Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于加工被以可旋转的方式驱动的工件的双主轴机床。
背景技术
此类机床通常被称为双机床或二机床。
由DE102010051866A1中已知一种机床以及一种装载和卸载的方法。其中,两个工件主轴被镜像对称地布置在机架的对置的壁上。工件保持件在这些工件主轴之间来回地运动。在其中一个工件主轴加工工件时,可以对其它工件进行装载和卸载。因此,用于加工工件的循环工作时间与装载和卸载时间无关。然而,工件被迫要依次地被加工。文献DE19514058C2涉及一种具有两个工件主轴的车床,这两个工件主轴分别在两个滑块上沿Z方向移动。这两个滑块形成一个总滑块并且由支承导轨相互支承。两个工件主轴在总滑块上共同沿X方向移动。这样的共同的可移动性以及在相对侧上的相对移动的可能性使得除了可以同步地或独立地进行递给运动之外还可以进行更改设置。两个工件主轴作为工具承载件被分配给共同的多工件转塔。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于给出一种具有紧凑的结构并且具有改进的机器坚固性的可灵活使用的双主轴机床。
该任务将借助根据第一方面的机器得以解决,即:一种用于加工被以可旋转的方式驱动的工件的机床,所述机床包括:机架,该机架具有两个竖直的且相互平行地布置的侧壁;至少一个工件主轴;以及具有工具的工具保持件,其中,这至少一个工件主轴能够相对于所述机架在竖直滑块上沿竖直方向(Z轴)受控地移动,其特征在于,至少一个所述竖直滑块在所述侧壁中的一个侧壁上沿着第一引导部并且在前壁上沿着第二引导部被以可移动的方式引导。

具体实施方式
图1示出了机床的示意图。驱动器、控制器以及壳体的并非本发明本质的细节没有示出。机架1被设计为具有方形横截面的柱体,该柱体具有竖直的侧壁4、5以及同样竖直的前壁6。竖直滑块2、3可以在竖直方向(Z轴)上移动。驱动部由滚珠丝杠10和马达9构成。工件主轴11、12可以在竖直滑块2、3的导轨13上沿水平方向(X轴)借助驱动马达14而移动。工件主轴11、12根据所谓的拾取原理进行工作。这些工件主轴的下部具有用于夹取工件17的夹紧装置15、16。工件主轴11、12为了装载和卸载可以在工作位置20、21和装载位置22、23之间移动。在前壁6的下部中具有工具19的工具保持件18被位置固定地固定在机架1上。工具保持件18构造为具有方形基座的平板式转塔。工具保持件18可以特别有利地有选择地被两个工件主轴11、12同时或有时间隔地启动。工件主轴11与工件17位于工作位置20中并且与工具19处于工作配合中。输送装置24将未经加工的工件17输送到装载位置22并且将已加工的工件引导出。工件主轴12位于装载位置23并在那里抓取工件17。
图2以俯视图的方式更好地示出了该机床的特别紧凑的结构。两个竖直滑块2、3可以在侧壁4、5上借助导靴7经由第一引导部8沿着竖直方向移动。特别有利的是,在前壁6上另外设置有两个第二引导部8’。这些引导部分别被布置为紧邻工作位置20、21。由此在工件主轴11、12和工具19之间产生特别有利的受力分布。竖直滑块2、3在俯视图中构造为T形。它们具有被布置成相互垂直的分别带有导靴7、7’的后腿25以及前腿26。在该前腿26上,工件主轴11、12可以在导轨13上在工作位置20、21和装载位置22、23之间移动。由此,使得第一引导部8被布置在侧壁4、5上并且第二引导部8’被布置在与这两个侧壁竖直的前壁6上,尽管结构紧凑但却为滑块2、3获得优良的引导关系。当在第二引导部8’上紧邻工作位置20、21引导导靴7’时,将总体上达到特别高的机器刚度。
根据图3的机床配备有往返运输工具28,该往返运输工具将工件17从机器一端输送到另一端。必要时可以设置用于翻转工件的翻转器29,使得可以在同一机器的前侧和后侧进行加工。借助工件主轴11、12在两个分隔开的竖直滑块2、3上的布置可以灵活地使用机器,因为可以利用这两个工件主轴同时执行相同或者不同的工作步骤。例如可以并行地进行相同的工作步骤或者在机器的一侧执行第一工作步骤而在机器的另一侧执行第二工作步骤。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于加工被以可旋转的方式驱动的工件(17)的机床,所述机床包括:机架(1),该机架具有两个竖直的且相互平行地布置的侧壁(4,5);至少一个工件主轴(11,12);以及具有工具(19)的工具保持件(18),其中,这至少一个工件主轴(11,12)能够相对于所述机架(1)在竖直滑块(2,3)上沿竖直方向(Z轴)受控地移动,
其特征在于,
至少一个所述竖直滑块(2,3)在所述侧壁(4,5)中的一个侧壁上沿着第一引导部(8)并且在前壁(6)上沿着第二引导部(8’)被以可移动的方式引导。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,设置有两个工件主轴(11,12)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的机床,其中,所述竖直滑块(2,3)被构造为T形并且分别具有后腿(25)和前腿(26),其特征在于,每个后腿(25)都被布置为平行于所述侧壁(4,5)分布,并且所述前腿(26)平行于所述前壁(6)分布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机床,所述工件主轴中的一个工件主轴(11)可以在所述竖直滑块(2)上沿水平方向(X轴)在装载位置(22)和工作位置(20)之间移动,并且所述工件主轴中的另一个工件主轴(12)可以在所述竖直滑块(3)上在装载位置(23)和工作位置(21)之间移动。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的机床,其特征在于,所述前腿(26)从所述装载位置(22,23)向所述工作位置(20,21)延伸。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的机床,其特征在于,所述工具保持件(18)被位置固定地布置在所述机架(1)上。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的机床,其特征在于,所述工具保持件(18)被设置为转塔盘。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的机床,其特征在于,所述工具保持件(18)的所述工具(19)以成对的方式设置并且同时可以将每个工具(19)均布置在所述工作位置(20,21)中。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的机床,其特征在于,所述工件(17)可以经由输送装置(24)被输送到所述装载位置(22,23)并且可选地从一装载位置被输送到另一装载位置。
