Claims (7)
- 回転駆動されるワークピース(8)を加工するための工作機械であって、二つの平行かつ垂直な側壁(4、4´)及び同様に垂直な前壁(7)を有するフレーム(1)を有し、ワークピーススピンドル(2)及びこれに付設された心押し台(11)を有し、外周加工の為のツール(13)を有するツールホルダ(3)を有する工作機械であって、
ワークピーススピンドル(2)及び心押し台(11)が、ガイド(5)における送り動作の実施の為に、垂直方向(Z軸)に一方の側壁(4)に沿って走行可能に設けられており、
ツールホルダ(3)が、ガイドレール(14)における搬送動作の実施のために、前壁(7)に沿って水平方向(X軸)に走行可能に設けられている工作機械において、 他方の側壁(4´)に、ワークピースホルダー(22)が設けられており、このワークピースホルダー内でワークピース(8)が端部側から加工されることが可能であることを特徴とする工作機械。 - ワークピースホルダー(22)が、ワークピーススピンドルとして実施されていること、ツールホルダ(3)に端部加工の為のツール(23)が設けられていること、及びワークピースの端部側が、ツール(23)により加工可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- ワークピースホルダー(22)が、ワークピース(8´、8)の取り出し、駆動および保管の為に実施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- ツール(19)を有する、起立した一つのツールスピンドル(17)及び懸吊された一つのツールスピンドル(18)を有する請求項1に記載の工作機械において、ツールスピンドル(17,18)が、他方の側壁(4´)に位置固定に設けられていること、ワークピースホルダー(22)がステー(16)として実施されていること、及びステー内に挟み込まれたワークピース(8)が回転駆動可能なツール(19)の作用領域内に走行可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- ガイド(5´)に設けられたステー(16)が、垂直方向(Z軸)に走行可能であること、及び起立したツールスピンドル(17)がステー(16)の下方、及び懸吊されたツールスピンドル(18)がステー(16)の上方に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の工作機械。
- ワークピース(8)のワークピーススピンドル(2)からステー(16)への搬送の為に、搬送装置(20)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の工作機械。
- 工作機械の積み降ろしのために、二つの転換装置が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の工作機械。
