小麦500-530、小麦胚芽10-12、蜂胶4-5、茼蒿20-22、番薯叶30-35、香菜20-25、菱角20-22、芋头18-20、豆豉7-8、蟹黄5-6、奶糖5-6、魔芋粉8-9、柚子皮2-3、郁李仁1-2、锁阳1.5-2.5、柏子仁2.5-3、枳实1-1.2、玉竹0.9-1.2、如意草1-1.2、瑞苓草0.8-1、营养添加剂10-11;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:蓝莓10-12、桂圆11-13、荠菜7-8、莲子8-9、猪肝15-20、葡萄酒25-30、米醋23-25、丝瓜络1-2、啤酒花2-3、南瓜花2-3、石榴叶4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将葡萄酒、米醋、丝瓜络、啤酒花、南瓜花、石榴叶混合放入铁锅内,架上铁丝络,在络上放置猪肝,盖上锅盖,于旺火上加热20-25分钟后将猪肝取出,送入烘箱,待含水量将至7-8%时出料,进行粉碎;
(2)取蓝莓、桂圆果肉,与荠菜混合打浆,过滤除渣,得果蔬汁;将莲子加果蔬汁进行磨浆,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末,然后与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。

(2)将茼蒿、番薯叶、香菜加2-3倍的水打浆,所得浆液与蜂胶、奶糖混合,隔水大火蒸20-25分钟后出料,过滤除渣,收集滤液,;
(3)将药渣烘干后粉碎,与菱角混合入锅,小火翻炒30-35分钟后将菱角取出,去皮,碾成泥状;
(4)将芋头去皮,投入开水锅中,大火煮熟后捞出,与豆豉混合打成泥状,然后与蟹黄、步骤(3)所得物料混合拌匀,烘干后研成粉末;
(5)将小麦、小麦胚芽清洗,加药液及适量的水润湿32-38小时,使含水量达到15-16%,经烘干、灭菌、磨粉后与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,烘干后粉碎,与步骤(4)所得物料及剩余物料混合送入炒锅,加入物料重量10%的麦饭石,小火炒制10-15分钟后出料,将麦饭石筛除,即得。
本发明中的如意草为堇菜科植物如意草的全草,瑞苓草为菊科植物黑紫风毛菊的全草。

小麦500、小麦胚芽12、蜂胶5、茼蒿22、番薯叶35、香菜20、菱角22、芋头20、豆豉8、蟹黄5、奶糖6、魔芋粉9、柚子皮2、郁李仁2、锁阳2.5、柏子仁2.5、枳实1.2、玉竹0.9、如意草1.2、瑞苓草0.8、营养添加剂11;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:蓝莓12、桂圆13、荠菜7、莲子9、猪肝20、葡萄酒30、米醋25、丝瓜络2、啤酒花3、南瓜花2、石榴叶5;
制备方法为:(1)将葡萄酒、米醋、丝瓜络、啤酒花、南瓜花、石榴叶混合放入铁锅内,架上铁丝络,在络上放置猪肝,盖上锅盖,于旺火上加热20-25分钟后将猪肝取出,送入烘箱,待含水量将至7-8%时出料,进行粉碎;
(2)取蓝莓、桂圆果肉,与荠菜混合打浆,过滤除渣,得果蔬汁;将莲子加果蔬汁进行磨浆,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末,然后与步骤(1)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
