Abstract
本发明涉及一种双主轴机床,该机床用于加工被驱动旋转的工件,该机床具有机架,该机架包括:立柱,该立柱具有竖直的前壁和与前壁垂直的两个侧壁(2,3);两个设置在侧壁上的工件主轴(6,7);和至少两个与所述工件主轴相关联的带有刀具的刀具保持部(8,9),其中工件主轴能依靠水平滑架沿导轨(16)在水平方向(X轴)上在竖向滑架(12,13)上移动,其中该竖向滑架能依靠导向机构(5)在侧壁上在竖向(Z轴)上移动,其中该侧壁(2)位于假想平面E内,该侧壁(3)位于假想平面F内,工件主轴(6)和刀具保持部(8)设置在假想平面E的同一侧,而工件主轴(7)和刀具保持部(9)设置在假想平面F的同一侧。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于加工被驱动旋转的工件的双主轴机床。
背景技术
由DE102012004709A1公开了这样的机床。在该已知的机床中,两个工件主轴可在立柱状机架的两侧在轨道上竖向移动。两个工件主轴关联有刀具保持部,该刀具保持部可在机架正面在主轴之间来回水平往返运动。工件此时可以在工件主轴中被交替加工。装载位置设置在加工位置的紧下方,因而可沿竖向方向移动的工件主轴能按照拾取原理来进行装载。
发明内容
本发明的任务是在所述机床中缩短周期时间。
根据本发明的一个有利的实施方式,这两个工件主轴在机架的侧壁上依靠十字滑架在竖向方向(Z轴)和水平方向(X轴)上移动。为了同时加工该工件,每个工件主轴关联有一个刀具保持部。该刀具保持部与机架固定连接。用于工件的输送装置平行于机器背面延伸。两个工件主轴按照拾取原理工作并且可平行于机架的侧壁从装载-卸载位置移动到加工位置中。该工件能够有利地在其中一个工件主轴中在正面被加工、被卸放在输送装置上、被输送至对置的机器侧、在那里被另一工件主轴夹取并在背面被加工。通过在立柱状机架的对置的外侧设置运动轴并将该输送装置布置在机器背面,能够缩短用于工件的输送路程,由此得到较短的辅助时间或者周期时间。

具体实施方式
图1以示意图示出了机床。机架被构造成具有方形横截面的立柱1的形式,该立柱具有竖直的侧壁2、3以及竖直的前壁4。该机床以对称方式构成。在所述侧壁2和3上,竖向滑架12、13在导向机构5上可沿竖向方向(Z轴)移动。竖向滑架12和13上又装有用于水平滑架14、15的导轨16。所述竖向滑架和水平滑架由马达25通过未示出的丝杠来驱动。在水平滑架14、15上设置工件主轴6、7。在工件主轴的底侧具有用于工件11的夹盘23。在前壁4上设置有横梁24,该横梁将刀具保持部8、9与立柱1固定联接。刀具保持部8、9以刀具转塔的形式构成并装有用于车削、铣削或钻孔的刀具10。工件主轴6和刀具保持部8有利地布置在经过侧壁2的假想平面E的同一侧。与之相类似,工件主轴7和刀具保持部9布置在经过侧壁3的假想平面F的同一侧。
以下将结合图2来详述机床的工作方式。在立柱1的前壁4处,两个刀具保持部8、9位置固定地设置在横梁24中。在立柱1的背侧具有输送装置17,该输送装置的输送方向平行于前壁4延伸。竖向滑架11、12在机器背面超过输送装置17突出,从而使得工件主轴6、7能从加工位置20、21移动至在输送装置17上方的装载位置18、19。为了进行说明,用点划线示出了在装载位置18、19上的这些工件主轴6、7。如果例如要在两个工件主轴上加工工件11,则正面例如在工件主轴6中被加工。随后,工件主轴6沿竖向滑架12运动到装载位置18并在那里卸放工件11。输送装置17将工件移动至翻转台22。该翻转台翻转工件,工件随即被移动到装载位置19中。在那里,工件被工件主轴7夹取,在背面被加工,随后又被卸放到输送装置17上。呈立柱1形式的机架允许短的移动距离并由此有利地影响到周期时间。
Claims (7)
1.一种机床,该机床用于加工被驱动旋转的工件(11),该机床具有机架,该机架包括:立柱(1),该立柱具有竖直的前壁(4)和两个相互对置的侧壁(2,3);设置在所述侧壁(2,3)上的两个工件主轴(6,7);以及至少两个与所述工件主轴相关联的刀具保持部(8,9),该刀具保持部具有刀具(10),其中所述工件主轴(6,7)能依靠水平滑架(14,15)沿导轨(16)在竖向滑架(12,13)上沿水平方向(X轴)移动,其中所述竖向滑架(12,13)能依靠导向机构(5)在所述侧壁(2,3)上在竖向方向(Z轴)上移动,其中所述侧壁(2)位于假想平面E内并且所述侧壁(3)位于假想平面F内,其特征在于,所述工件主轴(6)和所述刀具保持部(8)设置在所述假想平面E的同一侧,而所述工件主轴(7)和所述刀具保持部(9)设置在所述假想平面F的同一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,所述刀具保持部(8,9)位置固定地设置在所述立柱(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的机床,该机床具有输送装置(17),该输送装置将未加工的工件(11)输送到装载位置(18,19)中并将已加工的工件又从所述装载位置输送出来,其特征在于,所述工件主轴(6)能在所述装载位置(18)和加工位置(20)之间来回移动,并且所述工件主轴(7)能在所述装载位置(19)和加工位置(21)之间移动。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的机床,其特征在于,所述输送装置(17)设置在所述立柱(1)的与所述前壁(4)对置的一侧。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的机床,其特征在于,在所述装载位置(18,19)之间设有用于翻转工件(11)的翻转台(22)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的机床,其特征在于,所述工件(11)能在所述两个工件主轴(6,7)中的一个工件主轴中在正面被加工,并且能够在另一个工件主轴中在背面被加工。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的机床,其特征在于,所述刀具保持部(8,9)和所述工件主轴(6,7)设置在经过所述前壁(4)的假想平面的同一侧。
