Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的用于加工旋转驱动的工件的自动装料的机床。
背景技术
已知众多结构形式的以拾取原理(Pick-up-Prinzip)工作的机床。所有这些机床的共同之处在于:滑座上的工件主轴可沿机架上的水平导轨移动、将工件从输送装置取下、将其输送给加工装置并且紧接着再次将其放下到输送装置上。这种机床在DE 102004005498A1中公开。在该机床中,在上部机架上设置用于X方向滑座的水平滑座导轨,具有工件固定装置的Z方向滑座可在X方向滑座上竖直地移动。X方向导轨在上部机架上在两侧侧向延伸超出工作空间,使得工件载体可在一侧移动到工件接收位置中并且在另一侧移动到工件放下位置中。这不可避免地导致过宽延伸的机架。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提出一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的机床,其具有更加紧凑的结构方式和提高的机床刚度。
根据本发明的一种有利的观点,在机架上设置用于竖直滑座的竖直导轨。由此,机架可特别细长地构造为立柱。竖直滑座本身具有用于工件固定装置的水平导轨。竖直滑座可设计得这样这么宽,使得工件主轴可从至少一个工作位置移动到装料位置和卸料位置中。竖直导轨设置在工作空间的后面,使得尽管竖直滑座远远伸出,在工作位置的区域中也始终确保所要求的机床刚度。在竖直滑座的进行装料的边缘区域中,机床刚度并不重要。

具体实施方式
图1以示意图示出机床1。机架2构造为立柱,所述立柱具有方形横截面和竖直的各壁。在前壁6上设置用于竖直滑座3的竖直的Z方向导轨。用于沿Z方向移动的数控的驱动通过电机15和滚柱丝杠16来进行。竖直滑座3以X方向导轨5侧向延伸超出工作空间17。因此,电机15'的电机主轴7可通过竖直滑座3上的滚柱丝杠16'沿X方向导轨5从工作空间17移动到接收位置和放下位置12、13中。根据图1,接收位置12和放下位置13设置在工作空间17的相对置的侧面上,但其也可并排设置在工作空间17的一侧上。在电机主轴7的下侧上设置用于抓取和夹紧(Greifen und Spannen)工件8、9的卡盘10。因此,在接收位置12中抓取未加工的工件9、并将其输送到工作空间17中进行加工并且最终再次被放下到放下位置13中。在工作空间17中设置用于加工工件8的刀具14。作为刀具既可考虑受驱动的用于铣削、钻孔或磨削的刀具又可考虑未受驱动的用于车削的刀具。在图1中示出具有三个刀具14的钢块支架(Blockstahlhalter)。也可设置刀具转塔或可转动的具有受驱动的刀具的电机主轴。工作空间17在两侧被保护隔板18屏蔽。有利的是,这些保护隔板设置在竖直滑座3上并且可与竖直滑座一起在竖直方向上移动。为了使电机主轴7能够从工作空间17移动到接收位置和放下位置12、13中,在保护隔板18中设置滑动件19。这些滑动件可借助气动气缸21从关闭位置移动到打开位置中,使得带有卡盘10的电机主轴7可穿过开口。切屑接收槽20漏斗形地向上扩宽。两个保护隔板18延伸直至切屑接收槽20下方并且引导产生的切屑直接进入该切屑接收槽中。
图2以侧视图示出机床1。由此可看出保护隔板18和滑动件19的布置。保护隔板18固定在竖直滑座3的下侧上并且可与竖直滑座一起在竖直方向(Z轴)上移动。图2示出滑动件19处于关闭位置中。气动气21用于使滑动件19从关闭位置移动到打开位置22中。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于加工旋转驱动的工件(8、9)的机床(1),其包括具有竖直的前壁(6)的机架(2)、电机主轴(7)、工作空间(17)和至少一个刀具(14)、用于工件(8、9)的输送装置(11)、接收位置(12)和放下位置(13),其中,电机主轴(7)通过竖直滑座(3)在机架(2)上沿X方向导轨(5)和Z方向导轨(4)在水平和竖直方向上可移动地设置,其中电机主轴(7)用于夹住、接收、驱动和放下工件(8、9),其中电机主轴(7)能从工作空间(17)移动到接收位置(12)和存放位置(12)中,其特征在于,所述Z方向导轨(4)设置在竖直的前壁(6)上并且X方向导轨(5)设置在竖直滑座(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1的机床(1),其特征在于,所述竖直滑座(3)在宽度上从工作空间(17)延伸到接收位置(12)和/或存放位置(13)上方的空间中。
3.根据权利要求2的机床(1),其特征在于,在竖直滑座(3)上设置至少一个保护隔板(18),并且所述保护隔板能与竖直滑座(3)一起在竖直方向上移动。
4.根据权利要求3的机床(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个保护隔板(18)朝接收位置(12)和/或存放位置(13)密封工作空间(17)。
5.根据权利要求3或4的机床(1),其特征在于,所述机床具有切屑接收槽(20),所述保护隔板(18)从竖直滑座(3)延伸直至切屑接收槽(20)中。
6.根据权利要求3至5之一的机床(1),其特征在于,在所述保护隔板(18)中可移动地设置滑动件(19)。
7.根据权利要求6的机床(1),其特征在于,所述滑动件(19)能从关闭位置移动到打开位置(22)中。
8.根据权利要求7的机床(1),其特征在于,当滑动件(19)处于打开位置(22)中时,所述电机主轴(7)能从工作空间(17)经过保护隔板(18)的旁边移动到接收位置(12)和/或存放位置(13)中。
