一种鹌鹑饲料及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种家禽饲料领域,具体为一种鹌鹑及其制备方法。
背景技术
鹌鹑是雉科中体形较小的一种,鹌鹑肉和蛋营养价值高,含有丰富的蛋白质和维生素,是极好的营养补品,有动物“人参”之称,是宴席上的佳肴。鹌鹑还可作药用,长期食用对血管硬化、高血压、神经衰弱、结核病及肝炎都有一定疗效。鹌鹑蛋因富含卵磷脂和脑磷脂,比鸡蛋营养更易被吸收利用,还含有能降血压的芦丁、来岂丁等物质,因此作为一种很好的滋补品,在营养上有独特之处,有"卵中佳品"、“动物中的人参”之称,它椭圆形的模样,个体很小,一般只有5g左右,营养价值不亚于鸡蛋,有护肤、美肤等作用。临床证实鹌鹑蛋可辅助治疗浮肿、肥胖型高血压、糖尿病等多种疾病。
因此在一些省市鹌鹤饲养发展很快,现已成为最经济家禽。随着人民生活水平逐步提高,鹌鹑蛋需求越来越多;但在蛋鹌鹑养殖过程中,为了提高收益,养殖者多选择含有抗生素等合成药物添加剂的饲料,来喂食提高蛋鹌鹑产蛋、降低死亡率,这些人工合成的药物成分,摄入后易在蛋鹌鹑体内出现抗生素残留,导致蛋鹌鹑体内出现耐药性或抗药性,长期食用后会降低蛋鹌鹑的免疫抵抗力, 致使蛋鹌鹑体质变差,含有上述药物残留的鹌鹑在产蛋时会将体内的抗生素残留等传递到鹌鹑蛋中,被人体食用后,会给健康安全带来巨大隐患。因此,本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种营养均匀,绿色健康的鹌鹑饲料以及制备方法。
本发明的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种鹌鹑饲料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:玉米40~50份,豆饼20~30份,花生饼15~20份,鱼粉12~18份,高粱面10~15份,苜蓿草粉8~12份,羊骨粉5~12份,食盐1~3份,石粉1~4份,当归1~5份,黄芪2~4份,陈皮0.5~2份,预混料1~3份。
进一步地,所述预混料包括复合多维、微量元素、复合氨基酸、氯化胆碱和土霉素钙盐。
一种鹌鹑饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将预混料复合多维、微量元素、复合氨基酸、氯化胆碱和土霉素钙盐按重量份数称取,然后混合均匀通过80~100目筛,制成预混料;
b、将玉米、豆饼、花生饼、鱼粉、高梁面、苜蓿草粉、羊骨粉、食盐和石粉均匀混合通过60~80目筛,制成第一混合料,备用;
c、将当归、黄芪和陈皮过粉碎机后混合,过80~100目筛,然后加入第一混合料和预混料通过搅拌机均匀混合5~10分钟,然后干燥、制粒,即可得成品。
本发明的有益效果是:本饲料营养均衡,适口性好,能够提高鹌鹑的进食量,通过中草药材料的添加,可以有效地增强鹌鹑对病菌的抵抗力,而且提高了产蛋量以及蛋的品质,饲料绿色、无公害原料制成,不会对鹌鹑以及人体造成危害,有效地增加了经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步地说明。
实施例1
一种鹌鹑饲料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:玉米40份,豆饼20份,花生饼15份,鱼粉12份,高粱面10份,苜蓿草粉8份,羊骨粉5份,食盐1份,石粉1份,当归1份,黄芪2份,陈皮0.5份,预混料1份。
一种鹌鹑饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将预混料复合多维、微量元素、复合氨基酸、氯化胆碱和土霉素钙盐按重量份数称取,然后混合均匀通过80目筛,制成预混料;
b、将玉米、豆饼、花生饼、鱼粉、高梁面、苜蓿草粉、羊骨粉、食盐和石粉均匀混合通过60目筛,制成第一混合料,备用;
c、将当归、黄芪和陈皮过粉碎机后混合,过80目筛,然后加入第一混合料和预混料通过搅拌机均匀混合5分钟,然后干燥、制粒,即可得成品。
实施例2
一种鹌鹑饲料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:玉米45份,豆饼25份,花生饼18份,鱼粉16份,高粱面13份,苜蓿草粉10份,羊骨粉8份,食盐2份,石粉3份,当归3份,黄芪3份,陈皮1.2份,预混料2份。
一种鹌鹑饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将预混料复合多维、微量元素、复合氨基酸、氯化胆碱和土霉素钙盐按重量份数称取,然后混合均匀通过90目筛,制成预混料;
b、将玉米、豆饼、花生饼、鱼粉、高梁面、苜蓿草粉、羊骨粉、食盐和石粉均匀混合通过70目筛,制成第一混合料,备用;
c、将当归、黄芪和陈皮过粉碎机后混合,过90目筛,然后加入第一混合料和预混料通过搅拌机均匀混合8分钟,然后干燥、制粒,即可得成品。
实施例3
一种鹌鹑饲料,包括以下重量份数的原料组成:玉米50份,豆饼30份,花生饼20份,鱼粉18份,高粱面15份,苜蓿草粉12份,羊骨粉12份,食盐3份,石粉4份,当归5份,黄芪4份,陈皮2份,预混料3份。
一种鹌鹑饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将预混料复合多维、微量元素、复合氨基酸、氯化胆碱和土霉素钙盐按重量份数称取,然后混合均匀通过100目筛,制成预混料;
b、将玉米、豆饼、花生饼、鱼粉、高梁面、苜蓿草粉、羊骨粉、食盐和石粉均匀混合通过80目筛,制成第一混合料,备用;
c、将当归、黄芪和陈皮过粉碎机后混合,过100目筛,然后加入第一混合料和预混料通过搅拌机均匀混合10分钟,然后干燥、制粒,即可得成品。
本饲料营养均衡,适口性好,能够提高鹌鹑的进食量,通过中草药材料的添加,可以有效地增强鹌鹑对病菌的抵抗力,而且提高了产蛋量以及蛋的品质,饲料绿色、无公害原料制成,不会对鹌鹑以及人体造成危害,有效地增加了经济效益。

  1. 一种鹌鹑饲料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料组成:玉米40~50份,豆饼20~30份,花生饼15~20份,鱼粉12~18份,高粱面10~15份,苜蓿草粉8~12份,羊骨粉5~12份,食盐1~3份,石粉1~4份,当归1~5份,黄芪2~4份,陈皮0.5~2份,预混料1~3份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种鹌鹑饲料,其特征在于:所述预混料包括复合多维、微量元素、复合氨基酸、氯化胆碱和土霉素钙盐。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种鹌鹑饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    a、将预混料复合多维、微量元素、复合氨基酸、氯化胆碱和土霉素钙盐按重量份数称取,然后混合均匀通过80~100目筛,制成预混料;
    b、将玉米、豆饼、花生饼、鱼粉、高梁面、苜蓿草粉、羊骨粉、食盐和石粉均匀混合通过60~80目筛,制成第一混合料,备用;
    c、将当归、黄芪和陈皮过粉碎机后混合,过80~100目筛,然后加入第一混合料和预混料通过搅拌机均匀混合5~10分钟,然后干燥、制粒,即可得成品。
