Abstract
本发明涉及一种自动装载的双主轴式机床,其带有一床身(1)、一刀架(4)和两个工件主轴(3,3’),其中所述工件主轴(3,3’)沿垂直方向可移动地设置在所述床身(1)上,其中所述工件主轴(3,3’)将工件(9)从装载位置(12,12’)取出并运输到工作位置(13,13’),并且其中为了实施横向进刀运动,所述刀架(4)在所述床身(1)上沿水平方向是可移动的,其中,所述装载位置(12,12’)设置在主轴轴线(15,15’)在所述工件主轴(3,3’)下方的延长线上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的用来加工被旋转驱动的工件的自动装载的双主轴式机床。在其中一个主轴中加工一个工件期间,可以在另一个主轴中用一个未加工的工件替换加工完成的工件。
背景技术
由DE 10 2009 052 984 A1已知一种这样的机床。在此用于交替装载的两个工件主轴共同在床身上沿水平方向可移动。进给运动通过垂直移动工件主轴来完成,并且在横向进给时,工具转塔沿水平方向运动。
发明目的
本发明的目的是,在这样的车床中缩短移动路径,并由此缩短其间不进行工件加工的额外操作时间。
该目的通过根据权利要求1所述的车床完成。在从属权利要求中进一步阐述有利的实施方式。
根据本发明的一个有利的方面,直接并排地设置两个工件主轴。因此刀架从一个工件主轴到另一个工件主轴的移动路径特别短。这样能够实现极低的从切削到切削的时间。此外传送带将工件运输到直接在工作位置下面的装载位置中。则装载和卸载通过工件主轴的垂直移动来完成。这同样在最短的时间内完成,从而即使在低的节拍时间下,装载与卸载也能够在额外操作时间中完成。

具体实施方式
在床身1上,工件主轴3、3’在前壁2上、沿Z方向可移动地设置在垂直的引导机构7上。通过滚珠丝杠和Z-马达5进行驱动。工件主轴3、3’在下侧承载用来容纳并驱动工件9的夹具14。带有刀具10的刀架4在水平的引导机构8上同样在前壁2上沿X方向是可移动的并且由X-马达6同样通过滚珠丝杠运动。刀具10例如用于车、钻、铣或磨。运输装置11直接设置在刀架4下方,该运输装置将未加工的工件9带到装载位置12、12’并将已加工的工件9再运走。工件主轴3被示出在工作位置13中。一个刀具10在工件9上嵌入。

Claims (7)
1.机床,带有一床身(1)、一刀架(4)和两个工件主轴(3,3’),其中所述工件主轴(3,3’)沿垂直方向可移动地设置在所述床身(1)上,其中所述工件主轴(3,3’)将工件(9)从装载位置(12,12’)取出并运输到工作位置(13,13’),并且其中为了实施横向进刀运动,所述刀架(4)在所述床身(1)上沿水平方向是可移动的,其特征在于,所述装载位置(12,12’)设置在主轴轴线(15,15’)在所述工件主轴(3,3’)下方的延长线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,直接并排地设置所述工件主轴(3,3’)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的机床,其带有用于工件(9)的运输装置(11),其特征在于,未加工的工件(9)通过所述运输装置(11)可运动进入到所述装载位置(12,12’),且已加工的工件(9)能够从所述装载位置(12,12’)运动出。
4.根据权利要求1到3之一所述的机床,其特征在于,所述运输装置(11)平行于前壁(2)地运输所述工件(9)。
5.根据权利要求1到4之一所述的机床,其特征在于,在其中一个所述工件主轴(3,3’)中通过刀具(10)加工的时间中,另一个所述工件主轴(3,3’)可运动到所述装载位置(12,12’)中。
6.根据权利要求1到4之一所述的机床,其特征在于,用于所述刀架(4)的水平的引导机构(8)直接设置在加工位置(13,13’)下方。
7.根据权利要求6所述的机床,其特征在于,所述运输装置(11)直接设置在所述水平的引导机构(8)下方。
