
对210名食用者,按不同的年龄段分A1\A2\A3三组,分别连续食用本发明的普通型、低糖型和低热型八个月(每天300~600克,分作早餐、晚餐食用),83%以上的食用者的体重保持在健康体重[BNI:体重(kg)除以身高(m)的平方(BMI =公斤/m2);BMI在18至25之间,属正常体重,BMI大于25为超重,BMI大于30为肥胖]的范围内;78%以上的食用者的的血压、血脂和血糖三项指标保持在医学标准范围以内(见统计表)。对于体重较大者或血压、血脂和血糖三项指标较高者,可延长服用时间,状况也有较大改善。
以上所述实施例主要是为了说明本发明的创作构思,应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
